Es tracta del tipus de c\u00e0ncer m\u00e9s com\u00fa en dones, per\u00f2 certes estrat\u00e8gies poden reduir el risc de c\u00e0ncer de mama (encara que hi ha molts factors que hi influeixen).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Qu\u00e8 puc fer per prevenir el risc de patir\u00a0c\u00e0ncer de mama?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>S\u00f3n diversos els factors que influeixen en el desenvolupament del c\u00e0ncer. La millor prevenci\u00f3 \u00e9s <strong>la detecci\u00f3 preco\u00e7 per a un bon diagn\u00f2stic i tractament<\/strong>. Per a aix\u00f2 haur\u00edem de realitzar:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Revisions sistem\u00e0tiques al ginec\u00f2leg.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Consultar a un especialista en cas de tenir antecedents familiars.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; A partir dels 40 anys d&#8217;edat, realitzar mamografies de manera peri\u00f2dica, almenys una vegada a l&#8217;any.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Practicar exercici f\u00edsic de manera regular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Evitar h\u00e0bits poc saludables com fumar o beure alcohol.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Visitar a un especialista en cas de notar alteracions en les mames o els ganglis de la zona del pit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Seguir una dieta variada i equilibrada, rica en fibra i baixa en greix.<\/p>\n<h3>L&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 durant el tractament<\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un dels factors que pot ajudar a prevenir la seva aparici\u00f3, influint en el comportament de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules.<\/p>\n<p>Si s&#8217;est\u00e0 en tractament, l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 ajuda a disminuir els efectes secundaris com la desnutrici\u00f3 o els marejos. Quan se segueix un tractament oncol\u00f2gic \u00e9s m\u00e9s probable estar mal nodrit, a causa de la falta d&#8217;energia i nutrients. Aix\u00f2 es deu al fet que, d&#8217;una banda, augmenten les necessitats del nostre organisme i, d&#8217;altra banda, \u00e9s m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil seguir uns h\u00e0bits saludables. Per aix\u00f2, \u00e9s important seguir un bon pla nutricional amb la finalitat de prevenir i corregir la manca de nutrients, evitar la p\u00e8rdua de pes i massa muscular, aix\u00ed com el deteriorament del sistema immunol\u00f2gic, ajudar a una millor toler\u00e0ncia del tractament i evitar efectes secundaris deguts a una mala alimentaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En el c\u00e0ncer de mama es treballa per <strong>mantenir un pes saludable<\/strong>, aix\u00ed com un <strong>bon estat nutricional <\/strong>durant el tractament. Per aix\u00f2 s&#8217;han establert una s\u00e8rie de <strong>recomanacions<\/strong> respecte a l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 en aquest \u00e0mbit:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Fes <strong>4-5 \u00e0pats<\/strong> al llarg del dia. Si no tens gana, i realitzar 4-5 \u00e0pats et resulta dif\u00edcil, realitza petites preses de manera m\u00e9s repetida al llarg del dia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Assegura el consum de <strong>5 racions entre fruites i verdures di\u00e0riament<\/strong>. D&#8217;aquesta manera assegurem el consum de vitamines, minerals, fibra, aigua i fitonutrients, que s\u00f3n subst\u00e0ncies d&#8217;origen vegetal amb beneficis per a la salut. Es pot repartir en 3 peces de fruita i 2 plats de verdura al dia o b\u00e9, en forma de liquats o sucs naturals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Consumeix <strong>aliments rics en prote\u00efnes<\/strong> com ara la carn (millor blanca), el peix, els ous o els l\u00e0ctics (millor baixos en greix o desnatats). Ajuden a reparar els teixits que sovint es veuen danyats a causa del tractament.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Assegura el <strong>consum de cereals<\/strong> com l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/productes\/arrossos\/\" target=\"_blank\">arr\u00f2s<\/a>, la pasta o el pa, si pot ser <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-integral-format-plastic-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>integrals<\/strong><\/a>. Aquests, al costat de les llegums i els tubercles com la patata, s\u00f3n la principal font d&#8217;energia per al cos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Beu <strong>l\u00edquid en abund\u00e0ncia<\/strong> al llarg del dia. Es recomana un consum de 2 litres diaris d&#8217;aigua, aix\u00ed com a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;altres l\u00edquids, per exemple, infusions, sucs, liquats o brous.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; <strong>Limita<\/strong> la ingesta d&#8217;aliments rics en <strong>greixos saturats, sucre i sal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Cuina al <strong>vapor, a la planxa, bullit i al forn<\/strong>. Evita els guisats i els fregits, aix\u00ed com aliments d&#8217;origen animal crus o semi-crus. Si et molesten les olors fortes, tria aliments de sabors i aromes m\u00e9s suaus, o demana als teus \u00e9ssers estimats que cuinin per tu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Assegura una bona pr\u00e0ctica higi\u00e8nica a l&#8217;hora de preparar els aliments. Renta b\u00e9 els aliments i les teves mans, especialment en aquells aliments que es vagin a consumir crus, com una amanida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211; Fes <strong>activitat f\u00edsica di\u00e0riament<\/strong>.
