Per a tots suposa un canvi d&#8217;horaris i una nova rutina per la que cal organitzar-nos. Per\u00f2 et donem unes idees i consells perqu\u00e8 els nostres fills estiguin entretinguts, segueixin estudiant i recuperin la rutina que tenien quan anaven a l&#8217;escola.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Els nostres fills segueixen estudiant a casa<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 el rendiment acad\u00e8mic dels nostres fills no decaigui, \u00e9s important que s&#8217;acostumin a que a casa han de seguir amb uns horaris com els de l&#8217;escola. S\u2019han de llevar a la mateixa hora cada dia i esmorzar amb tots. Despr\u00e9s se&#8217;ls ha d\u2019indicar unes tasques que puguin fer per anar avan\u00e7ant en les diferents mat\u00e8ries.<\/p>\n<p>Si a el principi als teus fills els costa una mica, \u00e9s normal. Cal tenir paci\u00e8ncia perqu\u00e8 tornin a agafar el ritme. Per\u00f2 al cap d&#8217;una setmana, s\u2019acostumaran. \u00c9s important que el teu fill comprengui que no \u00e9s un moment d&#8217;estar de vacances. Que ha de seguir estudiant per seguir aprenent.<\/p>\n<h3>Dormir a l&#8217;hora que toca<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c9s possible que ara es llevin una mica m\u00e9s tard del normal perqu\u00e8 ja no han d&#8217;anar a l&#8217;escola i aix\u00f2 els permeti anar al llit m\u00e9s tard. Per\u00f2 han de seguir aquests horaris cada dia i anar a dormir al llit a l\u2019hora que toca. Els primers dies costar\u00e0 una mica m\u00e9s (sobretot si ja comencen a ser m\u00e9s grans) per\u00f2 al llarg de la setmana veureu que l&#8217;horari nocturn ser\u00e0 per somiar i dormir pl\u00e0cidament.<\/p>\n<h3>Menjar tots junts a la mateixa hora<\/h3>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 ser\u00e0 interessant tornar a establir un <strong>horari de menjars<\/strong> m\u00e9s o menys fix. \u00c9s recomanable realitzar 5 \u00e0pats a el dia i, per comen\u00e7ar amb energia, \u00e9s aconsellable que els nens (i tamb\u00e9 els adults!) s\u2019asseguin a esmorzar a taula (\u00e9s un bon moment per adquirir aquest h\u00e0bit) i aprenguin a preparar <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/el-teu-esmorzar-es-sempre-igual-descobreix-com-variar-lo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">diferents esmorzars<\/a>, ja que la varietat \u00e9s un dels factors clau per no caure en la monotonia.<\/p>\n<h3>Planificar els men\u00fas<\/h3>\n<p>Ara que tenim m\u00e9s temps per planificar, podem programar un men\u00fa setmanal per als adults i els petits, que cal complir. Fins i tot que els petits de la casa ens ajudin a organitzar els \u00e0pats!<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s important aquesta planificaci\u00f3 per no acabar menjant malament i perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 de tots sigui saludable i equilibrada. \u00c9s important que no acabin menjant sempre el mateix a l&#8217;hora de dinar i de sopar. Cal planificar b\u00e9 els men\u00fas perqu\u00e8 tots mengem la quantitat necess\u00e0ria de verdures, hortalisses, fruites, prote\u00efnes i hidrats de carboni.<\/p>\n<p>Organitzar-se \u00e9s una clau indispensable per aprofitar b\u00e9 el temps de qu\u00e8 disposem (ja sabeu que el temps \u00e9s or, oi?). Aix\u00ed que, aplica-ho al teu dia a dia, setmana rere setmana; inverteix una mitja horeta setmanal per planificar els men\u00fas de tota la setmana, aix\u00f2 que t&#8217;ajudar\u00e0 a economitzar i a evitar que, tota la fam\u00edlia en general, consumeixi aliments poc saludables en el seu dia a dia. Tot aquest conjunt far\u00e0 que els horaris dels \u00e0pats es compleixin millor, establint una <strong>rutina en les 5 \u00e0pats<\/strong> al dia.<\/p>\n<h3>Realitzar junts activitats l\u00fadiques<\/h3>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de les hores d&#8217;estudi, \u00e9s important dedicar una estona cada dia a realitzar activitats per distreure&#8217;ns i moure&#8217;ns. Des de ballar per alliberar l&#8217;estr\u00e8s a fer exercicis per estirar els bra\u00e7os i les cames<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 es poden fer manualitats, com pintar o reutilitzar els recipients utilitzats de menjar per pintar i convertir-los en pots de conserves o per emmagatzematge.<\/p>\n<p>Tot aix\u00f2, amb l&#8217;amor, afecte i devoci\u00f3 que practiquen els pares amb els seus fills. Com hem comentat, les adaptacions cadasc\u00fa les porta al seu ritme i hem de respectar la seva aclimataci\u00f3 a la rutina, cosa que no resulta f\u00e0cil quan ets un nen. Sobretot, recorda que ets el mirall en qu\u00e8 es miren i, per tant, els h\u00e0bits que adquireixin durant la inf\u00e0ncia, els mantindran en l&#8217;edat adulta.
