Perqu\u00e8 pots preparar plats r\u00e0pids, saludables i nutritius en pocs minuts, tant freds com calents. Qualsevol d\u2019ells va b\u00e9 per a preparar les receptes que et proposem avui. I, si ho prefereixes, recorda que hi ha dues varietats m\u00e9s de Qualitat 1 Minut Nomen: <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/calidad-1-minuto\/arros-integral-amb-quinoa-qualitat-1-minut\/\">arr\u00f2s integral amb quinoa<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/calidad-1-minuto\/arros-integral-amb-verdures-i-llavors-qualitat-1-minut\/\">arr\u00f2s integral amb verdures i llavors<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Plats freds amb la gamma Qualitat 1 Minut d\u2019arr\u00f2s Nomen<\/h2>\n<h3>Amanida d\u2019arr\u00f2s amb cigrons<\/h3>\n<p>Amb un pot de cigrons en conserva, un parell de vasos Qualitat 1 Minut d\u2019arr\u00f2s de la varietat que m\u00e9s t\u2019agradi i tom\u00e0quet, ceba, raves (o les crudit\u00e9s que tinguis a la nevera) pots preparar una amanida molt completa i amb tots els nutrients necessaris per a un \u00e0pat. Amaneix-la amb una vinagreta especial, per exemple de mel i mostassa, vinagre de M\u00f2dena i panses o un oli d\u2019alf\u00e0brega.<\/p>\n<h3>Timbal de tartar de salm\u00f3<\/h3>\n<p>Pots preparar-lo amb salm\u00f3 cru, marinat uns minuts amb salsa de soja i unes gotetes d\u2019oli de s\u00e8sam, o amb salm\u00f3 fumat, tamb\u00e9 quedar\u00e0 molt bo. Cuina el vas Qualitat 1 Minut d\u2019arr\u00f2s al microones i, mentrestant, talla el salm\u00f3 a trossets petits. Amaneix l\u2019arr\u00f2s amb oli i sal i munta el timbal amb un motlle rod\u00f3 d\u2019emplatar. Fes una primera capa d\u2019arr\u00f2s, una altra de salm\u00f3 i una altra d\u2019alvocat tallat a trossets o aixafat amb una forquilla. Espolsa al damunt granet d\u2019ametlla i llavors de s\u00e8sam.<\/p>\n<h3>Alvocats farcits d\u2019amanida d\u2019arr\u00f2s<\/h3>\n<p>Primer fes l\u2019amanida: cuina l\u2019arr\u00f2s al microones i espera que es refredi (o renta\u2019l amb aigua freda per a reduir la temperatura, el necessites fred). Despr\u00e9s, barreja\u2019l amb canonges o brots tendres, pebrot tallat a daus, pastanaga tamb\u00e9 a daus, ceba fregida, ou dur, palets de cranc i una mica de maionesa. Talla els alvocats per la meitat, enretira\u2019ls l\u2019os i treu-ne la polpa amb una cullera. Talla-la a trossos i barreja-la amb el farcit. Una vegada tinguis l\u2019arr\u00f2s cuinat, barreja\u2019l amb un parell de cullerades de salsa de tom\u00e0quet, posa-li l\u2019ou ferrat al damunt i gaudeix.<\/p>\n<h3>Arr\u00f2s amb llenties<\/h3>\n<p>Una barreja molt saborosa plena de nutrients i propietats beneficioses per a la salut. Si tens unes llenties guisades, ser\u00e0 una bona manera d\u2019aprofitar-ne les sobres. I si no, amb un pot de llenties en conserva tamb\u00e9 podr\u00e0s fer aquest plat. Amaneix-lo amb un bon raig d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva i, si t\u2019agrada, posa-li una mica de pebre vermell dol\u00e7 o picant. Uns dauets de pernil serr\u00e0 o un ou dur picat tamb\u00e9 li queden molt b\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Saltat d\u2019arr\u00f2s amb llagostins<\/h3>\n<p>Els llagostins (o les gambes) s\u00f3n mariscs que necessiten molt poca cocci\u00f3. En aquesta recepta, el que et donar\u00e0 m\u00e9s feina ser\u00e0 pelar-los, despr\u00e9s volta i volta a la paella perqu\u00e8 amb el saltat posterior ja s\u2019acabaran de cuinar. Perqu\u00e8 la ceba i la poma, tallades a daus petits, juntament amb les panses, es cuinen al microones, igual que l\u2019arr\u00f2s. Despr\u00e9s es barregen els quatre ingredients, s\u2019amaneixen amb un rajol\u00ed d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva i es decoren amb cibulet picat i llavors de s\u00e8sam. F\u00e0cil i delici\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/recepta\/timbal-darros-remenat-i-espaguetis-carbasso\/\">Timbal d\u2019arr\u00f2s amb remenat i espaguetis de carbass\u00f3<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Per a tallar el carbass\u00f3 en forma d\u2019espaguetis, necessitar\u00e0s un espirulitzador, un estri que permet tallar qualsevol hortalissa en tires llargues i fines. Si no en tens a casa, tamb\u00e9 pots tallar el carbass\u00f3 en llenques fin\u00edssimes amb una mandolina i despr\u00e9s, amb un ganivet, tallar aquestes llenques en tires estretes. Salta els espaguetis de carbass\u00f3 en una paella amb una mica d\u2019oli, reserva\u2019ls i fes el remenat d\u2019ous i formatge de cabra.
