Sigui quin sigui el teu pla, et proposem 5 receptes de snacks per compartir amb amics una mica m\u00e9s alternatives per preparar que la t\u00edpica truita de patates o pizza a domicili.<\/p>\n<h2>5 receptes de snacks<\/h2>\n<h3>Crudit\u00e9s amb guacamole i pat\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pebrot vermell i verd<\/li>\n<li>Pastanaga<\/li>\n<li>Api<\/li>\n<li>Cogombre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ingredients pel guacamole:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 alvocats<\/li>\n<li>1 tom\u00e0quet mitj\u00e0<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd ceba<\/li>\n<li>1 llimona<\/li>\n<li>5 branquetes de coriandre<\/li>\n<li>Pebrots de Xalapa o unes gotes de tabasc (al gust)<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pels pat\u00e9s t\u2019oferim diferents receptes al seg\u00fcent article on podr\u00e0s escollir <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/receptes-veganes-hummus-pates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">el pat\u00e9 o hummus<\/a> que m\u00e9s t\u2019agradi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Renta i talla les verdures en tires m\u00e9s o menys gruixudes i reserva-les.<\/li>\n<li>Per preparar el guacamole comen\u00e7a picant la ceba i el tom\u00e0quet a daus petits.<\/li>\n<li>Pela i desossa els alvocats.<\/li>\n<li>Esprem la llimona i afegeix el suc i el coriandre als alvocats. Si afegeixes pebrots de Xalapa o tabasc, fes-ho abans de triturar perqu\u00e8 el picant s&#8217;integri b\u00e9 en l&#8217;alvocat.<\/li>\n<li>Tritura&#8217;ls amb un processador d&#8217;aliments fins a aconseguir una textura sense grumolls.<\/li>\n<li>Una vegada aconseguida la textura desitjada ja pots afegir els daus de ceba i tom\u00e0quet i barrejar-los amb una forquilla.<\/li>\n<li>Serveix el guacamole i els pat\u00e9s en bols juntament en una safata amb bastonets de verdures.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Montadito de formatge curat, pernil ib\u00e8ric i ruca<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pa de cereals<\/li>\n<li>Formatge curat<\/li>\n<li>Pernil ib\u00e8ric<\/li>\n<li>Ruca<\/li>\n<li>Oli d\u2019oliva verge extra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Renta la ruca i deixa que s&#8217;assequi.<\/li>\n<li>Talla el pa de cereals en llesques, per\u00f2 de forma inclinada, perqu\u00e8 surtin unes llesques m\u00e9s allargades.<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00b7loca les llesques de pa sobre una safata i afegeix un rajol\u00ed d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra.<\/li>\n<li>Talla el formatge en l\u00e0mines i col\u00b7loca una per llesca.<\/li>\n<li>Pica el pernil perqu\u00e8 quedi com a encenalls i afegeix una miqueta en cada llesca.<\/li>\n<li>Per a finalitzar, afegeix unes fulletes de ruca.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Si vols servir els montaditos en calent, pots fornejar-los just abans d\u2019afegir la ruca fins que es fongui el formatge.<\/p>\n<h3>C\u00f2ctel de marisc sobre fulla d\u2019enciam romana<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g de llagostins<\/li>\n<li>200 g de pop cuit<\/li>\n<li>100 g de musclos<\/li>\n<li>1 ceba<\/li>\n<li>Un pebrot vermell<\/li>\n<li>1 pebrot verd<\/li>\n<li>2 tom\u00e0quets d\u2019amanida<\/li>\n<li>Fulles d\u2019enciam romana<\/li>\n<li>Oli d\u2019oliva verge extra<\/li>\n<li>Vinagre<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/sales\/sal-amb-algues-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sal amb algues Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Pebre m\u00f2lt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Posa una olla amb aigua al foc, quan comenci a bullir afegeix els llagostins.<\/li>\n<li>Deixa\u2019ls coure uns minuts, despr\u00e9s escorre\u2019ls i reserva\u2019ls.<\/li>\n<li>Neteja els musclos i fes la mateixa operaci\u00f3 que amb els llagostins. Quan s&#8217;obrin, treu-los de les petxines i reserva-ho.