M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 d&#8217;unes llenties guisades, un bullit madrileny o una fabada asturiana, hi ha multitud de plats en els quals la base s\u00f3n els llegums. Busques algunes idees diferents? Queda&#8217;t i segueix llegint les nostres receptes amb llegums!<\/p>\n<h2>3 idees de receptes amb llegums<\/h2>\n<h3>Amanida t\u00e8bia de llenties, arr\u00f2s integral i atrotinat de bacall\u00e0<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g de llenties cuites de pot<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tassa <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-integral-nomen-2\/\">d&#8217;arr\u00f2s integral Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>50 g de pebrots del piquillo rostits<\/li>\n<li>100 g de tom\u00e0quets tipus cherry<\/li>\n<li>1 ceba dol\u00e7a<\/li>\n<li>2 grans d&#8217;all<\/li>\n<li>150 g de molles de bacall\u00e0 dessalat<\/li>\n<li>Oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra (AOVE)<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Com\u00ed molt o en gra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Per comen\u00e7ar, cou l&#8217;arr\u00f2s. Mentre dura la cocci\u00f3, s&#8217;escorre i aclareix les llenties.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop cuit l&#8217;arr\u00f2s, barreja-ho amb les llenties i afegeix els tom\u00e0quets tallats, els pebrots del piquillo en tires, un toc de sal i com\u00ed al gust. Remou tot b\u00e9 i deixa-ho a un costat.<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;\u00faltim que prepararem \u00e9s l\u2019atrotinada de bacall\u00e0, ja que ser\u00e0 el toc tebi de l&#8217;amanida. Col\u00b7loca una paella a foc mitj\u00e0 amb un raig d&#8217;AOVE. Mentre agafa temperatura, pela i talla els alls a l\u00e0mines. Quan l&#8217;oli estigui calent, cuina els alls fins que es daurin (compte que no es cremin!). Abans d&#8217;afegir les molles de bacall\u00e0 dessalat pots retirar els alls o no fer-ho, en funci\u00f3 del teu gust. Cuina el bacall\u00e0 en l&#8217;oli.<\/li>\n<li>Finalment col\u00b7loca l\u2019atrotinada sobre la barreja de la resta d&#8217;ingredients, remou, serveix immediatament i a gaudir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Guisat de mongetes, quinoa i bolets de temporada<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g de mongetes blanques cuites<\/li>\n<li>1 tassa de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/gran-sl\/les-teves-receptes-amb-quinoa\/\">quinoa blanca Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 L de brou de verdures o de pollastre<\/li>\n<li>200 g de bolets al gust<\/li>\n<li>1 porro<\/li>\n<li>1 ceba<\/li>\n<li>Oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra (AOVE)<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Canyella en pols<\/li>\n<li>1 ou cuit (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Primer de tot posa en una cassola un raig d&#8217;AOVE. Mentre s&#8217;escalfa, talla el porro i la ceba a talls molt fins. Afegeix-los a la paella juntament amb una mica de sal. Quan el porro i la ceba estiguin tendres \u00e9s moment d&#8217;afegir els bolets, pr\u00e8viament rentats, assecats i tallats.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix a la cassola el brou i porta-ho a ebullici\u00f3. Quan bulli \u00e9s moment d&#8217;afegir la quinoa. Abans que acabi la seva cocci\u00f3, afegeix les mongetes cuites, escorregudes i aclarides. Remou a poc a poc i cuina tots els ingredients durant dos minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop servit el plat s&#8217;empolvora una mica de canyella i, si vols, serveix juntament amb un ou cuit partit per la meitat. Bon profit!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Cigrons especiats amb cusc\u00fas i verdures<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g de cigrons cuits<\/li>\n<li>1 tassa de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/altre\/cuscus-nomen\/\">cusc\u00fas Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>200 g de carabassa<\/li>\n<li>200 g de pastanaga<\/li>\n<li>1 ceba<\/li>\n<li>1 got de tom\u00e0quet triturat<\/li>\n<li>Un grapat d&#8217;anacards crus<\/li>\n<li>Oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra (AOVE)<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>All en pols<\/li>\n<li>Com\u00ed molt<\/li>\n<li>C\u00farcuma<\/li>\n<li>Pebre molt<\/li>\n<li>Pebre vermell dol\u00e7<\/li>\n<li>Suc d&#8217;una llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preescalfa el forn a 200 \u00baC. Mentrestant, s&#8217;escorre i aclareix els cigrons cuits. Barreja en un bol un pessic de cadascuna de les esp\u00e8cies (all en pols, com\u00ed, c\u00farcuma, pebre i pebre vermell) juntament amb el suc de llimona. Afegeix els cigrons al bol, remou b\u00e9 i est\u00e9n-sobre la safata de forn pr\u00e8viament folrada amb paper sulfuritzat. S&#8217;enforna els cigrons durant aproximadament 30-40 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Posa a coure el cusc\u00fas i mentre es cou prepara el sofregit de verdures que l&#8217;acompanyar\u00e0. Per a aix\u00f2, tira AOVE en una paella, talla la ceba, la carabassa i la pastanaga a trossos no molt grans i afegeix-los quan l&#8217;oli estigui calent. Afegeix tamb\u00e9 una mica de sal i el tom\u00e0quet triturat. Cuina aquestes verdures fins que s&#8217;estovin.<\/li>\n<li>Quan el sofregit estigui gaireb\u00e9 llest, posa a la paella el cusc\u00fas ja cuit i barreja-ho tot uns minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Treu els cigrons del forn.<\/li>\n<li>Emplata posant al fons del plat el cusc\u00fas amb les verdures, a sobre els cigrons especiats i corona amb uns quants anacards tallats a trossets. Per llepar-se els dits!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Totes les receptes amb llegums es poden elaborar emprant llegums secs, si ho prefereixes, i coure una vegada que hagin estat en remull almenys tota la nit.
