D&#8217;aquesta manera evitem la contaminaci\u00f3 per anisakis.<\/li>\n<li>Tallar a daus el mango, la pastanaga, el cogombre i els tom\u00e0quets. Les quantitats dependran dels gustos de cadasc\u00fa.<\/li>\n<li>Combina tots els ingredients en un bol i afegeix llavors de s\u00e8sam per decorar. Voil\u00e0! A gaudir!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Sopa de peix i arr\u00f2s amb algues nori<\/h3>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed et deixem una recepta estupenda per a aquests dies freds que nom\u00e9s ens ve de gust menjar calent i estar a casa. Per qu\u00e8 \u00bfa qui no li agrada una bona sopa?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250g de salm\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>250g de congre<\/li>\n<li>Mitja tassa d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-integral-de-cultiu-ecologic-nomen\/\">arr\u00f2s integral Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>5g d&#8217;alga nori<\/li>\n<li>Mitja pastanaga<\/li>\n<li>Un quart de carabass\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>Un quart de ceba<\/li>\n<li>Un potet de p\u00e8sols<\/li>\n<li>Una penca d&#8217;api<\/li>\n<li>1L de brou de peix<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tallar a dauets totes les verdures i ofegar-les en una olla amb una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra i sal.<\/li>\n<li>Passats uns minuts, afegir l&#8217;arr\u00f2s i el brou de peix. Deixar que es cogui uns 15 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Rehidrata l&#8217;alga nori picada en un bol durant uns 2-3 minuts. Un cop fet afegeix-la a l&#8217;olla i deixa coure durant 10 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Netejar i tallar el peix a dauets. Un cop fet s&#8217;incorpora a l&#8217;olla i deixa-ho bullir durant un parell de minuts. Un cop arrenqui el bull apaga el foc i deixa reposar.<\/li>\n<li>Passat uns minuts serveix i afegeix una mica de julivert per sobre.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Smoothie de espirulina, pl\u00e0tan, mango i nabius<\/h3>\n<p>Tenint en compte el poc que es triga a elaborar aquest smoothie, ja no hi haur\u00e0 excuses per no esmorzar sa.
