Anticipa&#8217;t a l&#8217;operaci\u00f3 biquini gr\u00e0cies a l&#8217;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-integral-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\">arr\u00f2s integral<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Des de Nomen, pensem que \u00e9s un bon moment per detoxificar el nostre cos a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;una dieta depurativa amb el prop\u00f2sit, no tant de perdre pes sin\u00f3, de <strong>regular l&#8217;organisme, netejar-lo, per\u00f2 sobretot de sentir-nos millor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Caracter\u00edstiques que ha de complir una bona dieta depurativa:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; <strong>Aportar una dosi m\u00ednima de greix:<\/strong> el fetge \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00f2rgan de l&#8217;aparell digestiu responsable d&#8217;eliminar les subst\u00e0ncies nocives que arriben a l&#8217;organisme a trav\u00e9s del menjar, la beguda, els f\u00e0rmacs i altres subst\u00e0ncies que puguin entrar al cos pel sistema digestiu. Si evitem aliments rics en greixos, disminuir\u00e0 de forma satisfact\u00f2ria l&#8217;activitat del fetge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; <strong>Aportar una dosi suficient d&#8217;hidrats de carboni:<\/strong> hem de donar prefer\u00e8ncia a la ingesta d&#8217;hidrats de carboni d&#8217;absorci\u00f3 lenta, com ara el mid\u00f3 que aporta l&#8217;arr\u00f2s, sobre els sucres o hidrats de carboni d&#8217;absorci\u00f3 r\u00e0pida, ja que un exc\u00e9s d&#8217;aquests \u00faltims es transformen en greix (triglic\u00e8rids) en el fetge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; <strong>Aportar una dosi suficient de prote\u00efna:<\/strong> un quilo d&#8217;arr\u00f2s ens aporta entre 40 i 50 grams de prote\u00efna, i quan afegim altres aliments aquesta dosi augmenta. Assegurar una quantitat de prote\u00efna adequada \u00e9s necessari perqu\u00e8 no es mobilitzin les prote\u00efnes corporals, d&#8217;aquesta manera, el fetge estalvia la feina de la seva metabolitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Com veieu, l&#8217;objectiu principal d&#8217;aquesta dieta \u00e9s <strong>aconseguir un descans hep\u00e0tic<\/strong>, \u00e9s a dir, seguir durant uns dies un pla diet\u00e8tic que no li doni molta feina al fetge i que, per tant, l&#8217;ajudi a netejar-se i descongestionar.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dieta depurativa a base d&#8217;arr\u00f2s integral:<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La dieta consisteix en 4 etapes en les quals l&#8217;aliment b\u00e0sic \u00e9s l&#8217;arr\u00f2s integral.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Primera etapa: Dia 1<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; 500g d&#8217;Arr\u00f2s Integral Nomen *<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Una cullerada sopera d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge (10 g)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Aigua, infusions, caf\u00e8 o te.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Comod\u00ed: galetes d&#8217;arr\u00f2s integral per prendre a mig mat\u00ed i a mitja tarda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">* Els 500 g d&#8217;arr\u00f2s es repartiran durant els \u00e0pats en funci\u00f3 de la fam que es tingui.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Bullir l&#8217;arr\u00f2s (per donar-li sabor es pot afegir all i julivert). Un cop bullit, colar i afegir-li una cullerada sopera d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Exemple de men\u00fa:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Esmorzar:<\/strong> Un plat d&#8217;arr\u00f2s integral amb esp\u00e8cies al gust. Caf\u00e8 sol.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Mig mat\u00ed:<\/strong> 2 galetes d&#8217;arr\u00f2s amb una infusi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Dinar:<\/strong> Un plat d&#8217;arr\u00f2s integral cald\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Mitja tarda:<\/strong> 2 galetes d&#8217;arr\u00f2s amb una infusi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Sopar:<\/strong> un plat d&#8217;arr\u00f2s integral amb esp\u00e8cies al gust. Brou de verdures.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<blockquote><p><strong>BROU DE VERDURES:<\/strong> Bullir durant vint minuts en un litre d&#8217;aigua, sense sal, uns 300 grams de vegetals. Es poden escollir i barrejar: ceba, api, enciam, bleda, julivert, porros, naps, xirivies&#8230; Deixar refredar i colar.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest brou es pot consumir fred o calent afegint a cada tassa el suc de mitja llimona.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3><strong>Segona etapa: Dia 2<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; 300- 400 g d&#8217;Arr\u00f2s Integral Nomen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; 400-500 g d&#8217;hortalisses (ceba, porro, carabass\u00f3, alberg\u00ednia, pebrots i bolets).<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Una cullerada sopera d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Llimona.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Aigua, infusions, caf\u00e8 o te.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Elaborar l&#8217;arr\u00f2s com la primera etapa. A part, preparar les verdures al forn, a la planxa o al vapor i amanir-les amb unes gotetes de suc de llimona.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Exemple de men\u00fa:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Esmorzar:<\/strong> un plat d&#8217;arr\u00f2s integral amb esp\u00e8cies al gust. Caf\u00e8 sol.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Mig mat\u00ed:<\/strong> 2 galetes d&#8217;arr\u00f2s amb una infusi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Dinar:<\/strong> un plat d&#8217;arr\u00f2s integral barrejat amb escalivada. Brou de verdures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Mitja tarda:<\/strong> 2 galetes d&#8217;arr\u00f2s amb una infusi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Sopar:<\/strong> rodanxes d&#8217;alberg\u00ednia i carabass\u00f3 a la planxa. Arr\u00f2s integral amb esp\u00e8cies. Brou de verdures.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tercera etapa: Dia 3<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; 300g d&#8217;Arr\u00f2s Integral Nomen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; 300g d&#8217;hortalisses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; 100 g d de barreja d&#8217;enciams, canonges, cr\u00e9ixens&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; 200 g de peix blanc: llu\u00e7, llenguado&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Una cullerada sopera d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Una llimona.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Aigua, infusions, caf\u00e8 o te.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Preparaci\u00f3:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Es preparen l&#8217;arr\u00f2s i les verdures com en la fase 2. A part, es cou el peix a la planxa, al vapor al forn o a la papillota. Brou de verdures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Mitja tarda:<\/strong> 2 galetes d&#8217;arr\u00f2s amb una infusi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Sopar:<\/strong> xampinyons i ceba saltats amb arr\u00f2s. Rap a la planxa. Brou de verdures.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Quarta etapa: Dia 4\u00a0i\u00a05<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; 250g d&#8217;Arr\u00f2s Integral Nomen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; 300g d&#8217;hortalisses o verdures variades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; 200-300 g d&#8217;enciam, cr\u00e9ixens, canonges i pastanaga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; 200 g de peix blanc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; 3 iogurts desnatats amb b\u00edfidus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; 1 llimona.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Aigua, infusions, caf\u00e8 o te.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Preparaci\u00f3:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;arr\u00f2s, les hortalisses, el peix i l&#8217;amanida es preparen igual que a la fase 3. Llenguado a la planxa. Daurada al forn. Brou de verdures.
