Els nens, tinguin l&#8217;edat que tinguin, <strong>estan sempre observant el nostre comportament<\/strong> i l&#8217;imiten, el que influir\u00e0 en el seu creixement i desenvolupament. Per aix\u00f2, no podem pretendre que ells mengin un pur\u00e9 de verdures amb peix a la planxa, si nosaltres estem menjant un plat de patates fregides amb una hamburguesa. Si volem inculcar <strong>h\u00e0bits saludables<\/strong> als nostres fills, no hi ha millor manera de comen\u00e7ar per nosaltres mateixos.<\/p>\n<p>Actualment se sap que entre el <strong>35% i el 42% dels nens espanyols t\u00e9 problemes de sobrep\u00e8s<\/strong>. Una xifra molt elevada i, si no posem soluci\u00f3, aix\u00f2 tindr\u00e0 conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies negatives per a la salut a llarg termini, com un major risc a desenvolupar malalties cardiovasculars, diabetis&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>La fam\u00edlia \u00e9s el nucli on els fills, seguint amb el nostre exemple, aprenen h\u00e0bits i costums que condicionaran el seu comportament alimentari en el futur. En aquest sentit, \u00e9s important que facin com a m\u00ednims <strong>tres \u00e0pats principals i dos m\u00e9s lleugeres<\/strong> a mig mat\u00ed i a mitja tarda, aix\u00ed ens assegurarem que tinguin una aportaci\u00f3 d&#8217;energia i nutrients i evitarem que se sentin cansats o decaiguts.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i que el model actual familiar, amb horaris de treball intensos per part dels dos progenitors, fa que cada vegada m\u00e9s nens es quedin a dinar a l&#8217;escola, \u00e9s treball nostre saber complementar l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;escola amb la de casa. Prediqueu amb l&#8217;exemple i ensenyeu-los els h\u00e0bits saludables que s&#8217;han de seguir a la taula com: <strong>rentar-se les mans abans i despr\u00e9s de dinar<\/strong>, explicant-los que, si ho fem correctament, evitarem la propagaci\u00f3 de moltes malalties, ja que encara que no els veiem, les nostres mans estan plenes de g\u00e8rmens. <strong>Utilitzar els coberts, menjar amb la boca tancada, no aixecar-se de la taula&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">2. Intenteu <strong>fer els \u00e0pats en fam\u00edlia<\/strong> mantenint una certa regularitat d&#8217;horaris, en un ambient tranquil, <strong>sense distraccions<\/strong>, \u00e9s a dir: sense televisi\u00f3, r\u00e0dio, m\u00f2bils o joguines. D&#8217;aquesta manera, gaudireu d&#8217;un temps de comunicaci\u00f3 familiar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">3. <strong>Feu que participin en la compra i en l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 dels aliments<\/strong>, aix\u00ed els podeu explicar la import\u00e0ncia de menjar cada grup alimentari i facilitareu que obrin el seu ventall d&#8217;aliments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">4. Intentant evitar els sucs envasats i els productes de pastisseria industrial, ja que s\u00f3n rics en sucre i greixos saturats que poden contribuir a l&#8217;obesitat infantil. \u00c9s convenient que mai surtin de casa sense haver menjat res, aix\u00ed afrontaran el dia amb m\u00e9s energia. Diversos estudis cient\u00edfics demostren que els nens que esmorzen a casa tenen un millor rendiment acad\u00e8mic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">5.
