Uns dies d&#8217;oci i descans per dedicar el nostre temps lliure a fer realment all\u00f2 que ens agrada. Per\u00f2 deixar aparcada la nostra rutina i els nostres h\u00e0bits alimentaris durant una temporada pot provocar canvis en els nostres ritmes intestinals i, per tant, l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 del tan temut restrenyiment vacacional. Per evitar-ho, aplica els seg\u00fcents consells i gaudeix d&#8217;un estiu feli\u00e7:<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>1. Augmenta el consum de fibra<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">L&#8217;increment de vida d\u2019oci, la platja, la piscina, les excursions\u2026 comporten un canvi important en els nostres h\u00e0bits alimentaris. Canviem els plats elaborats, per r\u00e0pids i c\u00f2modes entrepans o sandvitxos que ens ajuden a sadollar la gana, sense deixar d&#8217;invertir temps en les nostres activitats preferides. Menjar entrepans no t\u00e9 per qu\u00e8 ser un problema si escollim la versi\u00f3 integral i\/o vegetal i substitu\u00efm el gelat per una bon\u00edssima fruita d&#8217;estiu. Tamb\u00e9 pots augmentar el teu consum de fibra gaudint de diferents tipus d&#8217;amanides. Has intentat fer una amanida amb <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-integral-format-plastic-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\">Arr\u00f2s Integral<\/a>?<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>2. No beguis nom\u00e9s refrescos<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">L&#8217;estiu tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s una \u00e8poca en qu\u00e8 solem substituir l&#8217;aigua per diferents refrescs gasosos, amb cafe\u00efna o alcohol. Aquestes begudes no hidraten l&#8217;organisme, m\u00e9s aviat tot el contrari, tenen un gran poder deshidratant. A m\u00e9s, la cervesa, el vi o altres combinats amb alcohol afecten la secreci\u00f3 i a la motilitat intestinal, empitjorant la situaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>3. Mou-te!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Practicar exercici f\u00edsic \u00e9s b\u00e0sic per estimular el moviment perist\u00e0ltic de l\u2019intest\u00ed, per\u00f2 moltes vegades les altes temperatures, la mandra pr\u00f2pia de les vacances i les ganes de fer un descans total de la vida quotidiana condueixen a deixar-ho aparcat pel mes de setembre. Aprofita un bany a la piscina o a la platja per fer uns llargs, despr\u00e8n-te del cotxe i v\u00e9s caminant als llocs i surt a ballar sempre que puguis!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>4. Estableix uns horaris<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Encara que ens agradi de les vacances no haver de dependre del rellotge, conv\u00e9 fixar, sempre que sigui possible, uns horaris per menjar i sobretot per anar al bany, aix\u00ed el nostre cos s&#8217;acostumar\u00e0 a una certa regularitat.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>5. Redueix el consum d&#8217;alcohol i tabac<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Tant l&#8217;alcohol com el tabac s\u00f3n dos elements que destrueixen la salut de la nostra flora intestinal, per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s recomanable reduir i limitar al m\u00e0xim el seu consum.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest estiu, gaudeix d&#8217;uns dies de relax i oci sense que s&#8217;enterboleixin per culpa del restrenyiment!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Amb l&#8217;arribada del mes de juny ja comencem a olorar les tan esperades i merescudes vacances!
