S\u2019han acabat les vacances i has de tornar a agafar el ritme. No nom\u00e9s tu, tamb\u00e9 els nens. Tornen el despertador, l\u2019oficina, l\u2019escola, els dies plens de mil i una activitats, els horaris, les extraescolars&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Si vols que la tornada al dia a dia no sigui aclaparadora ni et generi estr\u00e9s afegit, <strong>el millor \u00e9s que et planifiquis b\u00e9<\/strong>. Marca els teus horaris i els dels nens, estableix una pauta per a les feines de la casa (per exemple, rentadora els dissabtes, fer els banys els dimarts&#8230;) i sobretot, planifica els men\u00fas de la setmana per a poder comprar i cuinar tot el que puguis el cap de setmana. Aix\u00ed, despr\u00e9s arribar a tot ser\u00e0 molt m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil.<\/p>\n<p>Si treballes fora de casa i acostumes a portar-te el menjar de casa, planificar les carmanyoles de cada dia tamb\u00e9 et resultar\u00e0 molt pr\u00e0ctic. Tu nom\u00e9s haur\u00e0s d\u2019escollir quin plat prefereixes per a cada dia, de dilluns a divendres.<\/p>\n<h2>AMANIDA DE COUS COUS<\/h2>\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/altre\/cuscus-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cous cous<\/a> \u00e9s una s\u00e8mola de blat dur molt rica en hidrats de carboni, un aliment perfecte per a plats freds i calents. Et proposem una amanida <strong>molt completa<\/strong> amb base de cous cous, a la que pots afegir mil i un ingredients, per exemple tonyina en oli, daus de formatge, olives, pastanaga a rodanxes, pebrot a daus, tom\u00e0quet&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>cocci\u00f3 del cous cous<\/strong> \u00e9s molt r\u00e0pida, nom\u00e9s necessita <strong>5 minuts<\/strong> i es fa fora del foc. Medeix el mateix volum d\u2019aigua o brou que de cous cous. Posa el cous cous en un bol i l\u2019aigua o el caldo, a bullir. Quan arrenqui el bull, aboca\u2019l sobre el cous cous, remena\u2019l i deixa\u2019l 5 minuts. La s\u00e8mola s\u2019haur\u00e0 hidratat amb el l\u00edquid i estar\u00e0 a punt per menjar. Per\u00f2 est\u00e0 calenta, espera a que es refredi per a muntar l\u2019amanida.<\/p>\n<p>Per a amanir aquesta amanida, un bol oli d\u2019oliva verge extra i una mica de sal seran suficients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El truc:<\/strong> si <strong>t\u2019ha sobrat una mica de pollastre a l\u2019ast<\/strong>, esmicola\u2019l i afegeix-lo a l\u2019amanida de cous cous, o substitueix la tonyina pel pollastre.<\/p>\n<h2>WRAPS D\u2019ARR\u00d2S BASMATI<\/h2>\n<p>Escull tortilles de blat o de blat de moro, les que m\u00e9s t\u2019agradin, i farceix-les amb <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-basmati\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">arr\u00f2s basmati<\/a> cuit, fulles de ruca, mozzarella fresca o formatge tipus Burgos i llenties cuites.<\/p>\n<p>Primer has de rentar l\u2019arr\u00f2s basmati per a eliminar-ne el mid\u00f3 i que despr\u00e9s quedi solt, desrp\u00e9s l\u2019has de coure en el doble d\u2019aigua que d\u2019arr\u00f2s, en un cass\u00f3 amb aigua i sal i una mica d\u2019oli o de mantega. En <strong>10 minuts<\/strong> el tindr\u00e0s fet, nom\u00e9s haur\u00e0s d\u2019esperar a que es refredi per a farcir els teus wraps. I si vols anar encara m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid, utilitza els <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/vasets-arros\/vasets-darros-basmati\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vasets d\u2019arr\u00f2s basmati de Nomen<\/a>, en 1 minut al microones estaran llestos per a fer-los servir.<\/p>\n<p>Per a muntar els wraps, exten-los sobre la superficie de treball i posa els ingredients formant tires, una al costat de l\u2019altra. Afegeix una mica de salsa de iogurt (t\u2019expliquem com fer-la de seguida). I ja pots <strong>enrotllar la tortilla<\/strong>. Comen\u00e7a enrotllant per un dels costats llargs, despr\u00e9s doblegla els extrems cap a l\u2019interior (per a que no se surti el farcit) i acaba d\u2019enrotllar el wrap.<\/p>\n<p>Com a amanit, prepara una <strong>salsa de iogurt<\/strong>, \u00e9s molt f\u00e0cil de fer. Nom\u00e9s has de batre un yogur amb el suc de \u00bd llimona, sal i pebre negre acabat de moldre i un rajolinet d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge extra. Bat amb unes varilles manuals fins a que emulsioni. Aix\u00f2 s\u00ed, has d\u2019escollir productes <strong>d\u2019alta qualitat<\/strong> com la <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/plats-preparats\/paella\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">paella preparada de Nomen<\/a>, nutritiva, gustosa i sana, sense conservants ni colorants artificials. T\u2019imagines poder gaudir d\u2019una aut\u00e8ntica paella mediterrr\u00e0nia a la feina? Com \u00e9s un preparat per a 3-4 racions, en tindr\u00e0s prou per al teu tupper i el de la teva parella, per exemple. <strong>Com es prepara?<\/strong> Primer calentes el brou i la mateixa quantitat d\u2019aigua en una paellera. Quan comenci a bullir, hi poses l\u2019arr\u00f2s i el cous a foc fort 2 minuts. Despr\u00e9s abaixes una mica el foc i continues la cocci\u00f3 13 minuts m\u00e9s. Enretires la paellera del foc, la deixes reposar 5 minuts i ja la pots repartir a les carmanyoles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El truc:<\/strong> completa la paella amb unes cues de llagostins saltades o afegeix-les en els \u00faltims minuts de cocci\u00f3 de la paella.<\/p>\n<h2>POLLASTRE A LA PLANXA AMB PUR\u00c9 DE PATATES NOMEN<\/h2>\n<p>El <strong>pollastre a la planxa<\/strong> \u00e9s un cl\u00e0ssic dels tuppers. Et proposem que l\u2019acompanyis amb un bon <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/productes-nomen\/pures-de-patates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>pur\u00e9 de patates<\/strong><\/a>, que far\u00e0 que cada mossegada de pollastre sigui m\u00e9s melosa i gustosa. Mentre es cuina el pollastre, prepara el pur\u00e9, que estar\u00e0 llest en 5 minuts o menys. I al tupper!<\/p>\n<p><strong>El truc:<\/strong> pots substituir el pollastre per filets de gall d\u2019indi o llom de porc. I donar-los m\u00e9s gust amb herbes arom\u00e0tiques o esp\u00e8cies que t\u2019agradin.<\/p>\n<h2>FIDEU\u00c0 DE NOMEN AMB BOLETS I S\u00cdPIA<\/h2>\n<p>La pausa del dinar ser\u00e0 una festa el dia que portis una carmanyola de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/a-la-carta\/fideua-barreja-de-bolets\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fideu\u00e0 barreja de bolets<\/a> de Nomen.
