Es caracteritza per ser l&#8217;\u00f2rgan m\u00e9s gran del cos i viu en estreta relaci\u00f3 amb tot l&#8217;organisme. La seva salut, aspecte i resist\u00e8ncia dep\u00e8n directament de l&#8217;estat dels \u00f2rgans interns i de tot el metabolisme en general. Per tant, no \u00e9s d&#8217;estranyar que si volem que llueixi en el seu m\u00e0xim esplendor,\u00a0h\u00e0gim de <strong>cuidar-la des de l&#8217;interior, entre d&#8217;altres, a trav\u00e9s de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La pell i el cabell<\/strong> estan en constant renovaci\u00f3, de fet se sap que la nostra pell es regenera cada 28 dies i que cada any la nostra cabellera creix de mitjana uns 12,5 cm. Aquesta regeneraci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua, implica una aportaci\u00f3 important de subst\u00e0ncies per a la formaci\u00f3 de les noves c\u00e8l\u00b7lules, destacant sobretot: les prote\u00efnes, els \u00e0cids grassos <span class=\"hiddenGreenError\">mono<\/span> i poliinsaturats, la vitamina A, els carotens, la vitamina C, el zinc i les vitamines del grup B. Anem a veure en quins aliments les trobem!<\/p>\n<h3>Nutrients beneficiosos per a pell i cabells:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Prote\u00efnes:<\/span><\/strong> de mitjana, una persona adulta <strong>necessita 0,8 g de prote\u00efnes per quilo de pes al dia<\/strong>, sent les necessitats m\u00e9s altes en nens i adolescents, dones embarassades i en altres condicions d&#8217;alta demanda (esportistes o algunes situacions m\u00e8diques, per exemple). <strong>Una dieta baixa en prote\u00efnes \u00e9s un factor d&#8217;envelliment cutani que potencia la fragilitat de la pell.<\/strong> Consumir aliments rics en prote\u00efnes, com ara carn, peix, ous, marisc, fruits secs i llegums, i repartir-los durant el dia, \u00e9s imprescindible per a una bona regeneraci\u00f3 cut\u00e0nia i capil\u00b7lar. Recordeu que si combinem un cereal, com \u00e9s l&#8217;arr\u00f2s, amb un llegum, aconseguim una prote\u00efna d&#8217;igual valor biol\u00f2gic que els aliments anomenats anteriorment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00c0cids grassos mono i poliinsaturats:<\/span><\/strong> el consum d&#8217;aliments com l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva, l&#8217;alvocat, les olives, els peixos blaus o els fruits secs s\u00f3n imprescindibles per mantenir una pell ben <strong>estructurada i hidratada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">La vitamina A i els carotens<\/span>:<\/strong> la vitamina A exerceix un paper essencial en la <strong>renovaci\u00f3 de la pell i les mucoses<\/strong>. Peixos blancs i blaus juntament amb els ous seran una de les fonts m\u00e9s adequades per a la pell i el cabell d&#8217;aquesta vitamina. El betacarot\u00e8, precursor de la vitamina A en l&#8217;organisme, \u00e9s abundant en les verdures de fulla verda i de coloraci\u00f3 vermell-ataronjat-groguenc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">La vitamina C:<\/span><\/strong> una de les principals funcions de la vitamina C \u00e9s la del <strong>seu paper antioxidant<\/strong> i per tant, <strong>protector<\/strong> de totes les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules. A m\u00e9s interv\u00e9 en la producci\u00f3 de col\u00b7lagen, una prote\u00efna que mant\u00e9 la pell llisa i sense arrugues. La millor forma d&#8217;incorporar aquesta vitamina \u00e9s a trav\u00e9s de les fruites i verdures fresques i crues.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">El zinc:<\/span><\/strong> el zinc es troba en major proporci\u00f3 en la pell, el cabell i les ungles que en qualsevol altra part del cos, i <strong>la seva manca pot ocasionar caiguda de cabell<\/strong> o falta de creixement del mateix. A m\u00e9s, afavoreix la formaci\u00f3 de noves prote\u00efnes (regeneraci\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular), afavorint el bon estat de la pell i les mucoses.
