Beixamel vegana amb beguda d\u2019arr\u00f2s<\/h3>\n<p>La beixamel \u00e9s una salsa que s&#8217;utilitza per acompanyar verdures (br\u00f2quil, coliflor &#8230;), per preparar croquetes (s\u00f3n la base d&#8217;aquestes, i es combinen amb ceba, bolets, verdures &#8230;), aix\u00ed com per fer lasanyes o canelons.<\/p>\n<p>Per fer una beixamel vegana has escalfar 30 ml d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva (o margarina vegetal), seguidament afegir 30 g de farina i coure durant uns minuts a foc suau.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment afegeix lentament 500 ml de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/beguda\/beguda-darros-nomen\/\">Beguda d&#8217;arr\u00f2s<\/a> calenta. Ves remenant amb ajuda d&#8217;unes varetes fins que es formi la beixamel (ha de tenir una textura espessa). Condimentar amb sal, pebre i amb un toc de nou moscada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Truc: per aconseguir una beixamel perfecta cuina b\u00e9 la farina durant un m\u00ednim de 5 minuts,<\/strong> sin\u00f3 tindr\u00e0 un lleuger gust de farina crua.<\/p>\n<h3>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Arr\u00f2s amb \u201cno llet\u201d veg\u00e0<\/h3>\n<p>Aquest cl\u00e0ssic de la rebosteria tan delici\u00f3s tamb\u00e9 pot preparar-se en la seva versi\u00f3 vegetal.<\/p>\n<p>Remulla 200 g <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/gran-sl\/les-teves-receptes-mes-dolces\/\">d&#8217;Arr\u00f2s especial les teves receptes m\u00e9s dolces<\/a> en aigua durant 30 minuts. Seguidament escorre\u2019l.<\/p>\n<p>Escalfa 1 litre de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/beguda\/beguda-de-civada\/\">Beguda de civada<\/a> o d&#8217;arr\u00f2s juntament amb 150 g de sucre, una branca de canyella, un trosset de pell de llimona i un trosset de pell de llima. Quan la beguda de civada trenqui el bull, afegeix l&#8217;arr\u00f2s, baixa el foc i cuina durant uns 40 minuts, remenant de tant en tant perqu\u00e8 no s&#8217;enganxi.<\/p>\n<p>Deixa refredar l&#8217;arr\u00f2s i serveix-lo amb una mica de canyella molta i ratlladura de llima per sobre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Truc: per aconseguir un bon resultat utilitza la pell de llimona i llima sense la part blanca<\/strong>, ja que aquesta pot donar un gust amarg a la recepta.<\/p>\n<h3>3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Massa de creps sense llet, ou ni mantega<\/h3>\n<p>Mai fallen, tant en la seva versi\u00f3 dol\u00e7a com salada!<\/p>\n<p>Amb l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;una batedora tritura 125 g de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/farina\/farina-de-blat\/\">farina<\/a> juntament amb 250 ml de beguda d&#8217;arr\u00f2s, 25 ml d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva i una mica de sal. Deixa reposar la massa un m\u00ednim d&#8217;1 hora a la nevera.<\/p>\n<p>Treu la massa de la nevera i barreja-una mica abans de comen\u00e7ar amb les creps.<\/p>\n<p>En un paella posa una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva i amb un paper escampa b\u00e9 l&#8217;oli per tota la paella. Seguidament posa una mica de la massa i deixa que es faci b\u00e9. Dona-li la volta i cuina per l&#8217;altre costat. Ves repetint l&#8217;operaci\u00f3 fins a acabar amb tota la massa.<\/p>\n<p>Combina les creps amb verdures, fruites, xocolata, <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/receptes-veganes-hummus-pates\/\">amb hummus o pat\u00e9s vegetals<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Truc: pots congelar les creps una vegada fetes en petits paquets<\/strong>. El dia que vulguis menjar-treu-un parell d&#8217;hores abans, es descongelen amb rapidesa.<\/p>\n<h3>4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Pur\u00e9 de patata crem\u00f3s sense llet<\/h3>\n<p>El pur\u00e9 de patata \u00e9s una guarnici\u00f3 excel\u00b7lent per acompanyar amb tofu, saltats de verdures i amb temph\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Per preparar-la xafa amb una forquilla 500 g de patata cuita sense pell. A continuaci\u00f3, barreja la patata aixafada juntament amb 4 cullerades d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva suau i 100 ml de beguda de civada. Escalfa en un cass\u00f3 i remou fins que quedi tot integrat. Salpebra al gust i llest per consumir!<\/p>\n<p>Pots preparar el pur\u00e9 xafant molt la patata o b\u00e9 deixant-la amb alguns trossets, queda tamb\u00e9 molt bo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Truc: pots preparar el pur\u00e9 amb moniato en lloc de patata<\/strong> de la mateixa manera, \u00e9s delici\u00f3s!<\/p>\n<h3>5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Crema de \u201cformatge\u201d veg\u00e0 amb anacards<\/h3>\n<p>El formatge \u00e9s un lacti \u00e0mpliament consumit i de vegades pot ser complicat substituir-lo. Amb aquesta crema de sabor intens, podr\u00e0s untar unes torrades o sucar pa sense trobar a faltar el teu formatge preferit.<\/p>\n<p>Per fer-la, has de remullar una tassa d&#8217;anacards crus en aigua, a la nevera, tota la nit. A l&#8217;endem\u00e0, escorre els anacards i passa&#8217;ls al got de la batedora. Afegeix 3 cullerades soperes de llevat nutricional, mitja cullerada de vinagre de poma, 6 cullerades d&#8217;aigua i 1 cullerada de suc de llimona.
