Sobretot, amb l\u2019arribada de l\u2019estiu i les altes temperatures, que fan que obrir els fogons o encendre el forn sigui un aut\u00e8ntic suplici. Tot i aix\u00f2, hem de seguir cuidant la nostra dieta. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que avui us presentem <strong>5 receptes per a sopars saludables, f\u00e0cils i r\u00e0pids<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>1. SOPA DE MEL\u00d3 AMB ENCENALLS DE PERNIL IB\u00c8RIC<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients per a 2 persones: <\/strong>4 tallades de mel\u00f3, 100 ml de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/beguda\/beguda-darros-1\/\" target=\"_blank\">beguda d\u2019arr\u00f2s Nomen<\/a> i 50g de pernil serr\u00e0 tallat en encenalls.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3: <\/strong>Amb ajuda d\u2019una batedora, batre el mel\u00f3 juntament amb la beguda d\u2019arr\u00f2s. Passar per la paella els encenalls de pernil. Abocar la sopa en una copa i decorar amb els encenalls.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Nota: Si vols donar-li un toc, tamb\u00e9 pots afegir menta fresca.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Per completar aquest plat, \u00e9s suficient servir una amanida de cabdells amb pastanaga, tom\u00e0quet Cherry i blat de moro.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>2. HUMMUS ROSA AMB \u201cCRUDIT\u00c9S\u201d DE VERDURES<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients per a 2 persones: <\/strong>200 g de cigrons cuits, mitja llimona, una dent d\u2019all, una cullerada sopera d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva, una cullerada sopera de pasta de s\u00e8sam (\u201ctahini\u201d), un pessic de pebre vermell, un pessic de com\u00ed en pols i 4 rodanxes de remolatxa cuita.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Posar tots els ingredients a batre fins a obtenir una massa homog\u00e8nia (si queda molt pastosa, es pot afegir una mica d\u2019aigua). Abocar dins d\u2019un bol i regar amb una mica d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva. Situar el bol al centre d\u2019un plat gran i posar al voltant verdures tallades en juliana al gust (pebrot vermell, pebrot verd, cogombre, pastanaga, etc.).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>3. TORRADA DE PA AMB ESCALIVADA I TONYINA<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients per a 2 persones: <\/strong>Quatre torrades de pa de pag\u00e8s, una alberg\u00ednia, dues cebes, dos pebrots vermells, dues llaunes de tonyina, oli d\u2019oliva i pebre negre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Treure la part verda de l\u2019alberg\u00ednia i dels pebrots, pelar les dues cebes i col\u00b7locar les verdures en un plat apte per microones. Regar amb oli d\u2019oliva i coure durant 20 minuts a m\u00e0xima pot\u00e8ncia. Passat aquest temps, obrir el microones, girar les verdures amb cura de no cremar-se i coure-les 20 minuts m\u00e9s. Esperar que refredin, pelar i reservar. Torrar el pa i abocar l\u2019escalivada per sobre en forma de tires (una de pebrot, una de ceba, una d\u2019alberg\u00ednia&#8230;), esmicolar mitja llauna de tonyina per cadascuna de les torrades i amanir amb oli d\u2019oliva, pebre negre i servir.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>4. AMANIDA D\u2019ARR\u00d2S INTEGRAL AMB SALM\u00d3 FUMAT I FORMATGE EN CREMA<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients per a 2 persones: <\/strong>2 <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/plats-preparats\/vasitos-de-arroz-integral-nomen\/\">gots d\u2019arr\u00f2s integral NOMEN<\/a>, enciam, margallons, dos tom\u00e0quets, dues pastanagues, una llauna petita de pinya natural en el seu suc, 100 g de salm\u00f3 fumat, 8 nous pelades, una terrina de formatge en crema, oli d\u2019oliva i vinagre de M\u00f2dena.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Rentar b\u00e9 l\u2019enciam, deixar esc\u00f3rrer perqu\u00e8 deixi anar l\u2019aigua i trossejar en una enciamera o bol gran, en trossets d\u2019una mida que sigui c\u00f2mode per menjar. Rentar els tom\u00e0quets i tallar-los, pelar i tallar les pastanagues, tallar a rodanxes els margallons i la pinya i barrejar juntament amb els gots d\u2019arr\u00f2s integral Nomen, pr\u00e8viament escalfats al microones durant un minut. Agafar les l\u00e0mines de salm\u00f3 fumat, untar-les amb formatge i posar les nous per sobre. Enrotllar i tallar a trossets per damunt de l\u2019amanida. Amanir amb oli d\u2019oliva i vinagre de M\u00f2dena al gust i servir.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>5. GASPATXO AMB CARPACCIO DE VEDELLA, RUCA I PARMES\u00c0 <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">I finalment, us presentem, una recepta per a aquells dies que no ens ve de gust fer res\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients per a 2 persones: <\/strong>mig litre de gaspatxo, carpaccio de vedella, una bossa de ruca, formatge parmes\u00e0 tallat a l\u00e0mines fines, oli d\u2019oliva, crema bals\u00e0mica de M\u00f2dena, pebre, sal, torrades de pa integral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> servir el gaspatxo en un bol amanit amb pebre vermell i negre. Col\u00b7locar el carpaccio en el plat, escampar la ruca i el formatge parmes\u00e0 per damunt i amanir amb la crema bals\u00e0mica de M\u00f2dena, l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva, el pebre negre i la sal al gust.
