Entre aquestes trobar\u00e0s un sorbet de papaia, mango, beguda vegetal i canyella, un coc especiat\u00a0de pr\u00e9ssec i gingebre i una crema de xocolata i pl\u00e0tan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>3 receptes de postres sense gluten<\/h2>\n<p>Al moment d&#8217;elaborar aquestes receptes, assegura&#8217;t que tots els ingredients que utilitzis estiguin certificats com a aliments sense gluten.<\/p>\n<h3>Sorbet de papaia, mango, beguda vegetal i canyella<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 mangos mitjans<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 papaia<\/li>\n<li>400 ml de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/beguda\/beguda-darros-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Beguda vegetal d\u2019arr\u00f2s Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Canyella en pols<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si no \u00e9s temporada de mango i papaia pots utilitzar 200-300 g de cada varietat de fruita congelada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pela, desossa i trosseja les fruites.<\/li>\n<li>Amb una batedora tritura el mango i la papaia al costat de la beguda vegetal i la canyella fins que quedi una massa fina i homog\u00e8nia.<\/li>\n<li>Congela la massa en motlles per a gla\u00e7ons com a m\u00ednim durant 4 hores.<\/li>\n<li>Passat aquest temps, desemmotlla-ho i torna-ho a triturar b\u00e9 fins que quedi una textura de sorbet.<\/li>\n<li>Serveix en bols, pots acompanyar-ho amb un mix de fruita seca trossejada.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Coc especiat de pr\u00e9ssec i gingebre<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 pr\u00e9ssecs naturals o 6 meitats en conserva al natural<\/li>\n<li>3 ous<\/li>\n<li>50 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>170 g d\u2019anacards crus<\/li>\n<li>40 g de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/farina\/farina-arros\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Farina d\u2019arr\u00f2s Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>30 g de llevat qu\u00edmic<\/li>\n<li>100 g de gingebre confitat<\/li>\n<li>Canyella en pols<\/li>\n<li>Nou moscada<\/li>\n<li>Sucre gla\u00e7<\/li>\n<li>1 cullerada sopera d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>1. Preescalfa el forn a uns 200 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>2. Munta els ous amb l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques juntament amb el sucre.<\/p>\n<p>3. Una vegada hagi augmentat el seu volum, tritura b\u00e9 els anacards al costat de la farina d&#8217;arr\u00f2s i agrega els ous.<\/p>\n<p>4. Pica el gingebre confitat i agrega&#8217;l a la mescla al costat del llevat qu\u00edmic, la canyella i la nou moscada i integra-ho tot b\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>5. Greixa un motlle de vidre amb oli d&#8217;oliva i empolvora amb una mica de sucre gla\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>6. En el cas dels pr\u00e9ssecs naturals, pela&#8217;ls, trosseja&#8217;ls i reparteix els trossos homogenis per la base del motlle. Si s\u00f3n en conserva, escorre&#8217;ls b\u00e9 i agrega les meitats directament a la base amb la part interior tocant el vidre.<\/p>\n<p>7. A continuaci\u00f3, agrega la massa del coc i enforna&#8217;l uns 15 minuts a 170 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>8. Una vegada estigui ben cuinat, deixa-ho reposar dins del forn fins que estigui temperat.<\/p>\n<p>9. Finalment dona-li la volta per desemmotllar-lo, de manera que els pr\u00e9ssecs quedin a la part superior.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Crema de xocolata i pl\u00e0tan<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pl\u00e0tan madur<\/li>\n<li>30 g de cacau en pols desgreixat sense sucre<\/li>\n<li>50g de xocolata negra per postres<\/li>\n<li>40 g de d\u00e0tils sense os<\/li>\n<li>50 g d\u2019avellanes torrades<\/li>\n<li>75 g d\u2019oli de coco<\/li>\n<li>40 ml <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/beguda\/beguda-darros-amb-cacau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Beguda d\u2019arr\u00f2s amb cacau Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Ess\u00e8ncia de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>Avellanes per decorar (poder ser crues o lleugerament torrades)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Posa els d\u00e0tils en remull durant uns 10 minuts amb aigua t\u00e8bia.<\/li>\n<li>Fon la xocolata al microones o al bany maria juntament amb de l&#8217;oli de coco. Una vegada fos, bat-ho b\u00e9 juntament amb l&#8217;ess\u00e8ncia de vainilla.<\/li>\n<li>Amb l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;un processador d&#8217;aliments, tritura els d\u00e0tils, el pl\u00e0tan, la meitat de les avellanes torrades, el cacau en pols i la beguda d&#8217;arr\u00f2s fins a tenir una textura m\u00e9s o menys homog\u00e8nia.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3, afegeix la xocolata fosa amb l&#8217;oli de coco i continua triturant fins a aconseguir una textura completament homog\u00e8nia.
