Esbrina com v\u00e8ncer-la!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un dels principals problemes que afecten al manteniment del pes de moltes persones \u00e9s el descontrol que tenen sobre el menjar, sobretot quan arriba la nit. Durant el dia seguim una rutina que ens mant\u00e9 la ment entretinguda, per\u00f2, despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una jornada laboral intensa, unit a les tasques personals de cadascun, quan arriba aquest moment del dia en qu\u00e8 estem relaxats s&#8217;apodera de nosaltres una ansietat per menjar, sobretot, aliments dol\u00e7os o rics en greixos que no podem gestionar. Us heu preguntat per qu\u00e8?<\/p>\n<p>Quan <strong>mengem per ansietat<\/strong>, som com un pou sense fons. Quan m\u00e9s cal\u00f2rics siguin els aliments que ingerim, m\u00e9s energia utilitzar\u00e0 el nostre cos per poder digerir i eliminar-los. Per aix\u00f2, moltes vegades, en comptes de trobar-nos millor, quan estem empatxats ens trobem pitjor, tant psicol\u00f2gicament com f\u00edsicament, ja que tota aquesta energia que gastem ens deixa cansats. Per tant, ser\u00e0 molt millor trobar la forma de controlar aquesta ansietat, que caure en la temptaci\u00f3 de deixar-nos portar per ella. De fet, amb una mica de for\u00e7a de voluntat per fer alguns canvis en el nostre estil de vida, podem controlar aquestes \u00e0nsies per digerir qualsevol cosa. Aix\u00f2 s\u00ed, haurem de ser constants.<\/p>\n<p>Atents als nostres consells:<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>1. Realitza un m\u00ednim de tres \u00e0pats principals m\u00e9s dos entre hores: un a mig mat\u00ed i un altre a mitja tarda.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Mantenir els nostres nivells de sucre constants \u00e9s b\u00e0sic per tenir controlat el nostre apetit. Per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s important evitar espais de temps perllongats sense menjar. Un grapat de fruita seca juntament amb un iogurt, unes torrades de civada amb una mica de pernil, una pe\u00e7a de fruita amb una barreta de cereals\u2026 S\u00f3n exemples de refrigeris saludables que us ajudaran a arribar al seg\u00fcent menjar amb menys gana.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>2. Dorm un m\u00ednim de 7 o 8 hores.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Segons un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elmundo.com\/movil\/noticia_detalle.php?idx=239295&amp;\" target=\"_blank\">estudi realitzat per la Universitat de Chicago<\/a>, dormir una mitjana de 6 hores i mitja cada nit pot augmentar el nivell de cortisol i amb aix\u00f2 l&#8217;apetit i, com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia afavorir l&#8217;augment de pes.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>3. Practica alguna activitat f\u00edsica.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Busca algun esport que t&#8217;agradi i gaudeixis d\u2019ell. Fer-ho t&#8217;ajudar\u00e0 a evadir les teves preocupacions o problemes i millorar\u00e0 la teva seguretat i control sobre tu mateix. A m\u00e9s, practicar activitat f\u00edsica genera en el nostre organisme la segregaci\u00f3 de endorfines (les famoses hormones de la felicitat) que ens fan sentir b\u00e9 i amb aix\u00f2 es redueixen els nivells d&#8217;ansietat.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>4. Evita begudes o aliments excitants a partir de les quatre de la tarda.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">La cafe\u00efna present en el caf\u00e8, en les begudes de cola o energ\u00e8tiques, la te\u00efna present en el te o subst\u00e0ncies com el ginseng o el guaran\u00e0, influeixen en l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim accelerant-lo i incrementant els nivells d&#8217;ansietat. Intenta no abusar d&#8217;elles i substituir-les per altres m\u00e9s relaxants: infusions com l\u2019an\u00eds estavellat, la melissa, apassionaria, ll\u00fapol, etc. o una mescla de diverses abans d&#8217;anar a dormir, pot ser una bona opci\u00f3 per ajudar-nos a agafar el son.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>5. Distreu la ment i evita tenir la temptaci\u00f3 a casa.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Al moment que sentis l&#8217;exagerada necessitat de menjar un dol\u00e7 o qualsevol aliment ric en greixos i sucres, intenta desviar l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 i enfocar-la en un punt diferent: surt a fer un volt perqu\u00e8 et toqui l&#8217;aire fresc, agafa un llibre, fes una trucada telef\u00f2nica\u2026 I sobretot evita tenir aliments amb aquestes caracter\u00edstiques a casa. Substitueix-los per: tom\u00e0quets cherry, cogombrets o allets en vinagre, formatgets descremats, aladrocs en vinagre, pastanagues\u2026 S\u00f3n snacks saludables que ens faran sentir b\u00e9 despr\u00e9s de prendre&#8217;ls.<\/p>\n<p>Segurament al principi us costar\u00e0 posar en pr\u00e0ctica tots aquests consells, per\u00f2 recordeu que tot est\u00e0 dins la nostra ment i que el nostre cos necessita el seu temps per adaptar-se.
