En aquest article t&#8217;expliquem alguns consells perqu\u00e8 cuidis la teva alimentaci\u00f3 a l&#8217;estiu i la tornada a la feina no sigui tan dura. Pren nota!<\/p>\n<h2>Consells per cuidar l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 a l\u2019estiu<\/h2>\n<h3>Mantingues tots els \u00e0pats<\/h3>\n<p>Si est\u00e0s acostumat a realitzar 4 o 5 \u00e0pats al dia no deixis de fer-los. A vegades amb la calor es perd una mica la gana i ve m\u00e9s de gust prendre aigua. Aquest tipus de preparacions, a m\u00e9s de saciar la teva set i refrescar-te, t\u2019aportaran una bona dosi de minerals, vitamines i antioxidants.<\/p>\n<p>Per el mig mat\u00ed o el berenar, qu\u00e8 et sembla una pe\u00e7a de fruita? Com ja saps, el contingut d&#8217;aigua de les fruites \u00e9s for\u00e7a elevat, aix\u00ed que ajudar\u00e0 a saciar la teva set. I si a m\u00e9s guardes la fruita a la nevera mitja hora abans de prendre-la tamb\u00e9 et refrescar\u00e0. Els gelats de gel, per norma general acostumen a tenir menys calories i greixos que els gelats cremosos, i per tant resulten una miqueta m\u00e9s saludables. D&#8217;altra banda, la millor opci\u00f3 \u00e9s escollir gelats de fruita natural. Actualment s\u00f3n molt f\u00e0cils de trobar en moltes gelateries o fruiteries.
