Perqu\u00e8 hi ha receptes que, tot i ser estrictament vegetarianes (\u00e9s a dir, que no contenen cap tipus de prote\u00efna d\u2019origen animal), s\u00f3n delicioses i perfectes per a tots.<\/p>\n<p>Es m\u00e9s, <strong>moltes d\u2019aquestes receptes s\u00f3n molt tradicionals<\/strong> i formen part de la nostra cultura culin\u00e0ria, com la samfaina o els macarrons amb salsa de tom\u00e0quet (sense ou i sense carn respectivament, \u00e9s clar).<\/p>\n<p>La nostra proposta d\u2019avui \u00e9s <strong>saltat d\u2019arr\u00f2s amb verdures de temporada<\/strong>, que a m\u00e9s de ser delici\u00f3s, es pot adaptar a qualsevol estaci\u00f3 de l\u2019any, substituint les verdures i hortalisses per les de cada temporada.<\/p>\n<h2>Una recepta que s\u2019adapta a les estacions<\/h2>\n<p>Si <strong>a la primavera<\/strong> fem aquest arr\u00f2s amb esp\u00e0rrecs verds, mongeta tendra i p\u00e8sols frescos, vols saber com adaptar-lo a la resta de l\u2019any?<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>A l\u2019hivern<\/strong>, fes servir coliflor, br\u00f2quil, pastanaga i carxofa.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>A la tardor<\/strong>, escull carbassa, moniato, castanyes i bolets.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>A l\u2019estiu<\/strong>, utilitza esberg\u00ednia, mongeta tendra, pebrot i carbass\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Per suposat que pots trobar gaireb\u00e9 totes aquestes verdures i hortalisses durant tot l\u2019any, fresques o congelades, aix\u00ed que imagina\u2019t quantes combinacions diferents pots fer&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients de l\u2019arr\u00f2s basmati saltat amb verdures de temporada<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Per a 4 persones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400 gr d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-basmati\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">arr\u00f2s basmati Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>100 gr d\u2019esp\u00e0rrecs verds<\/li>\n<li>100 gr de p\u00e8sols (frescos o congelats)<\/li>\n<li>50 gr de mongeta tendra (o tirabecs)<\/li>\n<li>1 ceba tendra<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd pebrot vermell<\/li>\n<li>1 pebrot verd itali\u00e0<\/li>\n<li>Oli d\u2019oliva<\/li>\n<li>Pebre<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Elaboraci\u00f3 de l\u2019arr\u00f2s basmati saltat amb verdures de temporada<\/h2>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Esbandeix l\u2019arr\u00f2s <\/strong>per a eliminar-ne l\u2019exc\u00e9s de mid\u00f3. Posa\u2019l dins un colador i passa\u2019l sota l\u2019aixeta de l\u2019aigua freda. Neteja els pebrots de llavors i talla\u2019n la carn a daus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Sofregeix les verdures.<\/strong> Posa una paella gran al foc amb un parell de cullerades d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva i comen\u00e7a a sofregir les verdures tallades. Primer, la ceba. Quan estigui transparent, afegeix els pebrots i despr\u00e9s els p\u00e8sols. Per \u00faltim, afegeix els esp\u00e0rrecs, que necessiten molt poca cocci\u00f3.
