Pren nota perqu\u00e8 les festes infantils siguin alguna cosa m\u00e9s que ganxets i olives!<\/p>\n<h2>Unes receptes saludables pels aniversaris<\/h2>\n<h3>Bastonets de poma amb crema d&#8217;ametlles per festes infantils<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pomes<\/li>\n<li>Suc de llimona<\/li>\n<li>100 g ametlles crues<\/li>\n<li>Aigua<\/li>\n<li>Canyella en pols<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Posa les ametlles en un got, cobreix-les amb aigua i deixa-les en remull unes 4 hores.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop hagin passat les hores de remull, escorre les ametlles i tritura amb l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;un processador d&#8217;aliments.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix canyella al gust i una mica d&#8217;aigua per adaptar la consist\u00e8ncia. Torna a triturar perqu\u00e8 es converteixi en una massa homog\u00e8nia. Encara que pots deixar-la el m\u00e9s fina possible o amb trossets, aix\u00f2 va a gustos!<\/li>\n<li>Desar a la nevera fins al moment de servir. Mentrestant, renta b\u00e9 les pomes i talla-les a palets. Per evitar que la fruita s&#8217;oxidi, pots afegir suc de llimona per sobre amb l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;un esprai.<\/li>\n<li>Serveix els palets de poma en una safata juntament amb el bol de crema d&#8217;ametlles.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Bastonets de vegetals al forn<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pastanagues<\/li>\n<li>Carbassa<\/li>\n<li>Patata<\/li>\n<li>Moniato<\/li>\n<li>Oli d\u2019oliva<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Esp\u00e8cies al gust<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preescalfa el forn a 200 \u00baC. Mentrestant, renta i pela els vegetals. Despr\u00e9s, tallar a tires.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva, sal i les esp\u00e8cies que m\u00e9s t&#8217;agradin. Barreja b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 tots els trossos s&#8217;impregnin amb les esp\u00e8cies<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00b7loca els palets en una safata de forn de vidre i forneja\u2019ls a 180 \u00baC fins que quedin cuinats per dins, per\u00f2 daurats per fora. Un cop estiguin al punt desitjat retira les verdures del forn.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Mini hamburgueses de llenties<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g llenties vermelles<\/li>\n<li>5 pastanagues<\/li>\n<li>2 cullerades soperes de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/semola\/semola-de-arroz\/\">s\u00e8mola d\u2019arr\u00f2s Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Oli d\u2019oliva<\/li>\n<li>Pebre negra<\/li>\n<li>Pebre vermell picant<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Per comen\u00e7ar, cou les llenties en una olla amb aigua i una mica de sal. Mentre es couen les llenties, pela les pastanagues i ratlla-les.<\/li>\n<li>En una paella, amb una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva i sal, cuina la pastanaga ratllada a foc baix fins que quedi m\u00e9s o menys cuinada i s&#8217;hagi evaporat gaireb\u00e9 tota l&#8217;aigua<\/li>\n<li>Un cop estiguin cuites les llenties, escorre b\u00e9 i afegeix-les a la pastanaga. Barreja-ho tot b\u00e9 i retira-ho del foc.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix la s\u00e8mola d&#8217;arr\u00f2s, el pebre vermell i el pebre. Integra b\u00e9 tots els ingredients.<\/li>\n<li>Deixa que la barreja es refredi en un bol cobert amb un drap de cuina perqu\u00e8 no s&#8217;assequi.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00f3na forma d&#8217;hamburgueses a la massa, pots fer-ho manualment o amb l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;un motlle rod\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>Finalment, daura les hamburgueses per la paella.
