Per aix\u00f2 avui us presentem dietes de <strong>receptes originals, que ens alegraran el paladar sense deixar de cuidar la nostra salut.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>ARR\u00d2S AMB CARN PICADA I VERDURES<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients per a 4 persones:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Dos carbassons.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; 4 cebes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Un tros gran de carabassa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Una alberg\u00ednia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; 400 g de carn picada de pollastre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; 240 g d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-integral-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\">arr\u00f2s integral Nomen<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Salsa de soia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Oli d&#8217;oliva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Formatge ratllat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1. Bullir l&#8217;arr\u00f2s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">2. Tallar les verdures a daus (abans de fer-ho amb la carabassa, us ajudar\u00e0 coure-la pr\u00e8viament al microones, aix\u00ed no us costar\u00e0 tant manipular-la).<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">3. Daurar una mica les cebes amb una miqueta d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">4. Incorporar la resta de verdures, i quan vegeu que es comencen a enganxar, amanir amb un bon doll de salsa de soia. Quan els comenci a quedar poc per estar cuites, incorporar la carn picada i finalment l&#8217;arr\u00f2s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">5. Servir amb una mica de formatge ratllat per damunt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La t\u00e8cnica del saltejat \u00e9s un m\u00e8tode emprat per cuinar aliments amb una petita quantitat de greix o d\u2019oli en una paella i fent \u00fas d\u2019una font de calor relativament alta.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;aliment s&#8217;incorpora quan el mitj\u00e0 gras ha obtingut suficient temperatura com per daurar a foc viu, en cas contrari l&#8217;aliment quedar\u00e0 bullit i no se segellar\u00e0, perdent els seus sucs.<\/p>\n<p>Aliments: \u00e9s apropiat per a diferents tipus d&#8217;aliments, verdures, carns, peixos, fins i tot arrossos i pastes, sempre en peces petites o mitjanes.<\/p>\n<p>Consell: donar per finalitzat el saltejat de les verdures quan aquestes estiguin lleugerament \u2018al dente\u2019, d&#8217;aquesta forma mantindrem millor les seves caracter\u00edstiques organol\u00e8ptiques i nutricionals.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>CARBASS\u00d3 AL MICROONES AMB SABOR A PIZZA<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients per a 4 persones:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; 4 carbassons.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; 2 llaunes de tonyina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; 12 cullerades soperes de tom\u00e0quet fregit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Orenga al gust.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1. Tallar els carbassons a rodanxes i posar-los dins d\u2019un bol apte per a microones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">2. Pintar amb tom\u00e0quet les rodanxes de carbass\u00f3 i afegir la tonyina i orenga al gust.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">3. Tapar amb paper film i fer forats amb l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;una forquilla (assegura&#8217;t que el film pugui anar al microones).<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">4. Posar el bol dins el microones durant 20 minuts a m\u00e0xima pot\u00e8ncia (800 Watt).<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">5. Passats 20 minuts, retirar el film amb cura, ja que el vapor surt molt calent i crema\u2026 A gaudir!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La cocci\u00f3 al microones es pot realitzar sense afegir greixos i preferentment en recipients especials de vidre o altres materials adequats. Si no utilitzem envasos adequats, hem de tenir en compte que, en ocasions, l&#8217;aliment pot escalfar-se de forma no homog\u00e8nia, dificultant la seva total cocci\u00f3. Hem d&#8217;utilitzar nom\u00e9s recipients aptes per un \u00fas alimentari, per minimitzar el trasp\u00e0s de subst\u00e0ncies del material de l&#8217;env\u00e0s a l&#8217;aliment.- <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mapfre.es\/salud\/es\/cinformativo\/tecnicas-coccion-a-examen.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">FUENTE<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>LLOBARRO AL FORN AMB PATATES<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients per a 4 persones:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; 4 llobarros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; 4 patates.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Julivert picat<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Sal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; 4 cullerades soperes d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1. Fer un tall longitudinal als lloms de llobarro i salar-los per dins i per fora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">2. Posar el forn a escalfar a temperatura mitjana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">3. Pelar les patates i tallar-les a rodanxes fines, netejar-les i salar-les lleugerament.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">4. Col\u00b7locar, en una font apta per forn, les patates a la base i per damunt els lloms de llobarro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">5. Tirar l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva per sobre repartit entre els 4 lloms i posar la font al forn durant 25 minuts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">6. Finalment treure la font del forn, i afegir al gust julivert molt picat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Un dels principals avantatges de la cocci\u00f3 al forn \u00e9s que pr\u00e0cticament no necessita oli. Podem combinar la cocci\u00f3 al papillot on els aliments es couen en el seu propi suc embolicant-los amb paper d\u2019alumini, o b\u00e9 estoigs de silicona aptes per a forn. Aquestes preparacions s\u00f3n adequades en general per a tothom i especialment per a persones que segueixen dietes de control de pes.
