Perqu\u00e8 descobrir\u00e0s una manera de cuinar \u2013i de menjar\u2013 que t\u2019aporta tots els nutrients necessaris per a una <strong>alimentaci\u00f3 saludable<\/strong>, variada, f\u00e0cil i r\u00e0pida de preparar. A m\u00e9s de ser nutricionalment equilibrats, els \u00e0pats en bowls estan deliciosos i plens de contrastos de gustos. Els has de distribuir en el bol de manera <strong>ordenada<\/strong>, posant com a base les fulles verdes i despr\u00e9s anar-hi col.locant els diferents ingredients, un al costat de l\u2019altre, com si fossin porcions triangulars d\u2019un past\u00eds.