<\/li>\n<li>Talla el pop a l\u00e0mines.<\/li>\n<li>Neteja i talla a daus petits els pebrots i la ceba.<\/li>\n<li>Pela els llagostins i despr\u00e9s parteix-los a trossets.<\/li>\n<li>Renta unes quantes fulles d&#8217;enciam i deixa que s&#8217;assequin.<\/li>\n<li>Per preparar la vinagreta agafa un bol i afegeix l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva, el vinagre, el pebre i la sal. Remou-ho tot perqu\u00e8 es lliguin els ingredients.<\/li>\n<li>En un bol gran barreja tots els ingredients i afegeix la vinagreta i mescla-ho tot. Despr\u00e9s guarda-ho unes hores a la nevera.<\/li>\n<li>A l&#8217;hora de servir, en un plat posa les fulles d&#8217;enciam i afegeix la picada al llarg, com si fos una barca.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Fals panini d\u2019alberg\u00ednia<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alberg\u00ednia<\/li>\n<li>Salsa de tom\u00e0quet natural<\/li>\n<li>Formatge ratllat<\/li>\n<li>Pebrot<\/li>\n<li>Ceba<\/li>\n<li>Orenga<\/li>\n<li>Oli d\u2019oliva verge extra<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preescalfa el forn a 200 \u00b0C mentre prepares els paninis.<\/li>\n<li>Renta i talla les alberg\u00ednies a l\u00e0mines verticals.<\/li>\n<li>Posa-les en una font per al forn, afegeix una mica de sal i deixa-les enfornar uns 10 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Mentre reposen pica les verduretes.<\/li>\n<li>Seca b\u00e9 les alberg\u00ednies amb una mica de paper absorbent de cuina.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix la salsa de tom\u00e0quet i empolvora-li una mica d&#8217;orenga.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3, afegeix una mica de formatge ratllat i les verdures picadetes. Pot combinar les diferents verdures perqu\u00e8 els paninis siguin diferents.<\/li>\n<li>Quan introdueixis la font en el forn, baixa&#8217;l a 180 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Enforna fins que l&#8217;alberg\u00ednia es cuini, o al punt que m\u00e9s t&#8217;agradi.<\/li>\n<li>Finalment, empolvora una mica de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/sales\/sal-lhimalaia-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sal del Him\u00e0laia Nomen<\/a> per potenciar el sabor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Pasta de full d\u2019esp\u00e0rrecs, tom\u00e0quets cherry i mozzarella fresca<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients (per 4 pastes de full):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 l\u00e0mina de pasta de full<\/li>\n<li>12 esp\u00e0rrecs bladers<\/li>\n<li>6 tom\u00e0quets cherry<\/li>\n<li>Mozzarella fresca de b\u00fafala<\/li>\n<li>Oli d\u2019oliva verge<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preescalfa el forn a 200 \u00b0C mentre prepares les pastes fullades.<\/li>\n<li>Renta els esp\u00e0rrecs i retira la part inferior.<\/li>\n<li>Esbandeix b\u00e9 els tom\u00e0quets cherry i talla&#8217;ls en meitats.<\/li>\n<li>Talla la mozzarella a rodanxes.<\/li>\n<li>Agafa una fulla de pasta fullada i divideix-la en 4 quadrats.<\/li>\n<li>En cada quadradet posa 3 esp\u00e0rrecs en diagonal, 3 meitats de tomaques cherry i finalment 1 rodanxa de mozzarella fresca.<\/li>\n<li>Abans de tancar la pasta fullada afegeix una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge per sobre i sal al gust.<\/li>\n<li>Una vegada emplenats agafa dues cantonades oposades i ajunta-les en el centre, estr\u00e8nyer-les una mica entre elles perqu\u00e8 no es separin durant l&#8217;enfornat.<\/li>\n<li>Forneja a 180 \u00baC fins que la pasta de full quedi doradeta.<\/li>\n<li>Quan estiguin al punt, retira-ho del forn i deixa-ho refredar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Comparteix i gaudeix amb amics i fam\u00edlia aquests deliciosos snacks!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Qu\u00e8 far\u00e0s aquest cap de setmana? \u00bfPartit de futbol? \u00bfPeli amb els amics?
