Es per tot aix\u00f2 que volem oferir-te receptes que siguin reals i saludables per a que la teva dieta no sigui la t\u00edpica. Per el contrari, que estigui plena de variables divertides, nutritives i bon\u00edssimes.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i que \u00e9s cert que moltes vegades \u00e9s m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil comprar aliments processats per les presses, amb aquestes receptes tindr\u00e0s m\u00e9s opcions que s\u00f3n senzilles de preparar y molt bones.<\/p>\n<p>Amb const\u00e0ncia es poden modificar els h\u00e0bits alimentaris i adaptar-los a un estil m\u00e9s healthy, al final el nostre cos ens ho agrair\u00e0. La nostra salut \u00e9s el m\u00e9s preuat que tenim, hem de cuidar-la!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Receptes de bowls saludables<\/h2>\n<p>El dinar i el sopar no tornaran a ser les mateixes! Et deixem tres opcions per a que no et cansis i gaudeixis sempre de les verdures d\u2019una manera divertida i completament apetible.<\/p>\n<h3>Bowl saludable de tonyina fresca<\/h3>\n<p>Aquest plat \u00e9s t\u00edpic hawai\u00e0, per\u00f2 l\u2019hem incl\u00f2s molt b\u00e9 a la gastronomia espanyola per la seva senzillesa i el seu aire fresc a l\u2019hora de gaudir-lo amb els amics.<\/p>\n<p>Es prepara amb peix, verdures, salsa i s\u00e8sam. El millor d\u2019aquest plat \u00e9s que t\u00e9 moltes variants i sempre pots substituir ingredients per altres que siguin m\u00e9s agradables per tu. El pots acompanyar amb arr\u00f2s o amb quinoa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-4 tasses de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/gran-sl\/les-teves-receptes-amb-quinoa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">quinoa Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00bd quilo de tonyina fresca<\/li>\n<li>3 cebes tendres<\/li>\n<li>2 alvocats<\/li>\n<li>1 tassa d\u2019edamames cuits<\/li>\n<li>1 tassa de cogombre pelat i llescat<\/li>\n<li>1 pebrot verd a rodanxes<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tassa de coriandre picat<\/li>\n<li>2 cullerades de s\u00e8sam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Per a la salsa de Ponzu<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd tassa de salsa de soja baixa en sal<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tassa de suc de taronja<\/li>\n<li>2 cullerades de suc de llimona<\/li>\n<li>1 cullerada de Mirin (condiment japon\u00e8s) es pot substituir per vinagre d\u2019arr\u00f2s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Per a la salsa Ponzu<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Barreja la soja amb el suc de taronja, el suc de llimona i el mirin (o vinagre). Guarda-ho fins que el teu bowl estigui preparat.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Per al Bowl<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>En un recipient mitj\u00e0 col\u00b7loca la tonyina amb les cebes tendres picades (guarda\u2019n una mica per la decoraci\u00f3 del plat).<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix una mica de la salsa de Ponzu.<\/li>\n<li>Cobreix el recipient i deixa\u2019l a la nevera entre 30-60 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Esbandeix la quinoa b\u00e9 i bull-la en una olla amb aigua i una mica de sal durant 15 minuts. Escorre-la b\u00e9 i refreda-la amb aigua freda.<\/li>\n<li>Una vegada s\u2019hagi refredat escorre b\u00e9 i reserva.<\/li>\n<li>Mentre cous la quinoa aprofita per preparar els alvocats. Si encara queda una estona per servir-los ruixa\u2019ls amb una mica de suc de llimona perqu\u00e8 no s\u2019enfosqueixin.<\/li>\n<li>A l\u2019hora de servir, en un bowl col\u00b7loca la quinoa (temperatura ambient o t\u00e8bia) sobre d\u2019aix\u00f2, col\u00b7loca al teu gust l\u2019alvocat, el cogombre i els edamames ja cuits.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix el pebrot i el coriandre picat. Pots decorar amb s\u00e8sam. Afegeix la resta de la salsa Ponzu. I a gaudir!