El nostre cap no para de donar voltes a la situaci\u00f3 extrema que vivim i aix\u00f2 provoca una <strong>gran preocupaci\u00f3 i malestar emocional, per aix\u00f2 volem ensenyar-te a controlar les emocions<\/strong>, especialment per la incertesa que generen en nosaltres els <strong>canvis constants<\/strong> a causa de la rapidesa de la propagaci\u00f3 de l&#8217; virus.<\/p>\n<p>Les nostres vides han canviat sobtadament i aix\u00f2 ens obliga a modificar les nostres rutines, el nostre espai, les nostres relacions, la nostra feina &#8230; i ens trobem fora de la nostra \u00e0rea de confort.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Emocions inc\u00f2modes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Enfrontar-se a emocions intenses, encaixar not\u00edcies doloroses de persones properes o veure com desafien di\u00e0riament a la malaltia els treballadors sanitaris &#8230; ens sobrepassa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9s normal sentir por, tristesa, enuig i sentiments de vulnerabilitat i falta de control<\/strong> davant aquestes crisis. Per\u00f2 hem de mantenir-nos ferms i omplir-nos d&#8217;emocions positives.<\/p>\n<p>Tot passar\u00e0 segur. Mentrestant i fins que tot sigui un record, cal <strong>afrontar el problema i mitigar l&#8217;impacte emocional<\/strong> que ens envesteix di\u00e0riament perqu\u00e8 les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies siguin m\u00ednimes o nul\u00b7les. Vols saber com aconseguir-ho? A continuaci\u00f3, et donem uns consells per controlar les emocions durant el coronavirus.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Afrontar l&#8217;impacte emocional<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Cal recon\u00e8ixer les emocions que sentim, aix\u00f2 ens ajudar\u00e0 a posar-los nom o cara. Quan sabem qu\u00e8 sentim, \u00e9s m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil de contrarestar i afrontar.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest no \u00e9s un proc\u00e9s r\u00e0pid ni lineal, sin\u00f3 que passar\u00e0s per diferents fases fins a aconseguir un equilibri i una mentalitat positiva.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Fases per controlar les emocions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tot comen\u00e7a amb una not\u00edcia llunyana. Estem habituats a escoltar successos i males not\u00edcies des dels mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3. Sembla que ja ens hem immunitzat fins i tot. Per\u00f2 no imaginem, sota cap sup\u00f2sit, que aix\u00f2 pugui succeir a aqu\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3>Negaci\u00f3<\/h3>\n<p>Hi ha una primera fase de negaci\u00f3 que apareix en gaireb\u00e9 tots els canvis que no desitgem: una mort, una separaci\u00f3, una p\u00e8rdua &#8230; Posem excuses i neguem la realitat. El coronavirus ha arribat als nostres carrers, per\u00f2 no ho volem veure.<\/p>\n<h3>Ira<\/h3>\n<p>La r\u00e0bia o la ira s\u00f3n les emocions que donen pas o acompanyen la negaci\u00f3. En aquest cas ens adonem que s\u00ed ens pot afectar. Cal deixar que l&#8217;enuig segueixi el seu curs per avan\u00e7ar a la seg\u00fcent fase.<\/p>\n<h3>Por<\/h3>\n<p>Aquesta emoci\u00f3 \u00e9s molt desagradable i a el mateix temps necess\u00e0ria. La por ens pot paralitzar, \u00e9s contagiosa i ens pot portar a la hist\u00e8ria col\u00b7lectiva, com les compres compulsives, la irritaci\u00f3, voler escapar &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 <strong>tenir por<\/strong> \u00e9s saludable, ens fa m\u00e9s prudents i ens ajuda a protegir-nos. \u00c9s una emoci\u00f3 adaptativa que aguditza la capacitat de reaccionar o de buscar solucions o alternatives que ens ajudin a estar millor.<\/p>\n<h3>Acceptaci\u00f3<\/h3>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s apareix la tristesa. Estem cansats i sembla que mai acabar\u00e0 aquest malson. Per\u00f2 aquesta fase \u00e9s la que ens permet arribar a un estat d&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3. Admetre el que est\u00e0 passant i ser conscients de la realitat \u00e9s el primer pas per avan\u00e7ar.<\/p>\n<h3>Aprenentatge i Creixement<\/h3>\n<p>A partir de l&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3 podem comen\u00e7ar a aprendre. Hem ent\u00e8s que hi ha molts factors en joc que no podem dominar, aix\u00ed que \u00e9s el moment de deixar anar el control.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s el moment de <strong>viure el present i ser agra\u00eft<\/strong>. Ens adonem que entre tots estem tractant de donar el millor de nosaltres mateixos. Apareix la solidaritat. Pensem en com podem ajudar els altres. La nova realitat ens fa viure la vida amb un prop\u00f2sit i recordar l&#8217;apr\u00e8s en un futur, per saber apreciar el que realment \u00e9s important.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s el moment d&#8217;<strong>adquirir nous h\u00e0bits<\/strong>. Hem de quedar-nos a casa i aix\u00f2 ens permet descobrir a poc a poc aspectes positius d&#8217;aquesta situaci\u00f3. Podem viure-ho com una oportunitat. Quan m\u00e9s ens esforcem en esbrinar qu\u00e8 podem aprendre d&#8217;aquesta crisi, abans aconseguirem l&#8217;equilibri i una mentalitat positiva.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Estrat\u00e8gies clau per controlar les emocions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ja hem vist les diferents fases que se succeeixen davant d\u2019un impacte emocional, ara t&#8217;expliquem quines estrat\u00e8gies seguir de forma pr\u00e0ctica per avan\u00e7ar i superar el confinament.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Genera una rutina: elabora un horari i tracta de mantenir-lo<\/li>\n<li>Centra&#8217;t en to el que sigui positiu: presta atenci\u00f3 al que S\u00cd pots fer<\/li>\n<li>Cerca moments d&#8217;oci i creativitat<\/li>\n<li>Cuida&#8217;t: \u00e9s un bon moment per cuidar els teus h\u00e0bits d&#8217;higiene, activitat f\u00edsica, son i seguir una dieta saludable.
