BROQUETES DE MEL\u00d3 AMB PERNIL<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Mig mel\u00f3<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; 300g de pernil serr\u00e0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Talla el mel\u00f3 a trossets, en forma de daus o, si tens un buidador, pots utilitzar-lo per donar-li una forma arrodonida.<\/li>\n<li>Talla les rodanxes de pernil en forma rectangular per muntar les broquetes amb trossets dobles (aix\u00ed es notar\u00e0 m\u00e9s el seu sabor).<\/li>\n<li>Munta broqueta amb cinc trossos de mel\u00f3 intercalats amb quatre de pernil.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. TARTALETES FARCIDES D\u2019ESCALIVADA I ANXOVA<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Una alberg\u00ednia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Una ceba gran.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Un pebrot vermell.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Una llauna d&#8217;anxoves.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Una llauna d&#8217;olives negres sense os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Un paquet de \u201ctartaletas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Oli d&#8217;oliva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Sal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Agafa una safata de forn, col\u00b7loca una l\u00e0mina de paper vegetal i, damunt, una capa de paper d&#8217;alumini. Posa el pebrot, la ceba pelada i l&#8217;alberg\u00ednia damunt i ruixa-ho amb un bon doll d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva i sal (aix\u00ed despr\u00e9s es pelar\u00e0 millor). Forneja les verdures a 200\u00baC aproximadament durant uns 40 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Pela les verdures i talla-les a tires amb ajuda d&#8217;unes tisores.<\/li>\n<li>Emplena les \u201ctartaletas\u201d amb una mescla d\u2019escalivada, mitja anxova i mitja oliva.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. \u201cMONTADITOS\u201d \u00a0DE TOM\u00c0QUET CHERRY CON FORMATGE FETA Y ALADROC<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Una safata de tom\u00e0quets Cherry.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Un pot de formatge feta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Una llauna d\u2019aladrocs a l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Renta els tom\u00e0quets i embolica\u2019ls amb un aladroc.<\/li>\n<li>Fes els \u201cmontaditos\u201d intercalant el tom\u00e0quet embolicat amb l\u2019aladroc i un quadradet de formatge feta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. HUMUS AMB CRUDIT\u00c9S DE VERDURES<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Per a l\u2019humus: 400g de cigrons cuits, 2 cullerades de pasta de s\u00e8sam, un pessic de sal, una culleradeta de com\u00ed, el suc de mitja llimona, una dent d\u2019all i dues cullerades soperes d\u2019aigua.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Per servir-ho: oli d\u2019oliva verge extra, pebre vermell, de la Vora, 2 pastanagues, un cogombre i un pebrot vermell.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Col\u00b7loca tots els ingredients per preparar l&#8217;humus dins d\u2019un bol i barreja&#8217;ls amb l&#8217;ajuda de la batedora fins a aconseguir una massa homog\u00e8nia.<\/li>\n<li>Amaneix-ho amb un raig d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra i un pessic de pebre vermell de la Vora.<\/li>\n<li>Acompanya-ho amb verdures tallades en juliana.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>5.
