El cos ens demana un tipus de cuina diferent: v\u00e9nen de gust <strong>plats calents<\/strong> m\u00e9s elaborats i m\u00e9s contundents. Per\u00f2 com que no volem que aix\u00f2 afecti el nostre <strong>equilibri nutricional<\/strong>, avui explicarem quins aliments poden ser els nostres aliats per a aquesta tardor!<\/p>\n<p>Comen\u00e7arem pels vegetals. Si per alguna cosa destaquen aquest grup d&#8217;aliments \u00e9s pel seu <strong>esc\u00e0s valor cal\u00f2ric<\/strong> i per la seva riquesa en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit vitam\u00ednic, mineral i de fibra. Com expliquem en el nostre <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/trucs-per-equilibrar-a-casa-el-menu-escolar-dels-teus-fills\/\" target=\"_blank\">article anterior<\/a>, sempre han d&#8217;estar presents en el nostre menjar, ja que donen volum al plat sense que es noti pr\u00e0cticament en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit energ\u00e8tic i, gr\u00e0cies a la seva aportaci\u00f3 en fibra, <strong>ens ajuden a saciar-nos<\/strong>. Els principals vegetals que podem trobar a la tardor s\u00f3n: <strong>les cols de Brussel\u00b7les, la coliflor, el br\u00f2quil i la col<\/strong>. Tots ells pertanyen a la fam\u00edlia de les cruc\u00edferes, grup d&#8217;aliments que destaca per un <strong>alt contingut en antioxidants<\/strong>. De fet, recents estudis realitzats per l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia Internacional d&#8217;Investigaci\u00f3 del C\u00e0ncer els atorga <strong>propietats anticanceroses<\/strong>. No obstant aix\u00f2, per la mala olor que desprenen a l&#8217;hora de coure-les, moltes vegades deixem de consumir aquest grup de verdures. Per evitar-ho, el millor \u00e9s afegir a l&#8217;aigua una cullerada gran de vinagre, tenint en compte que si la vas a consumir en forma de minestra o acompanyant a un altre vegetal, ser\u00e0 millor coure-les per separat.<\/p>\n<p>Un altre vegetal estrella que ens indica l&#8217;arribada de la tardor s\u00f3n els <strong>bolets, rics en iode i f\u00f2sfor<\/strong>, resulten ideals per <strong>donar alegria als plats<\/strong>, sigui en forma de plat principal o com a acompanyament. Tamb\u00e9 arriba la <strong>carxofa<\/strong>, hortalissa que gr\u00e0cies al seu <strong>elevat contingut en potassi i el seu baix contingut en sodi<\/strong>, es caracteritza per tenir <strong>propietats di\u00fcr\u00e8tiques<\/strong>. La millor manera per gaudir-\u00e9s fer-les al vapor o b\u00e9 cuites al forn (si les amaneixes amb una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra, sal i pebre i les emboliques amb paper d&#8217;alumini, estan bon\u00edssimes!).<\/p>\n<p>Per acompanyar aquests meravellosos vegetals, la natura tamb\u00e9 ens brinda aliments que destaquen per la seva aportaci\u00f3 en hidrats de carboni com \u00e9s el <strong>moniato<\/strong>. Aquest tamb\u00e9 ens <strong>aporta beta carotens<\/strong> que li donen aquest color ataronjat i \u00e9s un <strong>nutrient ideal per a la cura de la nostra pell<\/strong>. Encara que segons quines regions tenen el costum de menjar-lo com a postres pel seu sabor dol\u00e7, en realitat li podem donar el mateix \u00fas que la patata. Per tant el podem bullir juntament les verdures que vulguem, fregir, fer-ho al forn o b\u00e9 tallar-lo a rodanxes i fer-ho a la brasa o a la graella.<\/p>\n<p>I no podria acabar aquest article sense parlar de les <strong>castanyes<\/strong>: tot i que se solen classificar com a fruit sec, la seva aportaci\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica \u00e9s inferior, ja que t\u00e9 menys greixos i t\u00e9 un major contingut en hidrats de carboni (36,5 g per cada 100 g) que aquests. A m\u00e9s destaca el seu <strong>alt contingut en aigua i nutrients reguladors, com el potassi i l&#8217;\u00e0cid f\u00f2lic<\/strong>.
