Remou durant uns segons.<\/li>\n<li>Incorpora la beguda d&#8217;arr\u00f2s, removent.<\/li>\n<li>Finalment, afegeix la sal, la nou moscada i el pebre blanc. I ja pots utilitzar la salsa per al plat que prefereixis.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Magdalenes a base de beguda d&#8217;arr\u00f2s<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">INGREDIENTS<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>70 ml de beguda d&#8217;arr\u00f2s Nomen<\/li>\n<li>220 g de farina<\/li>\n<li>180 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>10 g de llevat<\/li>\n<li>200 ml d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva suau<\/li>\n<li>4 ous grans<\/li>\n<li>La pell d&#8217;1 llimona rallada<\/li>\n<li>Canyella en pols<\/li>\n<li>Surt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00a0ELABORACI\u00d3<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Prepara una massa s\u00f2lida barrejant la farina amb el llevat, un pessic de sal i la canyella en pols (la quantitat de canyella dependr\u00e0 del gust de cadascun, si la volem amb m\u00e9s o menys sabor). Reserva-la a un costat per a usar-la m\u00e9s tard. Escalfa pr\u00e8viament el forn a 210\u00baC.<\/li>\n<li>Posa els ous en un bol, afegeix-hi el sucre i amb ajuda d&#8217;una batedora barreja fins que blanquegi i el sucre quedi ben dissolt. Seguidament, afegeix-hi la beguda d&#8217;arr\u00f2s, l&#8217;oli i la pell de llimona i barreja una altra vegada fins a aconseguir una massa homog\u00e8nia. Sense deixar de batre, ves afegint-hi la massa inicial, a poc a poc, per evitar que es vagin formant grumolls.<\/li>\n<li>Llest! Ara nom\u00e9s has de posar la mescla en els motlles i ficar-ho al forn durant 15 minuts. Per saber si estan fetes les magdalenes punxa la massa amb un ganivet i quan surti net ja estaran cuinades. Atenci\u00f3! Si utilitzes llevat de sobre haur\u00e0s de deixar reposar la massa a la nevera abans de ficar la barreja al forn, coberta amb paper film, durant una hora.<\/li>\n<li>Vols un \u00faltim truc perqu\u00e8 les magdalenes siguin irresistibles?
