Actualment \u00e9s bastant coneguda, va n\u00e9ixer fa uns anys i des de 2003 milers de persones al voltant del m\u00f3n la segueixen. Consisteix, com el mateix nom reflecteix, a eliminar completament la carn de la teva dieta un dia de la setmana: els dilluns. <strong>Amb la tornada a la rutina arriba la tornada del tupper<\/strong>, preparar cada dia dinar per menjar a l&#8217;oficina o a la universitat en temps r\u00e8cord. A Nomen hem volgut ajudar a tots aquells que vulguin unir-se a la campanya i, a m\u00e9s, recordar-nos de totes les persones que segueixen una dieta vegetariana. Per aix\u00f2, et volem proposar\u00a0algunes<strong>\u00a0receptes vegetarianes que pots afegir a la teva carmanyola:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>1. Amanida d&#8217;arr\u00f2s<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u00a0<strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> 35g d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/gran-sl\/especial-amanides\/\" target=\"_blank\">Arr\u00f2s Nomen Gran Selecci\u00f3n Especial Amanides<\/a>, 60g d&#8217;enciam, 80g de tom\u00e0quet, 80g de pastanaga i 1 alvocat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Posa a bullir aigua en una olla, en la qual cuinarem <strong>l&#8217;Arr\u00f2s Nomen Especial per a Amanides<\/strong>. Neteja i talla les verdures i hortalisses. Quan l&#8217;arr\u00f2s estigui cuinat, passa-li aigua freda, serveix-ho en un plat i afegeix-li l&#8217;enciam, el tom\u00e0quet, la pastanaga i l&#8217;alvocat. Finalment amaneix-ho al teu gust, si b\u00e9 et recomanem que usis oli d&#8217;oliva verge per amanir, ja que cont\u00e9 vitamines i greixos saludables!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>2. Cusc\u00fas saltejat amb verduretes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Ingredients: 65g de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/altre\/cuscus-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\">Cous Cous Nomen<\/a>, 80g de pastanaga, 80g carabassa, 80g de carbass\u00f3 i 80g de ceba, oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Posa a bullir en una olla la mateixa quantitat d&#8217;aigua que la quantitat de Cous Cous Nomen que vulguis cuinar, retira-la del foc, afegeix el cous cous i deixa-ho cuinar durant uns 5 minuts. Renta i talla les verduretes en cubs petits i salteja-les en una paella amb un doll d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva. Quan estigui tot cuinat, ajunta-ho i remena Si t&#8217;agrada, pots afegir un polsim de curri o una altra esp\u00e8cia perqu\u00e8 li doni un toc especial.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>3. Llenties amb arr\u00f2s integral<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> 60g d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-integral-format-plastic-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\">Arr\u00f2s Integral Nomen<\/a>, 60g de llenties, 1 dent d&#8217;all i 20g de ceba<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Bull l&#8217;Arr\u00f2s Integral Nomen i les llenties en olles diferents (si les llenties s\u00f3n en conserva no cal cuinar-les, per\u00f2 renta-les b\u00e9). Talla l&#8217;all molt fi i la ceba en trossos molt petits. Salteja-ho en una paella i a continuaci\u00f3 afegeix les llenties. 1 minut m\u00e9s tard afegeix l&#8217;arr\u00f2s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Aquest plat, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;estar bon\u00edssim, es caracteritza per tenir un molt bon contingut de prote\u00efnes d&#8217;origen vegetal.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>4. Hamburgueses de cigrons i llenties<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>: 125g de llenties, 125g de cigrons, 1 ceba, 2 tasses de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/pa\/pan-rallado\/\" target=\"_blank\">Pa Rallat Nomen<\/a>, 1 cullerada sopera d&#8217;esp\u00e8cies tandoori i 1 cullerada de gingebre fresc rallat, oli d&#8217;oliva verge, sal i pebre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>: Bull les llenties aproximadament 10 minuts, aix\u00ed com els cigrons (per separat). Mentre es van cuinant, talla la ceba en trossos molt petits i afegeix-la a una paella amb oli d&#8217;oliva. Quan la ceba estigui a punt, afegeix les esp\u00e8cies tandoori i el gingebre i remou fins que quedi ben barrejat. Ajunta el sofregit amb els llegums cuinats en un recipient, afegeix oli, sal i pebre i tritura-ho fins a aconseguir una massa homog\u00e8nia. Agafa una porci\u00f3 de massa, arrebossa-la amb el pa rallat i passa-la per la paella, 3 minuts per cada costat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Pots acompanyar-ho d&#8217;un primer plat com una crema de verdures, o b\u00e9 amb <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-salvatge-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\">Arr\u00f2s Salvatge Nomen<\/a> i una mica de coriandre en pols per damunt.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>5. Blat tendre saltejat amb tofu i verdures<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> 50g de Blat Tendre Nomen, 80g de tofu, 90g de pastanaga, 80g de ceba, 50g de bolets (al gust), 40g de soja en brots, 1 cullerada de gingebre fresc rallat, 1 cullerada petita de s\u00e8sam, salsa de soja al gust.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Posa a bullir el <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/altre\/nomen-blat-tendre\/\" target=\"_blank\">Blat Tendre Nomen<\/a> en una olla amb aigua. Mentrestant, trosseja la pastanaga, la ceba i els bolets en forma de bastonets, i el tofu en cubs mitjans. Salteja les verdures en una paella i, quan estiguin gaireb\u00e9 llestes, afegeix-li el tofu. Quan ho vegis tot dauradet, baixa el foc i afegeix els brots de soja, el gingebre, el s\u00e8sam i el blat tendre. Al cap d&#8217;1 minut afegeix la salsa de soja. Llest!<\/p>\n<p>Ja veus que menjar sense carn \u00e9s f\u00e0cil i treure idees noves per no avorrir els menjars tamb\u00e9!
