{"id":1387,"date":"2015-12-07T12:45:45","date_gmt":"2015-12-07T12:45:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/?p=1387"},"modified":"2016-01-18T09:28:15","modified_gmt":"2016-01-18T09:28:15","slug":"cal-eliminar-els-hidrats-de-carboni-de-la-dieta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/cal-eliminar-els-hidrats-de-carboni-de-la-dieta\/","title":{"rendered":"Cal eliminar els hidrats de carboni de la dieta?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Els <strong>hidrats de carboni<\/strong>, tamb\u00e9 anomenats gl\u00facids o carbohidrats, s\u00f3n considerats un nutrient energ\u00e8tic la missi\u00f3 principal dels quals \u00e9s la d&#8217;aportar energia a l&#8217;organisme perqu\u00e8 pugui desenvolupar de forma adequada totes les seves funcions.<\/p>\n<p>Encara que perqu\u00e8 la nostra dieta sigui equilibrada <strong>els hidrats de carboni han d&#8217;aportar entre el 50 i el 60% del total de les calories de l&#8217;energia ingerida di\u00e0riament<\/strong>, el seu consum ha baixat molt en els \u00faltims anys perqu\u00e8 moltes dietes miraculoses els consideren aliments que &#8220;engreixen&#8221;. \u00c9s cert? Hem de prescindir-ne si volem mantenir la l\u00ednia?<\/p>\n<p>S&#8217;ent\u00e9n per <strong>dieta d&#8217;aprimament<\/strong> aquella dieta personalitzada (elaborada per un dietista-nutricionista) l&#8217;objectiu de la qual \u00e9s que la persona, que se sotmet a ella de manera volunt\u00e0ria, perdi pes i, d&#8217;aquesta manera, millori el seu estat de salut. Aquest tipus de dietes han de finalitzar un cop s&#8217;aconsegueixi el pes desitjat. La seva principal finalitat ser\u00e0 que el pacient aprengui a alimentar-se de manera equilibrada perqu\u00e8, un cop s&#8217;hagi assolit l&#8217;objectiu buscat, pugui mantenir-se a llarg termini.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest per\u00edode d&#8217;aprimament ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s o menys llarg en funci\u00f3 dels quilos que s&#8217;hagin de perdre i el dietista-nutricionista utilitzar\u00e0 l&#8217;<strong>estrat\u00e8gia nutricional que millor s&#8217;adapti<\/strong> a les necessitats del seu pacient, sempre prenent com a base una <strong>dieta equilibrada<\/strong>. No obstant aix\u00f2, cal tenir en compte que, per definici\u00f3, una dieta d&#8217;aprimament no ser\u00e0 totalment equilibrada, ja que se sol pautar una ingesta cal\u00f2rica menor a la necess\u00e0ria perqu\u00e8 el cos utilitzi les seves reserves grasses com a energia i, d&#8217;aquesta manera, es perdi pes. \u00c9s per aquest motiu que aquest tipus de dieta nom\u00e9s es podr\u00e0 seguir durant un <strong>temps limitat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Per evitar l&#8217;efecte rebot, l&#8217;ideal \u00e9s, un cop acabada la dieta d&#8217;aprimament, comen\u00e7ar la <strong>dieta de manteniment<\/strong>. Aquest \u00e9s un per\u00edode de temps determinat en qu\u00e8, a poc a poc, s&#8217;aniran introduint els aliments que falten fins a aconseguir una dieta equilibrada, variada i suficient, com \u00e9s, per exemple, la dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia.<\/p>\n<p>Per tant, tornant a la pregunta de l&#8217;inici on ens pregunt\u00e0vem si era bo eliminar els hidrats de carboni per mantenir el pes i no engreixar, <strong>la resposta \u00e9s rotundament no<\/strong>. De fet, la Societat Espanyola de Nutrici\u00f3 Comunit\u00e0ria (2001) estableix com a objectius finals que la ingesta d&#8217;hidrats de carboni per a la poblaci\u00f3 espanyola adulta aporti entre el 50% i el 55% de l&#8217;energia di\u00e0ria. A m\u00e9s, estudis d&#8217;intervenci\u00f3 elaborats en l&#8217;any 2010 per l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Europea de Seguretat Aliment\u00e0ria (<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">EFSA<\/span>, segons les sigles en angl\u00e8s) evidencien que les dietes baixes en hidrats de carboni (menys del 50% de l&#8217;energia) i altes en greix (m\u00e9s el 35% de l&#8217;energia) estan associades amb efectes adversos a curt i llarg termini sobre el pes corporal i la salut cardiovascular.<\/p>\n<p>En definitiva, si el teu objectiu \u00e9s perdre pes de manera saludable i segura, no hi ha millor manera a fer-ho que posant-te en mans d&#8217;un professional.
