Per\u00f2 com sabem si estem ben hidratats?<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Com podem saber si estem ben hidratats? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Hi ha una forma una mica curiosa, per\u00f2 molt v\u00e0lida per saber-ho, i \u00e9s fixant-nos en el color de la nostra orina. L&#8217;\u00fanic moment del dia que pot ser groga fosca \u00e9s a primera hora del mat\u00ed, ja que portem m\u00e9s de 7 o 8 hores sense anar al bany. La resta del dia, el color de la nostra orina ha de ser groc clar tirant a transparent. Si \u00e9s m\u00e9s fosca, i no s&#8217;estan prenent vitamines o medicaments que l&#8217;afectin, voldr\u00e0 dir que no ho estem fent b\u00e9, i que hem d&#8217;augmentar la ingesta h\u00eddrica. Una bona pauta que podem adoptar \u00e9s beure un got d&#8217;aigua cada vegada que anem al bany a orinar.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Quines s\u00f3n les millors begudes per una correcta hidrataci\u00f3?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Sens dubte, <strong>la beguda que ha de predominar \u00e9s l&#8217;aigua<\/strong>. Beure la quantitat suficient assegura el correcte funcionament dels processos d&#8217;eliminaci\u00f3 de residus del nostre cos. Es recomana beure entre dos i tres litres d&#8217;aigua diaris. L&#8217;ideal \u00e9s que la meitat procedeixi dels aliments (sobretot a trav\u00e9s de les fruites, verdures i hortalisses, recordeu que \u00e9s important arribar a les cinc racions di\u00e0ries) i l&#8217;altra meitat s&#8217;obtingui bevent.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 existeixen altres opcions que tamb\u00e9 poden ser v\u00e0lides:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>&#8211; Les infusions:<\/strong> beguda obtinguda de les fulles, les flors, dels fruits o de llavors de diverses herbes i plantes, que poden ser arom\u00e0tiques, i se&#8217;ls aboca aigua calenta, sense que aquest arribi al punt d&#8217;ebullici\u00f3. A moltes d&#8217;aquestes begudes se&#8217;ls atribueixen propietats medicinals com les infusions digestives (an\u00eds estavellat, camamil\u00b7la\u2026) o les infusions que ajuden a agafar el son (valeriana, melissa\u2026). Actualment al mercat podem trobar alguns sabors en format fred.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>&#8211; Els brous vegetals:<\/strong> malgrat ser m\u00e9s t\u00edpics d&#8217;hivern, tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n una bona manera d&#8217;introduir l\u00edquids en la nostra dieta. Pr\u00e0cticament no ens aporten calories per\u00f2 s\u00ed minerals i vitamines hidrosolubles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>&#8211; Els sucs de fruita natural:<\/strong> encara que sempre \u00e9s millor prendre la pe\u00e7a sencera, ja que aix\u00ed no menyspreem la fibra de la fruita, dues o tres vegades per setmana podem optar per un suc natural, una forma molt pr\u00e0ctica i saborosa d&#8217;arribar a la dosi de fruita di\u00e0ria recomanada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>&#8211; Les begudes vegetals:<\/strong> com per exemple la <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/beguda\/beguda-darros-1\/\" target=\"_blank\">Beguda d&#8217;Arr\u00f2s de Nomen<\/a>, una beguda natural, nutritiva i amb un sabor molt agradable, que es pot prendre freda o calenta, per esmorzar o berenar. Fins i tot pot es pot fer servir per preparar gelats o batuts casolans per passar la calor d&#8217;estiu!<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s molt important saber que <strong>no cal esperar a tenir set per beure<\/strong>, de fet, la sensaci\u00f3 de tenir set \u00e9s un signe de comen\u00e7ar a deshidratar-se, i aix\u00f2 cal evitar-ho, especialment a l&#8217;estiu. Beure poc, per\u00f2 al llarg de tot el dia, \u00e9s una excel\u00b7lent forma d&#8217;evitar la deshidrataci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En definitiva, aquest estiu no podem oblidar-nos de beure durant tot el dia, ja sigui aigua, infusions, brous, begudes vegetals\u2026 i menjar de 2 a 3 peces de fruita i una raci\u00f3 de verdures en cada menjar principal.