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Bowl amb arr\u00f2s integral, hummus i vegetals<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c9s un plat que inclou els essencials per a ser saludable: prote\u00efnes (en aquest cas vegetals), hidrats de carboni i vegetals. \u00c9s molt senzill perqu\u00e8 nom\u00e9s hem d\u2019unir les porcions que s\u2019adeq\u00fcin al teu pla d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients per a 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-integral-de-cultiu-ecologic-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Arroz Integral de cultiu ecol\u00f2gic Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>200 g d\u2019hummus de cigrons<\/li>\n<li>1 alvocat<\/li>\n<li>200 g br\u00f2quil<\/li>\n<li>100 g de tom\u00e0quets cherry<\/li>\n<li>2 pastanagues grans<\/li>\n<li>20 g de brots d\u2019alfals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cou l\u2019arr\u00f2s en una olla amb aigua abundant i una mica de sal durant 20 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Mentre es cou, prepara els vegetals. Esbandeix-los tots molt b\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Pela la pastanaga i talla-la com m\u00e9s t\u2019agradi.<\/li>\n<li>Talla els caps florals del br\u00f2quil de manera que no quedin molt petits.<\/li>\n<li>En una paella amb una mica d\u2019oli salteja el br\u00f2quil durant 2 minuts vigilant que no se\u2019t cremi.<\/li>\n<li>Quan el br\u00f2quil estigui llest, retira\u2019l i salteja la pastanaga i els cherrys amb el foc al m\u00e0xim durant no m\u00e9s d\u2019un minut. D\u2019aquesta manera es marcaran per\u00f2 quedaran m\u00e9s aviat crus.<\/li>\n<li>Una vegada l\u2019arr\u00f2s estigui ben cuinat, retira\u2019l del foc i escorre\u2019l b\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Serveix l\u2019arr\u00f2s en el bowl juntament amb un parell de cullerades d\u2019hummus i els vegetals saltejats.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Poke Bowl de Pollastre<\/h3>\n<p>Amb aquesta recepta tindr\u00e0s el t\u00edpic plat de pollastre i arr\u00f2s, per\u00f2 afegint-li una mica m\u00e9s de vegetals i fent-lo m\u00e9s divertit perqu\u00e8 l\u2019hora de servir a casa no sigui avorrit, sin\u00f3 m\u00e9s apetible i molt m\u00e9s colorit, per\u00f2 sobretot saludable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/gran-sl\/les-teves-receptes-vegetals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">arr\u00f2s Nomen de la gama Tus recetas vegetales<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 quarts de pollastre sense pell.<\/li>\n<li>2 tom\u00e0quets madurs.<\/li>\n<li>1 dent d\u2019all.<\/li>\n<li>2 cebes vermelles.<\/li>\n<li>2 pastanagues.<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd pebrot vermell.<\/li>\n<li>2 cullerades de pasta de tom\u00e0quet.<\/li>\n<li>1 tassa de vi blanc.<\/li>\n<li>Oli d\u2019oliva verge<\/li>\n<li>Sal, pebre, mostassa Dijon i salsa anglesa (per a carns i pollastre).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Condimenta el pollastre amb salsa anglesa, sal, pebre y mostassa Dijon i deixa\u2019l reposar uns 10 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Barreja en una liquadora: la meitat de les verdures juntament amb el vi i la pasta de tom\u00e0quet. Deixa-ho barrejar fins que obtinguis un l\u00edquid uniforme.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019altre meitat dels vegetals neteja\u2019ls i pela\u2019ls b\u00e9 i talla\u2019ls a daus.<\/li>\n<li>En una olla col\u00b7loca una culleradeta d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva i cuina el pollastre fins que dauri una mica. Despr\u00e9s afegeix el contingut de la liquadora, sal i pebre al gust. Deixa que es cuini a foc lent durant 2 hores per a que el pollastre quedi esmicolat i es barregi amb la salsa i l\u2019arr\u00f2s. Si vols servir el pollastre sencer pots optar per cuinar-lo m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid.<\/li>\n<li>Quan quedin aproximadament uns 20 minuts de cocci\u00f3 afegeix els vegetals tallats a daus per a que es cuinin juntament amb la resta d\u2019ingredients.<\/li>\n<li>Serveix en el bowl l\u2019arr\u00f2s juntament amb el pollastre amb la salsa de verdures, pots decorar amb unes llavors de xia per sobre.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Amb aquestes receptes tindr\u00e0s una mica de varietat a l\u2019hora de pensar en dinar o sopar, s\u00f3n plats saludables complets que et serviran per a tota la fam\u00edlia.
