Si aquest \u00faltim \u00e9s el teu cas, \u00e9s possible que pateixis <strong>ast\u00e8nia primaveral<\/strong>, situaci\u00f3 bastant comuna que, afortunadament, es pot prevenir.<\/p>\n<p>N&#8217;havies sentit a parlar? Aix\u00ed que omple el teu rebost amb pr\u00e9ssecs, albercocs, maduixes i maduixots, cireres, prunes, pastanagues, carabasses, carabassons, pebrots, alls tendres, coliflors, espinacs, carxofes o cogombres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>&#8211; Cereals integrals: <\/strong>a conservar totes les parts del gra, <strong>aporten major quantitat de vitamines i minerals<\/strong>. Pensa que alguns d&#8217;aquests nutrients tenen capacitat antioxidant i antiinflamat\u00f2ria. Per qu\u00e8 no cuinar els teus plats tradicionals amb cereals integrals? Opta per aliments baixos en greix com les carns magres, els peixos, el marisc o els ous.
