En ser un aliment de la fam\u00edlia dels cereals \u00e9s <strong>ric en hidrats de carboni<\/strong>. Amanida variada<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients (4 persones)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100g enciam<\/li>\n<li>50g tom\u00e0quet Cherry<\/li>\n<li>1 ceba<\/li>\n<li>2 ous<\/li>\n<li>2 llaunes de tonyina<\/li>\n<li>1 pot d&#8217;olives negres<\/li>\n<li>2 pastanagues<\/li>\n<li>6 palets de cranc<\/li>\n<li>1 got de S\u00e8mola de Blat Nomen<\/li>\n<li>7 ametlles<\/li>\n<li>Vinagre de M\u00f2dena o de poma<\/li>\n<li>Oli d&#8217;oliva verge<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Neteja b\u00e9 totes les verdures.<\/li>\n<li>En una olla bull els ous durant 10 minuts i en una altra la S\u00e8mola de Blat, tamb\u00e9, 10 minuts. Mentrestant, talla l&#8217;enciam, el tom\u00e0quet Cherry, la ceba, la pastanaga, els palets de cranc i les olives negres i pica les ametlles.<\/li>\n<li>Quan els ous i la s\u00e8mola estiguin llests, passa&#8217;ls aigua per refredar-los. Vols un truc? Quan l&#8217;ou estigui fred, talla-ho i amaneix-ho amb oli i sal abans de barrejar-ho amb la resta d&#8217;ingredients, li donar\u00e0 m\u00e9s sabor.<\/li>\n<li>Junta tots els ingredients i afegeix la tonyina i les ametlles picades. Amaneix l&#8217;amanida al gust i llest!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>2. S\u00e8mola de Blat amb verduretes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients (4 persones)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250g de S\u00e8mola de Blat Nomen<\/li>\n<li>100g jueves verdes<\/li>\n<li>1 ceba<\/li>\n<li>1 carbass\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>1 pastanaga<\/li>\n<li>Oli d&#8217;oliva verge<\/li>\n<li>Salsa de soia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Neteja les verdures i hortalisses i trosseja-les en tires.<\/li>\n<li>Posa dues olles amb aigua a bullir, una per a les mongetes que les retirarem <em>al dente<\/em> (10-15 minuts aproximadament) i una altra per a la S\u00e8mola de Blat Nomen (10 minuts).<\/li>\n<li>Prepara una paella amb un doll d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge. Afegeix la ceba. Quan comenci a estar dorada afegeix el carbass\u00f3 i la pastanaga.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix les mongetes a la paella i a continuaci\u00f3 la s\u00e8mola. Salta la barreja i afegeix la salsa de soia.<\/li>\n<li>A servir i llest!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Nota: si no t&#8217;agrada la salsa de soia pots donar-li gust amb sal, pebre, orenga i afegint nous o una altra fruita seca picada per damunt. Tamb\u00e9 pots afegir tellerines al plat que li atorgaran un sabor especial.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. S\u00e8mola de Blat amb llenties<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients (4 persones)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250g S\u00e8mola de Blat Nomen<\/li>\n<li>200g llenties cuites<\/li>\n<li>1 ceba<\/li>\n<li>Oli d&#8217;oliva verge<\/li>\n<li>Surt<\/li>\n<li>Pebre<\/li>\n<li>Julivert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Renta les llenties i aparta-les per fer-les servir m\u00e9s tard.<\/li>\n<li>Trosseja la ceba i, en una paella amb un doll d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra, daura-la.<\/li>\n<li>Bull la S\u00e8mola de Blat en una olla amb aigua durant 10 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix la s\u00e8mola i les llenties a la paella on hem daurat la ceba i cou-ho tot junt durant 3 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Afegir sal, pebre i julivert.<\/li>\n<li>Serveix i \u00a1llest per menjar!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Sabies que la combinaci\u00f3 de llegums, com les llenties i cereals, com la S\u00e8mola de Blat, es complementen per proporcionar prote\u00efnes completes al nostre organisme? Carabassa amb S\u00e8mola de Blat<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients (4 persones)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250g S\u00e8mola de Blat Nomen<\/li>\n<li>200g carabassa<\/li>\n<li>Oli d&#8217;oliva verge<\/li>\n<li>Surt<\/li>\n<li>Pebre<\/li>\n<li>Julivert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pela i talla la carabassa en daus i bull-la en una olla de pressi\u00f3 durant 7 minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n<li>Posa a bullir la S\u00e8mola de Blat durant 10 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Quan la carabassa i la s\u00e8mola estiguin llestes ajunta-les, afegeix l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge, la sal, el pebre i el julivert i \u00a1llest!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Nota: pots afegir llavors o pipes per donar-li un sabor m\u00e9s especial.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>5. S\u00e8mola de Blat al pesto <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250g S\u00e8mola de Blat Nomen<\/li>\n<li>10 g alf\u00e0brega<\/li>\n<li>Un grapat petit de pinyons<\/li>\n<li>1 dent d&#8217;all<\/li>\n<li>100ml d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge<\/li>\n<li>15g de formatge parmes\u00e0 rallat<\/li>\n<li>3 tom\u00e0quets secs<\/li>\n<li>Sal i pebre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Renta l&#8217;alf\u00e0brega i, amb la batedora, tritura-la juntament amb els pinyons i els alls en un mateix recipient per obtenir la salsa pesto.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix l&#8217;oli a poc a poc i mescla fins que quedi m\u00e9s o menys homogeni.<\/li>\n<li>Incorpora el formatge parmes\u00e0 rallat i barreja una altra vegada.<\/li>\n<li>Afegeix sal i pebre al gust.<\/li>\n<li>Trosseja els tom\u00e0quets secs i afegeix-los a la salsa.
