Es mengen fresquetes, pots tenir-les preparades del dia abans i admeten infinitat d\u2019ingredients diferents.<\/p>\n<p>Avui la nostra proposta \u00e9s revisar l\u2019amanida d\u2019arr\u00f2s i donar-li un nou enfocament, amb els mateixos ingredients, un past\u00eds amb el que deixar\u00e0s els teus convidats amb la boca oberta. I \u00e9s que <strong>un bon emplatat<\/strong> aconsegueix donar a qualsevol plat un toc gourmet.<\/p>\n<p>Els ingredients que porta aquest past\u00eds d\u2019arr\u00f2s s\u00f3n b\u00e0sics i segur que els tens a la nevera i al rebost. I, a m\u00e9s, no t\u00e9 cap mena de complicaci\u00f3, aix\u00ed que \u00e9s una recepta perfecta per a tu, sigui quin sigui el teu nivell de cuina.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients per al past\u00eds d\u2019arr\u00f2s amb bon\u00edtol en conserva, ou dur i maionesa<\/h2>\n<p>Per a 4 persones<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400 gr. d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-basmati\/\">arr\u00f2s basmati Nomen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>150 gr. de surimi<\/li>\n<li>150 gr. de bon\u00edtol en conserva<\/li>\n<li>3 ous<\/li>\n<li>2 pebrots del Piquillo cuits<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd enciam iceberg<\/li>\n<li>1 llauna d\u2019olives farcides<\/li>\n<li>5 tom\u00e0quets cherry<\/li>\n<li>3 o 4 anxoves en oli<\/li>\n<li>Maionesa<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Pebre<\/li>\n<li>Oli d\u2019oliva (o mantega)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per a la maionesa:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 ou<\/li>\n<li>Oli d\u2019oliva<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd llimona<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Oli del bon\u00edtol<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Elaboraci\u00f3 del past\u00eds d\u2019arr\u00f2s amb bon\u00edtol en conserva, ou dur i maionesa<\/h2>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Cou els ous.<\/strong> Posa un cass\u00f3 amb aigua al foc (l\u2019aigua ha de cobrir del tot els ous), posa-hi els ous amb compte i cou-los durant 8-10 minuts. Esc\u00f3rre\u2019ls, posa\u2019ls en aigua freda per tallar-ne la cocci\u00f3 i quan estiguin freds, pela\u2019ls.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Cou l\u2019arr\u00f2s.<\/strong> Esbandeix l\u2019arr\u00f2s i posa a calentar aigua en una cassola (la quantitat d\u2019aigua ser\u00e0 el doble que la d\u2019arr\u00f2s). Afegeix un rajol\u00ed d\u2019oli o una cullerada de mantega, sal i pebre. Remena una mica i deixa\u2019l coure durant 10 minuts. Passat aquest temps, escorre l\u2019arr\u00f2s, remena i reserva.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Escorre el bon\u00edtol.<\/strong> Reserva una mica d\u2019oli de conserva i esmicola\u2019l, trencant-lo una mica amb els dits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Prepara la maionesa.<\/strong> Posa l\u2019ou, un polsim de sal i un rajol\u00ed de suc de llimona al got de la batedora. Afegeix l\u2019oli del bon\u00edtol i comen\u00e7a a batre. Afegeix m\u00e9s oli, sense deixar de batre, fins que la maionesa estigui lligada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Talla els ingredients.<\/strong> Talla el surimi i les olives a rodanxes, l\u2019enciam en juliana, els pebrots a daus i 2 dels ous durs picats. Barreja\u2019ls tots en un bol, afegeix 2 o 3 cullerades de maionesa i remena b\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Munta el past\u00eds.<\/strong> Posa un film transparent en un motlle de plumcake, de manera que cobreixi tot el fons i les parets i sobresurti una mica, per tal que despr\u00e9s desmotllar el past\u00eds sigui m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil. Posa la meitat de l\u2019arr\u00f2s cuit al motlle, allisa\u2019n la superficie i afegeix-hi el farcit. Acaba amb l\u2019altre meitat de l\u2019arr\u00f2s, cobreix el motlle amb film (pressiona una mica per a qu\u00e8 el past\u00eds es compacti) i reserva a la nevera com a m\u00ednim 30 minuts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Desmotlla el past\u00eds.<\/strong> Enretira el motlle de la nevera, treu el film superior i posa\u2019l, boca avall, en una safata de servir. Estira del film per desmotllar-lo, amb compte. Enretira l\u2019altre film.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Decora i serveix.<\/strong> Cobreix el past\u00eds amb una mica de maionesa i decora\u2019l amb els tom\u00e0quets cherry tallats per la meitat, les anxoves i l\u2019ou cuit que quedava, tallat a rodanxes.<\/p>\n<h2>La mateixa recepta, expr\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Si no tens massa temps, pots utilitzar ingredients precuinats per a no haver d\u2019encendre el foc. Utilitza <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/productes-nomen\/vasets-arros\/\">vasets d\u2019arr\u00f2s Nomen<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/nomen-qualitat-1-minut\/\">Qualitat 1 Minut de Nomen<\/a>, de la varietat que m\u00e9s t\u2019agradi. En 1 minut al microones els tindr\u00e0s a punt i nom\u00e9s haur\u00e0s d\u2019esperar que es refredi per a muntar el past\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Tamb\u00e9 pots comprar els ous ja cuits, aix\u00ed t\u2019estalvies els 10 minuts de cocci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Fes servir maionesa de pot. La casolana li dona un punt delici\u00f3s al past\u00eds, per\u00f2 amb la maionesa de supermercat tamb\u00e9 pots preparar aquesta recepta.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Serveix l\u2019amanida en bols, remenant tots els ingredients i sense forma de past\u00eds. A m\u00e9s, aix\u00ed no haur\u00e0s d\u2019esperar que es refredi a la nevera.<\/p>\n<h2>Alternatives al past\u00eds de bon\u00edtol amb maionesa<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Enlloc de fer un past\u00eds allargat, pots utilitzar un motlle rod\u00f3. I si el vols en format individual, emplata per capes utilitzant un c\u00e8rcol d\u2019emplatar.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; L\u2019enciam iceberg pot ser tamb\u00e9 rom\u00e0 o itali\u00e0. El que \u00e9s important \u00e9s que sigui un enciam amb cos, perqu\u00e8 no es panseixi i conservi el toc cruixent.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Altres ingredients que tamb\u00e9 queden molt b\u00e9 amb aquest past\u00eds d\u2019arr\u00f2s s\u00f3n el blat de moro cuit, la pastanaga, les gambes o llagostins cuits, els p\u00e8sols, dauets de formatge&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Enlloc de bon\u00edtol en conserva, pots utilitzar tonyina, que \u00e9s m\u00e9s econ\u00f2mica.
