Els que gaudim del sol moltes vegades recorrem al tupper per perllongar la nostra estada al costat del mar, o passar el dia a la muntanya fins que es fa de nit. Aconseguir preparar plats nutritius, frescs, f\u00e0cils de transportar i alhora equilibrats, \u00e9s possible!<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3 et donem 5 idees que esperem que t&#8217;agradin:<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>1- Entrep\u00e0 de pa integral amb truita de carbass\u00f3 i ceba<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients per elaborar la truita:<\/strong> 2 ous, mig carbass\u00f3, una ceba petita, una cullerada d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva, un polsim de sal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> trosseja la ceba i el carbass\u00f3 en trossets molt petits. Agafa una paella, sofregeix la ceba amb la cullerada d&#8217;oli i, quan comenci a daurar-se, afegeix el carbass\u00f3, agitant de tant en tant. Bat els ous en un bol amb un polsim de sal, afegeix les verdures sofregides i torna a remoure. Posa a escalfar una paella antiadherent untada amb una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva, bolca la mescla fins que qualli i d\u00f3na-li la volta de seguida.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>2- Amanida d&#8217;arr\u00f2s Basmati amb tonyina<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> un <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/plats-preparats\/vasitos-de-arroz-basmati-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\">Gotet d&#8217;Arr\u00f2s Basmati Nomen<\/a>, un tom\u00e0quet, mig cogombre, una pastanaga, enciam i una llauna de tonyina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> a casa podem deixar preparada l&#8217;amanida, tallant totes les verduretes a taquets i barrejant-les amb l&#8217;arr\u00f2s, pr\u00e8viament escalfat al microones un minut, i amanida nom\u00e9s amb les esp\u00e8cies que m\u00e9s ens agradin (orenga, herbes proven\u00e7als\u2026). L&#8217;ideal seria portar-se la llauna de tonyina i barrejar-la just abans de menjar. Aix\u00ed les verdures es conservaran millor i tindrem l&#8217;amanida al punt!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>3- Amanida de cigrons amb escalivada i formatge fresc<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> 70 g. de cigrons, escalivada (pebrot vermell, alberg\u00ednia i ceba), una terrina de formatge fresc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> barreja els ingredients i amaneix-los al gust.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>4- Amanida russa amb pebrot escalivat i bon\u00edtol<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> 150 g. D\u2019amanida russa, pebrot escalivat de llauna, 6 olives sense os, 20 g. de formatge tipus emmental tallat a daus, una llauna de bon\u00edtol.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> barreja els ingredients i amaneix-los al gust. L&#8217;ideal seria portar-se la llauna de bon\u00edtol i barrejar tot just abans de menjar.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>5- Gaspatxo + Amanida de Blat Tendre Nomen amb daus de pernil dol\u00e7<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">El gaspatxo \u00e9s una gran opci\u00f3 per portar a la platja, ens aporta no solament aigua sin\u00f3 moltes vitamines i minerals procedents de les verdures que cont\u00e9. Si \u00e9s casol\u00e0 pots portar una raci\u00f3 individual amb un tupper adequat i, si no, pots comprar-te un bric individual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients per elaborar l&#8217;amanida de blat:<\/strong> 70 g. de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/plats-preparats\/vasitos-de-arroz-basmati-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\">Blat Tendre Nomen<\/a>, enciam, dues rodanxes de pinya natural en el seu suc, 100 g. de daus de pernil dol\u00e7, 3 margallons i una pastanaga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> cou el blat en nom\u00e9s 10 minuts, barreja els ingredients i amaneix-los al gust.<\/p>\n<p>Ja veieu que, amb una mica d&#8217;imaginaci\u00f3, podem portar-nos a la platja, a la piscina o a la muntanya, un tupper equilibrat, variat i complet, molt f\u00e0cil de fer\u2026 sobretot riqu\u00edssims!
