Et proposem 3 receptes de barretes perqu\u00e8 t&#8217;inici\u00efs: una de pl\u00e0tan i civada, una altra d&#8217;arr\u00f2s inflat, coco rallat\u00a0i nabius deshidratats, i l&#8217;\u00faltima de d\u00e0tils, seg\u00f3 de blat i blat inflat. Prepara els ingredients i posa&#8217;t el davantal.<\/p>\n<h2>3 receptes de barretes de cereals casolanes<\/h2>\n<h3>Civada i pl\u00e0tan<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>180 g de pl\u00e0tan<\/li>\n<li>65 g de flocs de civada<\/li>\n<li>40 g de figues deshidratades<\/li>\n<li>40 g de nous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Posa el forn a preescalfar a 200 \u00ba C durant la preparaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Tallar les figues i les nous. Reserva.<\/li>\n<li>En un bol aixafa els pl\u00e0tans amb una forquilla.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix tots els ingredients juntament amb el pl\u00e0tan i barreja b\u00e9 fins que quedi tot ben incorporat. Pots afegir una mica de canyella, si t&#8217;agrada.<\/li>\n<li>Cobreix una safata amb paper de forn i incorpora la massa de les barretes a la safata.<\/li>\n<li>Distribueix la massa per tota la base de la safata perqu\u00e8 quedi coberta i amb un gruix m\u00e9s o menys homogeni.<\/li>\n<li>Enforna les barretes durant uns 10 minuts a 180 \u00baC.<\/li>\n<li>Una vegada enfornades deixa-les reposar durant un parell d&#8217;hores i talla-les en barretes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Arr\u00f2s inflat, coco i nabius<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g d\u2019 arr\u00f2s inflat sense sucre<\/li>\n<li>100 g de mel<\/li>\n<li>80 g d\u2019oli de coco<\/li>\n<li>70 g de nabius deshidratats<\/li>\n<li>50 g de coco ratllat<\/li>\n<li>50 g de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/harina\/harina-de-arroz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">farina d\u2019arr\u00f2s Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 cullerada d\u2019ess\u00e8ncia de vainilla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per decorar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Xocolata negra per postres<\/li>\n<li>Avellanes trossejades<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preescalfa el forn a 200\u00aaC mentre prepares la massa de les barretes.<\/li>\n<li>Fon l\u2019oli de coco al bany maria.<\/li>\n<li>En un bol, afegeix l&#8217;arr\u00f2s inflat, el coco ratllat, els nabius deshidratats i la farina d&#8217;arr\u00f2s. Barreja una mica perqu\u00e8 quedin m\u00e9s o menys integrats.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix a la barreja els ingredients secs, la mel, l&#8217;oli de coco i l&#8217;ess\u00e8ncia de vainilla i barreja-ho b\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix la pasta a una safata protegida amb paper de forn i pressiona amb una esp\u00e0tula perqu\u00e8 quedi la superf\u00edcie plana.<\/li>\n<li>Enforna la massa durant uns 40 minuts a 170 \u00baC fins que s&#8217;hagi daurat. Retira\u2019l del forn.<\/li>\n<li>Deixa-ho refredar, i quan s&#8217;hagi temperat, talla les barretes en una mesura aproximada de 2 cm per 10 cm (o en la mida que prefereixis).<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3, fon la xocolata negra per a postres i afegeix-la sobre les barretes perqu\u00e8 quedin ratllades.<\/li>\n<li>Finalment, abans que s&#8217;assequi la xocolata, escampa les avellanes trossejades per sobre.<\/li>\n<li>Deixa assecar la xocolata i guarda-les en un recipient herm\u00e8tic.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>D\u00e0tils, seg\u00f3 de blat i blat inflat<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300 g de d\u00e0tils<\/li>\n<li>30 g de seg\u00f3 de blat<\/li>\n<li>100 g de blat tendre inflat<\/li>\n<li>70 g de festucs trossejats<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/sales\/sal-del-himalaya-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sal de l\u2019Himalaya Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Desossa els d\u00e0tils, trosseja&#8217;ls i deixa&#8217;ls en remull durant una nit o unes 12 hores.<\/li>\n<li>Quan els d\u00e0tils estiguin rehidratats, tritura&#8217;ls amb un processador d&#8217;aliments.<\/li>\n<li>Quan tinguis una pasta homog\u00e8nia, afegeix el seg\u00f3 de blat i segueix triturant.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop s&#8217;hagi integrat el seg\u00f3, afegeix a un bol la barreja de d\u00e0til, el blat inflat i els festucs Reserva un grapat de festucs per decorar.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix la pasta a una safata de vidre quadrada i pressiona en el fons de la safata.<\/li>\n<li>Empolvora per sobre els festucs que has reservat i una mica de sal de l&#8217;Him\u00e0laia i pressiona b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;enganxin.<\/li>\n<li>Deixa reposar la massa a la nevera un parell d&#8217;hores.
