S\u00f3n el mateix?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En un altre article ja vam parlar de la import\u00e0ncia de dedicar uns minuts a <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/saps-el-que-menges-llegeix-atentament-l-etiqueta-dels-aliments\/\" target=\"_blank\">llegir l&#8217;etiquetatge alimentari<\/a> per poder seleccionar millor els aliments a l&#8217;hora de fer la compra, per\u00f2 no vam comentar la difer\u00e8ncia que hi ha entre un aliment light i un aliment 0%. Anem a descobrir-ho!<\/p>\n<p>Segons la legislaci\u00f3 vigent, un aliment es pot anomenar <strong>lleuger<\/strong> o <strong>light<\/strong> quan el fabricant <strong>ha redu\u00eft en un 30% la seva aportaci\u00f3 cal\u00f2rica o el contingut d&#8217;algun nutrient (generalment greixos o sucres) en relaci\u00f3 al seu producte hom\u00f2leg tradicional (&#8220;no light&#8221;).<\/strong> Per tant, un producte light sorgeix de la modificaci\u00f3 en el valor energ\u00e8tic o nutricional d&#8217;un producte alimentari ja existent. A m\u00e9s, en el cas que es redueixi el valor energ\u00e8tic, \u00e9s obligatori <strong>indicar mitjan\u00e7ant quina caracter\u00edstica<\/strong> del producte s&#8217;ha aconseguit assolir aquesta reducci\u00f3 cal\u00f2rica (per exemple, mitjan\u00e7ant una reducci\u00f3 en la quantitat de greix o de sucre). Ara b\u00e9, no ens enganyem! Un producte light <strong>no \u00e9s un producte sense calories<\/strong>, al contrari, pot arribar a ser bastant cal\u00f2ric si l&#8217;aliment de partida \u00e9s altament energ\u00e8tic. Per exemple, una raci\u00f3 de patates de bossa light (30\u202fg), a la qual se li hagi redu\u00eft en un 30% el seu contingut en greix, ens aporta unes 140 kcal i la mateixa quantitat de la seva versi\u00f3 original unes 160 kcal. Com veieu, tots dos productes segueixen sent notablement cal\u00f2rics. Per tant, una alimentaci\u00f3 light no s&#8217;aconsegueix amb el consum d&#8217;aliments light sin\u00f3 amb una <strong>correcta planificaci\u00f3 i elecci\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria<\/strong> que faci que, al final del nostre dia, h\u00e0gim ingerit les calories que necessitem, ni m\u00e9s, ni menys!<\/p>\n<p>I, qu\u00e8 passa llavors amb els <strong>aliments 0%<\/strong>? Aquests aliments fan refer\u00e8ncia a aquells productes que aporten menys de 0,5\u202fg de greix o de sucre per cada 100 g o 100 ml d&#8217;aliment. D&#8217;aquesta manera, al seu etiquetatge es podr\u00e0 llegir la declaraci\u00f3 0% mat\u00e8ria grassa o 0% sucres. Aquests productes poden ser <strong>interessants per a aquelles persones que necessitin o desitgin disminuir la ingesta d&#8217;aquests dos nutrients<\/strong> per\u00f2, de nou, aix\u00f2 <strong>no vol dir que no ens aportin calories<\/strong>. El valor cal\u00f2ric d&#8217;aquests productes ser\u00e0 molt variable depenent del tipus de producte de qu\u00e8 es tracti i dels ingredients utilitzats per a la seva elaboraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Alguns exemples d&#8217;<strong>aliments o ingredients que no sumen calories a la nostra dieta<\/strong> s\u00f3n l&#8217;aigua, les infusions sense sucre afegit, la sal, les esp\u00e8cies i les herbes arom\u00e0tiques.<\/p>\n<p>Per tant, per portar <strong>una alimentaci\u00f3 light<\/strong>, res millor que llegir b\u00e9 l&#8217;etiquetatge alimentari, <strong>siguin o no aliments light o 0%<\/strong>, i escollir els aliments que ens aportin una quantitat moderada o baixa de calories. Un aliment es considera baix en calories quan aporta <strong>menys de 40 Kcal per cada 100 g d&#8217;aliment, en el cas dels s\u00f2lids, o menys de 20 Kcal per cada 100 ml si \u00e9s un aliment l\u00edquid.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una bona eina per seguir una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable i lleugera \u00e9s <strong>seguir les pautes recomanades en la pir\u00e0mide de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong>, com la que aqu\u00ed us presentem.
