Per aix\u00f2, haur\u00edem de ser capa\u00e7os de donar a aquest moment el valor que t\u00e9, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del fet d\u2019alimentar-nos. I estaria b\u00e9 fer-ho sempre, no nom\u00e9s quan tenim convidats a casa, tamb\u00e9 amb la nostra bombolla familiar, amb els qui compartim la vida en el dia a dia.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s veritat que la rutina di\u00e0ria no ens deixa massa <strong>temps per a compartir moments de tranquil\u00b7litat<\/strong> amb els nostres, i que sovint ens limitem a parlar d\u2019all\u00f2 imprescindible (qui porta o qui recull els nens de les extraescolars, qui posa la rentadora, la reuni\u00f3 de ve\u00efns de les vuit del vespre o qui porta el cotxe a la ITV, per exemple). I, quan tenim convidats, la preparaci\u00f3 del menjar, o de la taula, fa que qui est\u00e0 al davant dels fogons es perdi la meitat de la trobada amb anades i tornades a la cuina.<\/p>\n<h2>Dinars i soparts, moments per a compartir<\/h2>\n<p>A Nomen tenim la soluci\u00f3 a ambd\u00f3s problemes. Tu nom\u00e9s haur\u00e0s de sofregir lleugerament els fideus en una paella gran amb una mica d\u2019oli o de mantega, afegir mig got de vi blanc i quan s\u2019hagi evaporat l\u2019alcohol, afegir aigua calenta, abaixar el foc i deixar que la fideu\u00e0 cogui durant 15 minuts. Passat aquest temps, apaga el foc i a gaudir! Reunir-se al voltant de la taula \u00e9s un bon moment per a parlar amb els nostres. Com a molt, posa una mica de m\u00fasica relaxant o que us agradi a tots per acompanyar el dinar o el sopar.<\/p>\n<h3>Propicia un bon ambient<\/h3>\n<p>No treguis temes de conversa \u201cpol\u00e8mics\u201d a la taula. Segur que hi ha temes amables de qu\u00e8 parlar, que provoquin somriures i fins i tot rialles. La taula ha de ser un moment feli\u00e7, no de discussions o empipades.
