Per\u00f2, si ens anticipem i ens planifiquem b\u00e9, podem gaudir menjant el que ens agrada i impedir que ens passi factura. Nom\u00e9s hem de tenir en compte els seg\u00fcents consells nutricionals:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>&#8211; Evita la improvisaci\u00f3<\/strong>: planifica uns men\u00fas equilibrats que siguin f\u00e0cils de preparar. Aix\u00f2 permet continuar tenint la teva pla\u00e7a sense haver de pagar, un altre cop, la matr\u00edcula. Caminar o c\u00f3rrer a l\u2019aire lliure, sortir a la muntanya, nedar o muntar en bici, s\u00f3n bones opcions per gaudir dels beneficis de l\u2019esport sense haver de tancar-se.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>&#8211; Compensa els excessos: <\/strong>L\u2019estiu \u00e9s el moment per estar amb la fam\u00edlia i els amics, \u00e9s temps per gaudir del sol amb un aperitiu al xiringuito de la platja, de menjars copiosos, i de gelats a deshora. Simplement, intenta compensar els excessos, d\u2019aquesta manera gaudir\u00e0s igual, per\u00f2 evitar\u00e0s que et passi factura despr\u00e9s:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><strong>\u00b7 Introdueix aliments menys grassos a l\u2019aperitiu: <\/strong>Llagostins freds, escopinyes, muscos a la marinera, aladrocs en vinagre&#8230; S\u00f3n plats amb menys calories que les patates fregides o braves, i estan bon\u00edssims!<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><strong>\u00b7 Si vas a dinar fora de casa:<\/strong> Primer pensa qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el que m\u00e9s et ve e gust. Si ets dels que gaudeixen amb les postres, escull un primer i un segon m\u00e9s light, per exemple: c\u00f2ctel de gambes amb una dorada a la sal i un brownie de xocolata amb gelat de vainilla. Si pel contrari ets dels que prefereix menjar b\u00e9, escull un plat consistent i compensa amb els altres: verduretes a la brasa, entrecot amb salsa rocafort i arr\u00f2s, carpaccio de pinya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>&#8211; Hidratat amb fruita<\/strong>: A l\u2019estiu ens ve de gust beure m\u00e9s que mail begudes fredes, ja siguin en forma de sucs, refrescs, granissats&#8230; Recorda que fer ab\u00fas d\u2019aquest tipus de begudes \u00e9s sin\u00f2nim d\u2019incrementar l\u2019aportaci\u00f3 de sucres d\u2019absorci\u00f3 r\u00e0pida. Una bona alternativa \u00e9s emportar-se una pe\u00e7a de fruita per fer un \u00e0pat a mig mat\u00ed i mitja tarda.
