Totes contenen alcohol i sucres, pels quals s\u00f3n altament energ\u00e8tiques.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>1g alcohol= 7Kcal\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>1g de sucre o hidrats de carboni =4kcal<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Les vacances es presenten al descontrol amb l\u2019alcohol, aix\u00ed que deixa el seu consum per un dels menjars diaris i beu sempre de forma moderada.
