En els \u00faltims anys aquesta dieta ha anat adoptant molta import\u00e0ncia en el tractament de diverses patologies intestinals, ja que \u00e9s de gran ajuda en la disminuci\u00f3 dels s\u00edmptomes. En aquest article t&#8217;expliquem qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n els FODMAP, on es troben i per qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n \u00fatils en el tractament de determinades malalties intestinals.<\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n els FODMAP i per a qu\u00e8 s&#8217;utilitzen dietes baixes en FODMAP?<\/h2>\n<p>Quan parlem de <strong>FODMAP<\/strong> (Fermentable Oligosac\u00e0rids Disac\u00e0rids Monosac\u00e0rids i Poliols) ens referim a aquells <strong>hidrats de carboni de cadena curta que poden ser f\u00e0cilment fermentables pels bacteris que habiten en el nostre c\u00f2lon, l&#8217;intest\u00ed gros.<\/strong> En aquest grup s&#8217;inclouen fructosa, lactosa, polialcohols, fructans i galactanes, presents en gran quantitat d&#8217;aliments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Hi ha individus que no poden digerir correctament aquests hidrats de carboni de cadena curta. Aix\u00f2 genera una situaci\u00f3 de fermentaci\u00f3 intestinal. Es tradueix en gasos, inflor, dolor abdominal i fins i tot diarrea, segons la persona.<\/p>\n<p>Una reducci\u00f3 de la quantitat de FODMAP ingerida pot arribar a reduir la simptomatologia. \u00c9s important identificar exactament els tipus de FODMAP que poden estar desencadenant la cl\u00ednica per no excloure aliments innecess\u00e0riament de la dieta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La dieta FODMAP elimina els aliments que contenen FODMAP. Aquest tipus de dietes s&#8217;utilitzen com a tractament en malalties intestinals, com la s\u00edndrome d&#8217;intest\u00ed irritable.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la S\u00edndrome d\u2019Intest\u00ed Irritable (SII)?<\/h3>\n<p>La S\u00edndrome d\u2019Intest\u00ed Irritable (SII) o c\u00f2lon irritable, <strong>\u00e9s un trastorn funcional del tub digestiu<\/strong>. Cursa amb dolor abdominal, inflor, i\/o alteracions en l&#8217;h\u00e0bit intestinal. La seva causa \u00e9s encara desconeguda, per\u00f2 se sap que pot estar relacionat amb un trastorn en la mobilitat intestinal, l&#8217;estr\u00e8s, entre altres factors.<\/p>\n<p>Avui dia la dieta FODMAP \u00e9s el <strong>tractament diet\u00e8tic m\u00e9s recomanat<\/strong> en un cas de SII, ja que gran part dels pacients solen notar millores en la simptomatologia. Millorant la seva qualitat de vida.<\/p>\n<h2>Quins aliments contenen FODMAP?<\/h2>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, podr\u00e0s veure una llista amb els aliments que contenen m\u00e9s o menys contingut en FODMAP.<\/p>\n<h3>Aliments amb baix contingut en FODMAP, permesos:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lactis: Llet sense lactosa, llet vegetal (ametlla, arr\u00f2s, coco) formatges curats o durs, formatges sense lactosa, iogurts sense lactosa.<\/li>\n<li>Fruites: Nabiu, gerd, maduixa, magrana, guaiaba, kiwi, llima, llimona, mandarina, maracuj\u00e0, mel\u00f3, taronja, aranja, ra\u00efm, coco.<\/li>\n<li>Vegetals: Bleda, alfals, moniato, alberg\u00ednia, brot de soja, carabass\u00f3, card, cibulet, end\u00edvia, espinacs, fonoll, mongeta verda, enciam, llimona, llima, morr\u00f3, nap, patata, cogombre, cogombre, pebrot, rave, tom\u00e0quet i pastanaga.