En realitat, no deixa de ser una recepta <strong>100% mediterr\u00e0nia<\/strong>, a base de cereals, llegums i vegetals. La combinaci\u00f3 d\u2019ingredients \u00e9s aparentment senzilla, per\u00f2 el resultat \u00e9s delici\u00f3s, l\u2019has de tastar!<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s de ser una bona manera d\u2019incloure els llegums en la nostra dieta di\u00e0ria, que s\u00f3n una <strong>gran font de fibra<\/strong>, en combinar-les amb arr\u00f2s aconseguim multiplicar la beneficiosa aportaci\u00f3 de <strong>prote\u00efnes vegetals<\/strong> d\u2019ambd\u00f3s ingredients, perqu\u00e8 llegums+cereals formen un t\u00e0ndem perfecte a nivell nutricional. En la nostra recepta Nomen, a m\u00e9s, hi afegim un parell de vegetals m\u00e9s, carbass\u00f3 i pastanaga, que fan d\u2019aquesta mujaddara personalitzada un plat complet\u00edssim.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta recepta es prepara amb <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-basmati\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">arr\u00f2s basmati<\/a>, una de les varietats m\u00e9s arom\u00e0tiques d\u2019arr\u00f2s, de gra llarg i una textura lleugerament cruixent i deliciosa. L\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-basmati\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">arr\u00f2s basmati de Nomen<\/a>, cultivat a les valls de l\u2019Him\u00e0laia, t\u00e9 a m\u00e9s una blancor excepcional i un subtil aroma a nous. No t\u2019estan agafant unes ganes irresistibles de tastar-lo en aquesta recepta? Doncs som-hi:<\/p>\n<h2>Recepta d\u2019arr\u00f2s basmati amb verdures, ceba caramel\u00b7litzada i llenties<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00famero de comensals: 4 persones<\/p>\n<p>Temps d\u2019elaboraci\u00f3: 1 hora i 30 minuts<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>200 gr de llenties pardines<\/li>\n<li>200 gr d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-basmati\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">arr\u00f2s basmati Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>4 cebes<\/li>\n<li>1 carbass\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>1-2 pastanagues (segons el seu tamany)<\/li>\n<li>Oli d\u2019oliva<\/li>\n<li>1 cullerada de mantega<\/li>\n<li>1 cdeta de com\u00ed en pols (opcional)<\/li>\n<li>Pebre negre acabat de moldre<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>1 branqueta de julivert fresc o coriandre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Caramel\u00b7litzada la ceba.<\/strong> Pela les cebes, renta-les i talla-les en juliana ben fina. Posa una cassola al foc, amb la mantega i 1 cullerada d\u2019oli, i ves cuinant la ceba a foc mig, remenant de tant en tant. Quan comenci a estar transparent, salpebre-la i segueix caramel\u00b7litzant-la, fins que tingui un to torrat. Enretira de la cassola i reserva.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prepara el carbass\u00f3 i la pastanaga.<\/strong> Pela la pastanaga (el carbass\u00f3 no, nom\u00e9s talla-li les puntes). Talla\u2019ls a daus molt petits, de \u00bd cm de costat. Salta primer la pastanaga, en una paella amb una mica d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva, durant 5 minuts. Afegeix llavors el carbass\u00f3 i salta tot junt 5 minuts m\u00e9s. Reserva.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cou les llenties.<\/strong> Posa-les a l\u2019olla expr\u00e9s amb aigua i 1 cullerada de sal i cou-les durant uns 20 minuts. Si fas servir una olla normal, necessitar\u00e0s entre 1 hora i 1 hora i \u00bd de cocci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cou l\u2019arr\u00f2s.<\/strong> Primer, renta\u2019l. I despr\u00e9s posa\u2019l en un cass\u00f3 amb el doble d\u2019aigua que d\u2019arr\u00f2s, amb sal i com\u00ed en pols, si decideixes utilitzar aquesta esp\u00e8cia. Cou-lo durant 10 minuts i despr\u00e9s esc\u00f3rre\u2019l.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Barreja els ingredients.<\/strong> Barreja l\u2019arr\u00f2s, les llenties i el carbass\u00f3 i la pastanaga en un bol gran i remena amb compte. Afegeix la meitat de la ceba caramel\u00b7litzada i remena una altra vegada.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Serveix la mujaddara<\/strong> amb la resta de la ceba caramel\u00b7litzada pel damunt. Decora amb julivert o coriandre picats i rega amb un fil d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Idees per a acompanyar i servir la mujaddara<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Si vols completar encara m\u00e9s aquest plat, pots servir-lo en plats individuals i coronar-lo amb <strong>un ou ferrat al damunt<\/strong>. Ja saps, amb la clara torradeta i el rovell cru, per a qu\u00e8 en trencar l\u2019ou, el rovell l\u00edquid banyi amb la seva untuositat la resta d\u2019ingredients. No s\u00e9 a tu, per\u00f2 a nosaltres se\u2019ns fa la boca aigua&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Com aquest \u00e9s un plat molt complet a nivell nutricional, pots preparar una amanida de crudit\u00e9s amb diferents enciams, tom\u00e0quet i pebrot per a <strong>completar el men\u00fa<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>I si no t\u2019agrada el gust del com\u00ed, pots substituir-lo per una miqueta de <strong>canyella en pols<\/strong>. Veur\u00e0s com queda de bo i quin gust m\u00e9s especial. Segur que repeteixes!<\/li>\n<li>Aquest plat es pot prendre <strong>calent o a temperatura ambient<\/strong>, aix\u00ed que tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s ideal per a portar-lo en un tupper a la feina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>El mateix plat, en versi\u00f3 r\u00e0pida<\/h2>\n<p>Tens poc temps per cuinar, per\u00f2 t\u2019ha agradat aquesta recepta?
