I tamb\u00e9 per als cel\u00edacs, ja que tot i que molts la consideren un cereal, en realitat \u00e9s una llavor i \u00e9s un aliment <\/span><b>sense gluten.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La quinoa es consumeix des de fa milers d\u2019anys a les zones andines de Llatinoam\u00e8rica (els principals productors s\u00f3n Per\u00fa, Bol\u00edvia i Equador), i els inques ja la consideraven un aliment sagrat. Seca la quinoa, extenent-la en una safata de forn, amb el forn a baixa pot\u00e8ncia, durant uns 50 minuts m\u00e9s o menys. Passat aquest temps, infla la quinoa en una paella amb una culleradeta d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva (\u00e9s un proc\u00e9s similar al de les crispetes). Quan els grans de quinoa s\u2019hagin inflat, enretira\u2019ls. Ves amb compte, es cremen amb facilitat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Prepara la massa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Barreja els altres ingredients (l\u2019ametlla molta, el granet d\u2019ametlla, la mel i el coco ratllat) fins que s\u2019integrin. Afegeix la quinoa inflada i barreja b\u00e9 fins a aconseguir una massa homog\u00e8nia.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Deixa refredar la massa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Exten aquesta massa en una safata rectangular folrada amb paper sulfuritzat, aixafant-la una mica amb els dits o el dors d\u2019una cullera per a que no quedin forats i tingui el mateix gruix. Reserva a la nevera perqupe agafi cos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Prepara la xocolata<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Fon en un bol la xocolata fondant, al microones o al bany Maria. Espera a que s\u2019atemperi una mica.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Banya les barretes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Desmotlla la massa de les barretes i talla-la en petits rectangles o quadrats. Banya un dels costats de les porcions en la xocolata fosa i posa-les sobre una safata folrada amb paper de forn, amb la xocolata cap a dalt. Escampa-hi unes escames de sal pel damunt.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Refreda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Introdueix a la nevera fins que la xocolata s\u2019hagi solidificat.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Recepta de carrot cake amb quinoa (past\u00eds de pastanaga amb quinoa)<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00famero de comensals: 8 persones<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Temps d\u2019elaboraci\u00f3: 1 hora<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ingredients per al carrot cake amb quinoa:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">500 gr de pastanaga<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 gr de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">quinoa<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 ous<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">80 gr de sucre mor\u00e8 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La ratlladura d\u20191 llimona<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 gr de formatge per refregar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 iogurt desnatat<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 gr de sucre glas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 culleradeta de canyella en pols<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mantega<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elaboraci\u00f3 del carrot cake amb quinoa:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Cou la quinoa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Fes-la bullir en una olla gran amb aigua (3 mides d\u2019aigua per 1 de quinoa) i cou-la 15 minuts. Aparta l\u2019olla del foc i deixa refredar la quinoa. Escorre-la b\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Fes la massa.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ratlla la pastanaga i precalenta el forn a 180\u00ba. Separa els rovells de les clares. Bat els rovells amb el sucre fins que doblin el seu volum. Afegeix la ratlladura de llimona.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Afegeix els ingredients. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Afegeix la quinoa a la massa i tamb\u00e9 la pastanaga ratllada. Remena amb una esp\u00e0tula per a qu\u00e8 s\u2019integrin tots els ingredients.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Afegeix les clares a punt de neu.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Monta les clares a punt de neu amb un polsim de sal i afegeix-les a la massa anterior, remenant amb compte amb una esp\u00e0tula per a qu\u00e8 s\u2019integri perdent el m\u00ednim d\u2019aire possible<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Enforna el pa de pessic. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posa la massa en un motllo rod\u00f3, engreixat amb mantega o oli, i cou el pa de pessic a 180\u00ba durant 40 o 50 minuts (punxa\u2019l en el centre amb una brotxeta de fusta als 40 minuts, si la brotxeta surt bruta de massa humida, necessita m\u00e9s temps de cocci\u00f3). Enretira el pa de pessic del forn i deixa\u2019l atemperar una mica sobre una reixeta abans de desmotllar-lo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Fes la crema de formatge.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Barreja el formatge i el iogurt i bat-los amb varilles manuals, amb compte, afegint-hi poc a poc el sucre glas i la canyella en pols, fins que estiguin ben integrats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Monta el carrot cake.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Desmotlla el pa de pessic i talla\u2019l per la meitat en horitzontal. Cobreix la part inferior amb una capa generosa de crema de formatge, posa l\u2019altre part al damunt i fes una altra capa de crema. Cobreix tamb\u00e9 amb crema de formatge els laterals del carrot cake, amb una esp\u00e0tula.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Reserva a la nevera<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> fins el moment de servir i treu-lo 5-10 minuts abans per a qu\u00e8 no estigui tan fred.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ets fan de la quinoa?