<\/li>\n<li>Cereals i tubercles: blat de moro, civada, arr\u00f2s, blat de moro, mill, polenta, quinoa, sorgo, moniato, patata, iuca.<\/li>\n<li>Fruita seca: Avellana, cacauet, nou, nou de macad\u00e0mia, llavor de gira-sol, llavor carabassa, xia, s\u00e8sam.<\/li>\n<li>Dol\u00e7os: Sucre, edulcorants no alcohols (E950, E951, E952, E960, E959, E961, E954, E962, E955, E957) i glucosa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Aliments amb alt contingut en FODMAP, a evitar:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lactis: Llet, crema de llet, llet en pols, nata, gelats de crema, formatge fresc (Burgos, ricotta, mat\u00f3, mascarpone), iogurt, mantega, postres lactis, beguda de soja.<\/li>\n<li>Fruites: Albercoc, alvocat, caqui, cirera, pruna, litxi, pr\u00e9ssec, fruites enllaunades en suc natural, magrana, figa, mango, poma, pr\u00e9ssec, m\u00f3ra, nectarina, pera, s\u00edndria, sucs de fruites.<\/li>\n<li>Vegetals: All, carxofa, api, garrofa, br\u00f2quil, ceba, col, coliflor, esp\u00e0rrec, mandioca, porro, remolatxa, col verda, bolets, blat de moro dol\u00e7, salsa de tom\u00e0quet.<\/li>\n<li>Llegums: cigrons, llenties, mongetes blanques, p\u00e8sols, faves, soja i productes derivats.<\/li>\n<li>Cereals: Blat, s\u00e8gol, ordi, espelta, amarant, arr\u00f2s integral, cereals i productes integrals.<\/li>\n<li>Carns: Processats, xarcuteria, salsitxes.<\/li>\n<li>Fruits secs: Ametlla, anacard, anacard, pruna deshidratada, d\u00e0til, figa, nou, pipa de gira-sol, pistatxo, ra\u00efm passa.<\/li>\n<li>Dol\u00e7os: Sorbitol, xilitol, manitol (E968, E953, E966, E965, E421, E420, E967), JMAF (xarop de blat de moro d&#8217;alta fructosa), mel, productes &#8220;light&#8221; o &#8220;sense sucre&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00c9s de gran ajuda llegir l&#8217;etiquetatge dels aliments<\/strong>. Alguns FODMAP com els polialcohols s\u00f3n usats per la ind\u00fastria aliment\u00e0ria com endolcidors en productes &#8220;light&#8221; o &#8220;sense sucre&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Sabem que en alguns moments \u00e9s complicat entendre l\u2019etiquetatge dels aliments, per aix\u00f2 si vols aprendre m\u00e9s, <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/apren-a-interpretar-letiquetatge-dels-aliments\/\">aqu\u00ed et deixem un article<\/a> que parla sobre aix\u00f2.<\/p>\n<h2>Caracter\u00edstiques d\u2019una dieta baixa en FODMAP<\/h2>\n<p>Consisteix en un <strong>tractament de 6-8 setmanes<\/strong>. Durant les primeres setmanes es realitza una dieta molt baixa en FODMAP. A mesura que van passant les setmanes, la funci\u00f3 del dietista-nutricionista \u00e9s tornar a introduir aquells aliments que havien estat eliminats de la dieta, sempre valorant l&#8217;estat del pacient. La reintroducci\u00f3 s&#8217;anir\u00e0 fent de manera gradual i espaiada en el temps. Aix\u00ed <strong>podem identificar amb exactitud quins tipus de FODMAP s\u00f3n els m\u00e9s susceptibles<\/strong> de generar la sobrefermentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s important\u00edssim que <strong>sempre estigui pautat per un dietista-nutricionista<\/strong> que valori en cada moment l&#8217;estat nutricional de l&#8217;individu. Podr\u00edem desenvolupar problemes de desnutrici\u00f3 i d\u00e8ficits de diversos nutrients.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, mantenir un estil de vida saludable \u00e9s indispensable en pacients amb SII.
