La motivaci\u00f3 per aprendre a alimentar als nens de manera saludable i correcta \u00e9s molt alta aix\u00ed que, aprofiteu la gran oportunitat que la vida us ha regalat <strong>per equilibrar i ordenar la vostra pr\u00f2pia alimentaci\u00f3 i no nom\u00e9s la dels vostres fills!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avui us anem a parlar de com podeu educar els vostres fills entorn del menjar. Ja veureu que \u00e9s molt senzill. Podeu comen\u00e7ar seguint aquests <strong>senzills i pr\u00e0ctics consells perqu\u00e8 ensenyeu a menjar b\u00e9 als vostres nens.<\/strong> Preparats?<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1. D\u00f3na exemple<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Els nens aprenen per imitaci\u00f3 aix\u00ed que, la millor manera perqu\u00e8 els teus fills mengin sa \u00e9s que vosaltres, papis, mengeu de manera saludable. \u00c9s important que mengeu el mateix que ells, aix\u00ed sentiran que s\u00f3n un m\u00e9s a taula i veuran que tots podeu gaudir i compartir els mateixos aliments. A m\u00e9s, aix\u00f2 far\u00e0 que t&#8217;estalvi\u00efs molt temps a la cuina perqu\u00e8 no haur\u00e0s de cuinar plats diferents per als adults i els nens. Oferir-vos i ofereix-los la major varietat possible de productes incloent tots els grups b\u00e0sics d&#8217;aliments que mai haurien de faltar a la nostra dieta (l\u00e0ctics, cereals i farinacis, fruita, fruita seca, verdures, hortalisses, llegums, carns, peixos, ous, oli d&#8217;oliva&#8230;). Finalment, utilitza coccions diferents (forn, vapor, planxa, bullit, guisats\u2026) perqu\u00e8 la vostra alimentaci\u00f3 sigui m\u00e9s divertida i agradable.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Implica&#8217;ls a la cuina<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Depenent de la seva edat els m\u00e9s petits poden ajudar-nos amb la preparaci\u00f3 dels plats m\u00e9s senzills. Als nens els encanta experimentar a la cuina, amb les diferents olors, textures, sabors\u2026 Pensa receptes que pugueu fer junts: sandvitxos variats, amanides, broquetes de fruita o de verdura, pizza o pa casolans\u2026 Veureu que divertit i com gaudeixen menjant les seves pr\u00f2pies creacions!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. Els menjars, millor en companyia<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Aquest punt va unit al primer, per donar exemple \u00e9s necessari compartir la taula\u2026 S\u2019ha acabat donar a menjar abans als nens! Asseieu-vos tots junts a taula, parleu, gaudiu del menjar\u2026 A m\u00e9s de ser una gran oportunitat per estr\u00e8nyer lla\u00e7os i millorar la comunicaci\u00f3 familiar, est\u00e0 demostrat que les persones en companyia mengem millor en qualitat i quantitat d&#8217;aliments. Intenteu almenys fer dos menjars al dia en fam\u00edlia, el m\u00e9s senzill amb el ritme de vida actual \u00e9s compartir l\u2019esmorzar i sopar amb els teus.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. El menjar, ni un premi ni un c\u00e0stig<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c9s molt important fer entendre als nostres fills que menjar \u00e9s un acte necessari perqu\u00e8 puguin cr\u00e9ixer forts i sans i realitzar les seves activitats di\u00e0ries de manera satisfact\u00f2ria. Per tant, mai hem d&#8217;utilitzar el menjar com un premi o un c\u00e0stig (per exemple, deixant-los prendre unes postres especials si es mengen la verdura, o castigar-los si no mengen el que creiem que haurien de menjar). Aprendre a menjar \u00e9s un proc\u00e9s d&#8217;aprenentatge natural que s&#8217;ha de fer des del respecte i la confian\u00e7a, deixant que descobreixin les seves pr\u00f2pies prefer\u00e8ncies aliment\u00e0ries i mai for\u00e7ant-los a menjar. Penseu que l&#8217;apetit de cada nen \u00e9s molt variable i impredictible, aix\u00ed que armar-vos de paci\u00e8ncia i oferiu-los de manera repetida la major varietat d&#8217;aliments saludables (un nen pot arribar a necessitar tastar entre 8 o 10 vegades un nou aliment per acceptar-ho). Ja veureu com la seva alimentaci\u00f3 es va tornant cada vegada m\u00e9s rica i variada. I sobretot, apunteu els seus plats saludables favorits perqu\u00e8 no faltin a la vostra taula de manera regular!<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>5. Un m\u00e8tode molt f\u00e0cil, el m\u00e8tode del plat<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Una manera molt senzilla de planificar els menjars i sopars familiars \u00e9s amb aquest m\u00e8tode desenvolupat per la universitat de Harvard, el m\u00e8tode del plat. Amb aquest m\u00e8tode podem cuinar plats \u00fanics que combinin tots els grups d&#8217;aliments que mai han de faltar en els menjars principals: fruites, verdures i hortalisses (han d&#8217;ocupar la meitat del plat), aliments rics en carbohidrats (pa, patata i altres tubercles, pasta, llegums o arr\u00f2s; han d&#8217;ocupar una quarta part del plat) i aliments proteics (carn, peix, marisc, ous, llegums; han d&#8217;ocupar tamb\u00e9 una quarta part del plat).
