Hem de tenir en compte que, en general, els menjars solen ser m\u00e9s rics en calories i greixos que els\u00a0que es preparen a casa. Tot i aix\u00ed, podem gaudir <strong>menjant de restaurant<\/strong> de manera sana, si tenim en compte els seg\u00fcents consells:<\/p>\n<h3>Escollir nom\u00e9s una raci\u00f3 d&#8217;aliments rics en hidrats de carboni<\/h3>\n<p>Per exemple, no escollirem pasta de primer i pizza de segon. L&#8217;ideal \u00e9s que els entrants siguin a base\u00a0de verdures i hortalisses. Per exemple: si volem prendre paella, l&#8217;ideal seria demanar una amanida verda de primer i en quant el pa, prendre la quantitat justa, d&#8217;una a dues llesques d&#8217;un dit de gruix com a m\u00e0xim.<\/p>\n<h3>Evitar consumir begudes alcoh\u00f2liques<\/h3>\n<p>Un gram d&#8217;alcohol ens aporta 7 calories. \u00c9s preferible consumir sempre que sigui possible aigua. I, de tant en tant, si volem donar-nos un caprici escollir cervesa sense alcohol, un refresc light o una copa de vi negre.<\/p>\n<h3>Escollir aliments que hagin estat preparats de forma senzilla<\/h3>\n<p>Amb poc greix, bullits, al forn, a la planxa, al vapor, bullits en el seu propi suc&#8230; Evitar els fregits, els gratinats, els banyats amb crema de llet o arrebossats, ja que el greix aporta moltes calories al plat.<\/p>\n<h3>Preguntar sempre per l&#8217;acompanyament del segon plat<\/h3>\n<p>Normalment sol ser a base de patates fregides. Un dia a la setmana ens les podem permetre, per\u00f2 no cada dia. Actualment la majoria de restaurants et donen l&#8217;opci\u00f3 de canviar-les per amanida o verdures fetes al forn.<\/p>\n<h3>Menjar racions moderades<\/h3>\n<p>Normalment en els restaurants aquestes solen ser m\u00e9s abundants del que realment necessitem. Una possibilitat \u00e9s demanar nom\u00e9s un plat o b\u00e9 advertir al cambrer que no volem una raci\u00f3 molt gran.<\/p>\n<h3>Compte amb les postres<\/h3>\n<p>Canvia les postres de pastisseria i els dol\u00e7os per la fruita fresca, la maced\u00f2nia, les compotes o el iogurt.
