El model de vida actual que portem, on els pares treballem llargues jornades laborals, ha fet que disposem de poc temps per conciliar la nostra vida laboral amb la nostra vida personal. No obstant aix\u00f2, si ens planifiquem amb anticipaci\u00f3, podem fer que el poc temps que passem en <strong>fam\u00edlia<\/strong> sigui de la millor qualitat possible.<\/p>\n<p>Recents estudis publicats a la revista &#8220;<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Pediatrics<\/span>&#8221; van indicar que <strong>menjar en fam\u00edlia<\/strong> tres o m\u00e9s vegades per setmana<strong> redueix en un 12% les possibilitats que els nens pateixin exc\u00e9s de pes, en un 20% que es prenguin aliments insans i en un 35% que pateixin trastorns de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong>. Per\u00f2, a m\u00e9s, augmenten les probabilitats en un 24% que els menors prenguin aliments sans.<\/p>\n<p>Convertir el sopar en un h\u00e0bit familiar, on tots els membres de la fam\u00edlia estiguin presents, pot ser la millor manera d&#8217;acabar el dia! Segurament, dels tres \u00e0pats principals, <strong>el sopar sigui el moment en la qual \u00e9s m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil coincidir tots<\/strong>. A m\u00e9s, la jornada laboral ja ha acabat i podem estar m\u00e9s tranquils i relaxats per poder inculcar als m\u00e9s joves no nom\u00e9s la import\u00e0ncia de menjar b\u00e9, sin\u00f3 el fet de compartir un moment agradable i entranyable entorn del menjar.<\/p>\n<p>Quins factors hem de tenir en compte?<\/p>\n<h3>Evitar encendre el televisor i\/o altres distraccions<\/h3>\n<p>Menjar amb la televisi\u00f3 encesa implica perdre la noci\u00f3 de qu\u00e8 i quan estem menjant, alhora que impedeix una bona comunicaci\u00f3 entre els membres de la fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n<h3>Preparar el sopar en fam\u00edlia<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c9s important que tant els nens com els joves aprenguin a comprar i elaborar aliments en el si de la fam\u00edlia. Aix\u00f2 comportar\u00e0 la seva autonomia i els servir\u00e0 sobretot per alimentar-se correctament en l&#8217;edat adulta, per exemple, ensenyant-los els diferents grups d&#8217;aliments que han de formar part del sopar. Es considera que un sopar \u00e9s complet quan inclou els seg\u00fcents grups alimentaris:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>&#8211; Hidrats de carboni: <\/strong>s\u00f3n els encarregats de carregar l&#8217;energia perduda al llarg del dia (en forma de pa, patates, llegums, arr\u00f2s, altres cereals &#8230;).<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>&#8211; Prote\u00efnes: <\/strong>per la seva f\u00e0cil digesti\u00f3, en el sopar es recomana consumir carn magra (pollastre, conill o gall dindi), peix blanc o ous.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>&#8211; Verdures: <\/strong>per assegurar l&#8217;aportaci\u00f3 vitam\u00ednica i mineral del plat.<\/p>\n<h3>Aprendre bones maneres<\/h3>\n<p>El moment del menjar en fam\u00edlia \u00e9s un espai idoni perqu\u00e8 els nens aprenguin les normes de la taula, que despr\u00e9s podran aplicar quan anem a menjar fora de casa o quan es quedin a dormir a casa d&#8217;un familiar o amic. Aix\u00f2 inclou: rentar-se les mans abans de menjar, utilitzar els coberts en comptes de les mans, no parlar amb la boca plena, netejar-se la boca abans de beure, demanar les coses amb educaci\u00f3, no aixecar-se de la taula fins que tots acabin de menjar&#8230; \u00c9s un aprenentatge que es fa a poc a poc i, moltes vegades, per pr\u00f2pia imitaci\u00f3 dels grans.<\/p>\n<h3>Estimular el di\u00e0leg<\/h3>\n<p>Menjar junts no \u00e9s \u00fanicament saciar la fam al voltant d&#8217;una taula, \u00e9s un moment de compartir el menjar i tamb\u00e9 les viv\u00e8ncies que hem tingut al llarg del dia. \u00c9s un moment per preocupar-se per l&#8217;altre, d&#8217;escoltar els altres i d&#8217;expressar els nostres sentiments perqu\u00e8 els nostres fills tamb\u00e9 aprenguin a expressar-los.<\/p>\n<p>En definitiva, <strong>menjar en fam\u00edlia<\/strong> pot convertir-se en <strong>el millor h\u00e0bit que podem inculcar als nostres fills<\/strong>, perqu\u00e8 aprenguin a alimentar-se correctament i, alhora, gaudeixin del menjar i de la vida familiar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El desig m\u00e9s gran de qualsevol pare \u00e9s veure cr\u00e9ixer sans i feli\u00e7os als seus fills i, en aquest punt, \u00e9s on l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 juga un paper molt important.
