Per aix\u00f2, hem cregut interessant, ara que s\u2019apropa el bon temps, parlant dels beneficis d\u2019aquestes subst\u00e0ncies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Els antioxidants<\/strong> s\u00f3n un grup de vitamines, minerals i enzims, presents tant en la dieta com en l\u2019organisme, que ens protegeixen contra l\u2019exc\u00e9s de radicals lliures, components causants de l\u2019envelliment i d\u2019algunes malalties, sobretot les degeneratives i les relacionades amb el sistema immunol\u00f2gic i cardiovascular.<\/p>\n<h3>Tipus d\u2019antioxidants, funcions i aliments que els contenen:<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>VITAMINES<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>VITAMINA A.<\/strong> Tamb\u00e9 anomenada retinol, ja que genera pigments necessaris per al funcionament de la retina, realitza una tasca important en el desenvolupament d\u2019una bona visi\u00f3 especialment la nocturna. Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s fonamental per a les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules de la pell, ossos i mucoses.
