T\u00e9 m\u00faltiples beneficis per al seu sistema immunol\u00f2gic i per a la seva salut a llarg termini.<\/p>\n<h2>Per qu\u00e8 la llet materna \u00e9s bona per al nad\u00f3?<\/h2>\n<h3>Beneficis nutricionals<\/h3>\n<p>La lact\u00e0ncia materna \u00e9s una font d\u2019aliment natural que aporta les quantitats adequades de carbohidrats, prote\u00efnes i greixos. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, proporciona les prote\u00efnes digestives, minerals, vitamines i hormones que els nadons necessiten durant el primer any de vida.<\/p>\n<h3>Necessitats del nad\u00f3<\/h3>\n<p>La composici\u00f3 de la llet materna est\u00e0 en constant canvi i s\u2019adapta a les necessitats pr\u00f2pies del recent nascut. Incl\u00fas en la mateixa presa pot canviar la temperatura de l\u2019aliment, aix\u00ed com tamb\u00e9 la seva composici\u00f3. Al principi, la llet materna cont\u00e9 m\u00e9s aigua per saciar la set del nad\u00f3 i va augmentant, de mica en mica, el contingut de greixos i energia.<\/p>\n<h3>Menor risc de malaltia<\/h3>\n<p>Alletar el nad\u00f3 li aporta anticossos que ajuden a combatre virus, bact\u00e8ries i infeccions. Per tant, l\u2019infant tindr\u00e0 menor risc de desenvolupar al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies, gasos i diarrees, malalties de la pell o afeccions respirat\u00f2ries, com pneum\u00f2nia o bronquitis.<\/p>\n<p>La llet materna \u00e9s un aliment lleuger que s\u2019assimila amb facilitat, aix\u00f2 prev\u00e9 problemes al sistema digestiu que poden derivar a diarrees, estrenyiment o c\u00f2lics. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, a llarg termini disminueix el risc de patir diabetis, obesitat o problemes de pes i c\u00e0ries a les dents.<\/p>\n<h3>Desenvolupament bucal i de la parla<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019acte de succi\u00f3 contribueix al desenvolupament de la mand\u00edbula del nad\u00f3, que assoleix una posici\u00f3 apropiada als 8 mesos aproximadament. Amb el biber\u00f3, la succi\u00f3 que realitza \u00e9s m\u00e9s passiva i els m\u00fasculs de la mand\u00edbula no treballen com ho haurien de fer. La correcta degluci\u00f3 \u00e9s important per a desenvolupar correctament les estructures orofacials i prevenir problemes en la parla.<\/p>\n<h3>Enforteix el vincle mare-fill<\/h3>\n<p>Durant la lact\u00e0ncia la mare cobreix les necessitats del nad\u00f3 no nom\u00e9s a nivell alimentari, tamb\u00e9 li proporciona calor, proximitat i seguretat. Es crea un vincle \u00fanic entre ambd\u00f3s que permetr\u00e0 una relaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s estreta i enfortir\u00e0 l\u2019autoestima de l\u2019infant.<\/p>\n<h2>Alimentaci\u00f3 de la mare durant la lact\u00e0ncia<\/h2>\n<p>\u00c9s important saber que no cal fer grans canvis en l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 habitual pel fet de donar el pit al nad\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Simplement \u00e9s necessari mantenir una dieta sana i equilibrada sense obsessionar-se. Ni els excessos ni les restriccions seran bones per la mare ni per al petit.<\/p>\n<h3>Recomanacions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Pren aliments farinacis d\u2019absorci\u00f3 lenta a cada \u00e0pat, com ara pa, patata, cereals i llegums.<\/li>\n<li>Inclou aliments proteics de bona qualitat en els teus \u00e0pats, com ara carn blanca, carn vermella magra, peix blanc i blau, ou, llegums combinats amb cereals, fruits secs, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Escull fruites i verdures variades per obtenir tots els micronutrients necessaris.<\/li>\n<li>Entre 20 i 30 minuts abans de donar el pit, pren-te un got d\u2019aigua o una altra beguda nutritiva com la llet, begudes vegetals o sucs o liquats de fruites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Aliments prohibits?<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019alcohol \u00e9s l\u2019\u00fanic aliment prohibit per la mare lactant, ja que pot interferir en el bon desenvolupament del nad\u00f3. D\u2019altra banda, hi ha altres aliments que no es recomanen segons el moment del dia.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cafe\u00efna<\/strong>: La cafe\u00efna \u00e9s una subst\u00e0ncia estimulant present al caf\u00e8 i en altres begudes com ara refrescos de cola. La cafe\u00efna passa a la llet produ\u00efda per la mare lactant quan ella se la pren. Per aix\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 li arriba al nad\u00f3 i pot provocar-li irritabilitat i insomni. Per aquest motiu es recomana reduir el consum d\u2019aquest tipus de begudes o consumir-les descafe\u00efnades.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Xocolata: <\/strong>La xocolata t\u00e9 una subst\u00e0ncia de la fam\u00edlia de la cafe\u00efna anomenada teobromina. Aquesta tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 un efecte estimulant, encara que en menor mesura. Per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s millor evitar-la per la tarda i per la nit, perqu\u00e8 el nad\u00f3 descansi millor per la nit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Es pot fer dieta durant la lact\u00e0ncia?<\/h3>\n<p>No \u00e9s necessari seguir una dieta especial durant la lact\u00e0ncia sempre que l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 sigui variada, equilibrada i completa.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a realitzar restriccions cal\u00f2riques per a perdre pes, \u00e9s millor esperar a finalitzar el per\u00edode de lact\u00e0ncia materna i que el nad\u00f3 ja estigui amb alimentaci\u00f3 complement\u00e0ria. La ra\u00f3 principal \u00e9s que el cos, durant l\u2019embar\u00e0s, ha emmagatzemat reserves energ\u00e8tiques per a la producci\u00f3 de la llet, que poc a poc es van esgotant.<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 de la mare lactant ha de ser suficient per cobrir les necessitats energ\u00e8tiques per a la producci\u00f3 de la llet, que acostuma a ser entre 250 i 500 kilocalories extres al dia.<\/p>\n<h3>Cal prendre m\u00e9s vitamines i minerals?<\/h3>\n<p>No \u00e9s necessari prendre vitamines extres durant la lact\u00e0ncia sempre que l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 sigui equilibrada. En el cas de mares i nadons sans i sense cap patologia que afecti les necessitats de vitamines i minerals, els requeriments estan coberts amb una alimentaci\u00f3 variada.
