Es prepara amb les millors <strong>verdures de temporada<\/strong>, com p\u00e8sols, esp\u00e0rrecs verds i mongetes tendres; aporta tots els beneficis per a la salut de l\u2019<strong>arr\u00f2s<\/strong> i la <strong>quinoa<\/strong> i, com a cirereta del past\u00eds, es completa amb un <strong>ou poch\u00e9<\/strong> que banya tot el plat amb la untuositat del rovell l\u00edquid. Un veritable plaer per als sentits.<\/p>\n<h2>Recepta de saltat de verdures de primavera, arr\u00f2s, quinoa i ou poch\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00famero de comensals: 4 persones<br \/>\nTemps d\u2019elaboraci\u00f3: 40 minuts<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>100 gr d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-basmati\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">arr\u00f2s basmati<\/a><\/li>\n<li>100 gr de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/gran-sl\/les-teves-receptes-amb-quinoa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">quinoa<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 manat d\u2019esp\u00e0rrecs verds<\/li>\n<li>50 gr de p\u00e8sols frescos<\/li>\n<li>50 gr de mongetes tendres<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd pebrot vermell<\/li>\n<li>1 ceba tendra (o 1 ceba)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dent d\u2019all<\/li>\n<li>4 ous<\/li>\n<li>Vinagre<\/li>\n<li>Oli d\u2019oliva<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Pebre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/h3>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Prepara les verdures.<\/strong> Enretira el peu lleny\u00f3s dels esp\u00e0rrecs i talla\u2019ls a trossos. Despunta les mongetes verdes i trosseja-les tamb\u00e9. Pica la ceba tendra (o la ceba) i el dent d\u2019all. Neteja les llavors del pebrot i talla\u2019l a dauets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Bull les mongetes <\/strong>i els p\u00e8sols en un cass\u00f3 amb abundant aigua salada, durant 20 minuts. Despr\u00e9s, esc\u00f3rre\u2019ls i reserva\u2019ls.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Mentrestant, salta la ceba<\/strong> i l\u2019all en una paella amb un parell de cullerades d\u2019oli fins a qu\u00e8 la ceba comenci a estar transparent. Afegeix el pebrot, salta\u2019l 5 minuts m\u00e9s i afegeix tamb\u00e9 els esp\u00e0rrecs. Salta tot junt durant 5 minuts m\u00e9s, a foc mig.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Bull l\u2019arr\u00f2s <\/strong>i la quinoa, el temps indicat pel fabricant, per separat. Despr\u00e9s, esc\u00f3rre\u2019ls i barreja\u2019ls. Si vols estalviar-te aquest pas, pots utilitzar uns <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/productes-nomen\/vasets-arros\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gotets d\u2019arr\u00f2s<\/a> basmati i arr\u00f2s integral amb quinoa, barrejats. Es preparen en un nom\u00e9s 1 minut de microones i els tindr\u00e0s a punt per afegir-los al teu saltat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Afegeix l\u2019arr\u00f2s i la quinoa<\/strong> a la paella de les verdures. Tamb\u00e9 les mongetes i els p\u00e8sols. Remena amb compte per a qu\u00e8 es barregin b\u00e9 els ingredients. Rectifica de sal i pebre i rega amb un rajolinet d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Prepara els ous poch\u00e9.<\/strong> Posa un cass\u00f3 amb aigua i 1 cullerada de vinagre al foc i porta\u2019l a ebullici\u00f3. Quan comenci a bullir, enretira el cass\u00f3 del foc i trenca 1 ou (\u00e9s millor que l\u2019hagis trencat abans en un bol, per a comprovar que est\u00e0 sencer. Si es trenca el rovell abans de posar-lo a l\u2019aigua no sortir\u00e0 b\u00e9). Posa l\u2019ou a l\u2019aigua, espera 3 minuts i enretira\u2019l amb una escumadora.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Emplata el saltat<\/strong> I posa 1 ou poch\u00e9 sobre cada plat. Afegeix una mica de sal i serveix de seguida.<\/p>\n<h3>Trucs, consells i alternatives<\/h3>\n<p><strong>&#8211; <\/strong>Si l\u2019ou poch\u00e9 et sembla massa complicat de fer, tot i que de veritat que no ho \u00e9s, pots completar el saltat amb un <strong>ou ferrat<\/strong> o fins i tot amb un <strong>ou dur<\/strong> partit per la meitat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; <\/strong>Pots emplatar el saltat com un timbal, utilitzant un motlle d\u2019emplatar per a posar-lo bonic. Posa el motlle sobre el plat, omple\u2019l amb el saltat, fes una mica de pressi\u00f3 amb el dors d\u2019una cullera de sopa (per a qu\u00e8 es compacti una mica i no es desmonti) i aixeca el motlle amb compte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; <\/strong>Un toc de xef. Una vegada tinguis el saltat emplatat, decora\u2019l amb alguna <strong>herba arom\u00e0tica<\/strong>, com un parell de brins de cibulet o una branqueta de roman\u00ed, Ja veur\u00e0s com sorprens tothom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; <\/strong>En el darrer moment, tira per damunt dels saltats unes <strong>escames de sal <\/strong> N\u2019hi ha de molts tipus: fumades, amb pebre vermell&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; <\/strong>Si alguna de les verdures que porta el saltat no t\u2019agrada, o no l\u2019has trobat al s\u00faper o al mercat, pots canviar-la per una altra o simplement no posar-la. I per a fer aquest plat en <strong>versi\u00f3 tardor-hivern<\/strong>, utilitza carabassa, cols de Brussel.les o br\u00f2coli, bolets de temporada&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; <\/strong>I si no vols barrejar arr\u00f2s amb quinoa, utilitza nom\u00e9s un dels dos ingredients, el saltat tamb\u00e9 quedar\u00e0 molt bo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c9s un entrant de luxe o un sopar f\u00e0cil per a lluir-te.
