Quan estiguin daurats retira\u2019ls i reserva\u2019ls.<\/li>\n<li>A la mateixa paella afegeix una mica d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva i salteja els cigrons durant 5 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Mentre salteges els cigrons, escorre les panses i afegeix-les a la paella.<\/li>\n<li>Finalment afegeix els espinacs i una mica de sal al gust. Cuina-les fins que hagin redu\u00eft el seu volum.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Amanida caprese<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tom\u00e0quet<\/li>\n<li>Mozzarella<\/li>\n<li>Fulles d\u2019alf\u00e0brega fresca<\/li>\n<li>Oli d\u2019oliva verge extra<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Neteja les fulles d\u2019alf\u00e0brega i escorre-les b\u00e9 per a que no es quedin pansides.<\/li>\n<li>Neteja b\u00e9 els tom\u00e0quets i talla\u2019ls a rodanxes.<\/li>\n<li>Escorre la mozzarella i talla-la a rodanxes.<\/li>\n<li>En un plat munta l\u2019amanida, ves intercanviant rodanxes de tom\u00e0quet, mozzarella i alf\u00e0brega.<\/li>\n<li>Finalment amaneix amb oli d\u2019oliva verge extra i sal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Alvocat farcit<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 alvocat<\/li>\n<li>1 pastanaga<\/li>\n<li>1 ceba mitjana<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd pebrot vermell<\/li>\n<li>2 cullerades de formatge fresc crem\u00f3s<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Pebre negra<\/li>\n<li>Ceboll\u00ed per decorar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Neteja i pela les verdures i pica-les.<\/li>\n<li>Divideix l\u2019alvocat i desossa\u2019l, amb una cullera retira part de la carn de l\u2019alvocat fins deixar una grossor de aproximadament 1 dit.<\/li>\n<li>En un bol afegeix la polpa de l\u2019alvocat que hagis retirat i tritura-la amb l\u2019ajuda d\u2019una forquilla.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix el formatge fresc crem\u00f3s a l\u2019alvocat i barreja-ho tot b\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Una vegada la barreja sigui m\u00e9s o menys homog\u00e8nia afegeix les verdures picades i integra-les amb la crema.<\/li>\n<li>Farceix les meitats de l\u2019alvocat amb la barreja.<\/li>\n<li>Finalment pica una mica de ceboll\u00ed i afegeix-lo per sobre per decorar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Timbal de verdures<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd carbass\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd alberg\u00ednia<\/li>\n<li>2 tom\u00e0quets mitjans<\/li>\n<li>Fulles d\u2019alf\u00e0brega<\/li>\n<li>Oli d\u2019oliva verge<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Pebre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Neteja b\u00e9 les verdures i les fulles d\u2019alf\u00e0brega.<\/li>\n<li>Escorre b\u00e9 l\u2019alf\u00e0brega perqu\u00e8 no quedi pansida.<\/li>\n<li>Talla els vegetals a rodanxes fines.<\/li>\n<li>En una paella amb una mica d\u2019oli posa les rodanxes de vegetals sense que arribin a cuinar-se del tot.<\/li>\n<li>En una safata de vidre de forn munta el timbal alternant capes de verdures i alf\u00e0brega<\/li>\n<li>Finalment, forneja el timbal durant uns 20 minuts a 180\u00ba amb el forn preescalfat.<\/li>\n<li>Una vegada estigui cuinat, retira el timbal i serveix-lo en un plat.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Gaudeix del teu men\u00fa cardiosaludable!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A l\u2019article \u201cTips per a una alimentaci\u00f3 cardiosaludable \u201d t\u2019expliquem alguns consells per portar una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable pel cor. \u00c9s hora de posar-los a la pr\u00e0ctica amb un men\u00fa cardiosaludable d\u2019exemple!
