Prepara el davantal i els fogons!<\/p>\n<h2>4 receptes veganes saludables i estiuenques<\/h2>\n<h3>Crema freda de p\u00e8sols y menta<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g de p\u00e8sols frescos<\/li>\n<li>1 ceba<\/li>\n<li>1 brot de menta fresca (6 fulles mitjanes aprox.)<\/li>\n<li>Brou de verdures (opcional)<\/li>\n<li>Oli d\u2019oliva verge<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pela la ceba i talla-la a tires fines.<\/li>\n<li>En una olla, ofega la ceba amb un rajol\u00ed d\u2019oli i una mica de sal.<\/li>\n<li>Quan comenci a estar escalfada, afegeix els p\u00e8sols i cuina\u2019ls durant uns 5 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3, cobreix amb aigua o amb brou de verdures si vols potenciar el sabor i afegeix les fulles de menta.<\/li>\n<li>Deixa bullir els ingredients durant uns 10 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop passats els 10 minuts, retira del foc i deixa que es refredi i barreja.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop quedi m\u00e9s o menys temperat, retira les fulles de menta i reserva el brou de cocci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Amb l\u2019ajuda d\u2019un processador d\u2019aliments tritura b\u00e9 els p\u00e8sols i la ceba fins aconseguir una textura fina i homog\u00e8nia.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix part del brou poc a poc per modificar la textura al teu gust.<\/li>\n<li>Finalment reserva en la nevera almenys 30 minuts abans de servir-la.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Amanida de cigrons amb salsa de tahini<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pot de cigrons cuits en conserva<\/li>\n<li>200 g espinacs frescs<\/li>\n<li>1 bloc de tofu<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd ceba morada<\/li>\n<li>2 pastanagues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per la salsa:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>70 ml d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge extra<\/li>\n<li>2 cullerades soperes de tahini<\/li>\n<li>Pebre de caiena molta<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per a marinar el tofu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 ml de salsa de soia baixa en sal<\/li>\n<li>1 cullerada de postres de xarop d&#8217;atzavara<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Abans de comen\u00e7ar, prepara el marinat per al tofu. Afegeix la salsa de soia i el xarop en un bol i barreja b\u00e9 la mescla.<\/li>\n<li>Talla\u2019l a daus i afegeix-ho al bol perqu\u00e8 agafi el sabor de la salsa. Deixa-ho reposar almenys mitja hora.<\/li>\n<li>Comen\u00e7a a preparar l\u2019amanida. Escorre els cigrons i reserva el l\u00edquid de conserva per aprofitar-ho per a altres receptes.<\/li>\n<li>Esbandeix els cigrons i reserva&#8217;ls.<\/li>\n<li>Neteja els espinacs amb aigua i escorre-les b\u00e9. Trosseja-les una mica per reduir la seva grand\u00e0ria.<\/li>\n<li>Pela la ceba i talla-la en tires fines.<\/li>\n<li>Pela la pastanaga i ratlla-la.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop tinguis tots els elements de l\u2019amanida preparats, cuina el tofu.<\/li>\n<li>En una paella antiadherent, afegeix els daus de tofu amb la barreja del marinat i cuina el tofu fins que la salsa hagi evaporat tota l\u2019aigua. Deixa que es dauri una mica i retira-ho del foc.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop tinguis el tofu ja preparat, comen\u00e7a a preparar la salsa per a l\u2019amanida mentre es refreda una mica.<\/li>\n<li>En un got barreja tots els elements de la salsa i barreja-ho b\u00e9. Corregeix la sal i el pebre de caiena segons els teus gustos.<\/li>\n<li>Finalment, en un bol afegeix tots els ingredients de l\u2019amanida i barreja-ho b\u00e9. Pots servir la salsa a part per tal que cadasc\u00fa amaneixi al gust.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Mouse de xocolata vegana<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u00edquid de conserva de cigrons (pot de 500g)<\/li>\n<li>2 cullerades soperes plenes de cacau pur<\/li>\n<li>1 cullerada de postres d\u2019ess\u00e8ncia de vainilla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Amb l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;unes varetes, munta el l\u00edquid de conserva de llegums. Amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques ser\u00e0 molt m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil i r\u00e0pid.<\/li>\n<li>Quan el l\u00edquid comenci a muntar-se afegeix l&#8217;ess\u00e8ncia de vainilla i continua batent fins que estiguin completament muntades.<\/li>\n<li>En el moment en que arribi a punt de neu, afegeix el cacau en pols i integra&#8217;l amb compte amb l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;una esp\u00e0tula per mantenir la textura.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop el cacau estigui integrat, col\u00b7loca la mousse en gotets i guarda-la a la nevera com a m\u00ednim 1 hora abans de consumir-la.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Gelat de beguda d\u2019arr\u00f2s, chia i fruita<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/beguda\/beguda-darros-nomen\/\">Beguda d\u2019arr\u00f2s Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Llavors de chia<\/li>\n<li>Fruita natural de temporada<\/li>\n<li>Motlles per a gelats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>En un bol afegeix 1 cullerada de chia per cada 100 ml de beguda d&#8217;arr\u00f2s.<\/li>\n<li>Deixa reposar la barreja de chia i beguda d&#8217;arr\u00f2s durant 2 hores aproximadament.<\/li>\n<li>Quan la chia hagi absorbit la beguda i hagi doblat la seva grand\u00e0ria barreja a parts iguals el p\u00fading de chia amb la beguda d&#8217;arr\u00f2s perqu\u00e8 quedi m\u00e9s l\u00edquid, si vols pots triturar una mica la mescla perqu\u00e8 no quedi tan grumollosa.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3, prepara els trossets de fruita. Pela i desossa o treu les llavors, segons la pe\u00e7a que hagis triat. Talla-la en trossets petits perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;integrin en el gelat.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix els trossets de fruita a la barreja de beguda d&#8217;arr\u00f2s i chia i integra&#8217;ls.
