Moment en qu\u00e8 dediquem temps a tallar carabasses acompanyant-les d&#8217;espelmes per decorar la nostra llar. La carbassa \u00e9s un aliment molt nutritiu que ens aporta, especialment, aigua, fibra, vitamines i minerals. Aprofita la part que retires de la carbassa per a les teves\u00a0decoracions, afegeix alguna recepta de carbassa als \u00e0pats i gaudeix d&#8217;un Halloween complet!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>1. Risotto de carbassa amb bolets<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients per a 2 persones:<\/strong> 120 g de <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-arborio-especial-risotto-nomen\/\" target=\"_blank\">arr\u00f2s arborio especial risotto Nomen<\/a>, 250g de carbassa, 1 pastanaga, \u00bd ceba tendra, 100g de bolets, 1L de brou o aigua, 50g de formatge parmes\u00e0, 50ml de vi blanc, oli d&#8217;oliva verge, sal i pebre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Per comen\u00e7ar, d&#8217;una banda renta i talla els bolets, i de l&#8217;altra, pela i trosseja la carabassa i la pastanaga. Afegeix-en una olla i salta\u00a0tot junt durant 4 minuts aproximadament. Afegeix el brou o l&#8217;aigua a l&#8217;olla (el brou donar\u00e0 m\u00e9s sabor), i deixa-ho bullir a foc mitj\u00e0 durant 20 minuts. Pica la ceba i reserva-la. Transcorreguts 20 minuts, separa un quart de la carbassa i els bolets, i la resta bat-lo tot junt (amb el l\u00edquid incl\u00f2s). En una paella ofega\u00a0la ceba durant 5 minuts i afegeix l&#8217;arr\u00f2s 3 minuts a foc r\u00e0pid. Afegeix el vi blanc i, un cop evaporat, baixa el foc i ves afegint la crema de carbassa poc a poc, a mesura que l&#8217;arr\u00f2s es vagi assecant. Un cop estigui llest l&#8217;arr\u00f2s, afegeix la carbassa i els bolets que havies reservat, escalfa 1 minut, salpebra i afegeix el parmes\u00e0. Llest!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>2. Carbassa farcida de verdures i pollastre<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients per a 2 persones:<\/strong> 2 carabasses petites, 2 tom\u00e0quets, 2 pastanagues, 1 ceba, 1 carbass\u00f3, 1 alberg\u00ednia petita i 250g de pollastre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Renta i buida la carabassa. Posa el forn a preescalfar a 180\u00baC. Neteja i talla les verdures i salta-les\u00a0amb\u00a0la carabassa que has extret al buidar-la i amb\u00a0el pollastre, i salpebra. Omple la carbassa amb el saltat de verdures i pollastre, posa-ho al forn durant 25 minuts. Transcorregut aquest temps, afegeix el formatge ratllat per gratinar durant 10 minuts.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>3. Crema de carbassa<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients per a 2 persones:<\/strong> 400g de carabassa, 50g de porro, una tassa d&#8217;aigua, 2 formatgets, 5 g de t\u00f2fona negra, oli d&#8217;oliva verge, sal i pebre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Pela i treu les llavors de la carabassa. Neteja i talla el porro. S\u00e1ltal en una cassola fins que quedi dauradet. Salpebra. Afegeix l&#8217;aigua, quan comenci a bullir, baixa el foc i espera fins que la carbassa estigui ben cuita (si cal afegir una mica d&#8217;aigua afegeix-la). Triturar la carbassa i afegeix els formatgets i la t\u00f2fona.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Truc! Si la crema queda molt l\u00edquida, pots afegir <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/semola\/semola-de-blat\/\" target=\"_blank\">s\u00e8mola de blat Nomen<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/semola\/semola-de-arros\/\" target=\"_blank\">s\u00e8mola d&#8217;arr\u00f2s Nomen<\/a> perqu\u00e8 quedi m\u00e9s espessa.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>4. Carbassa a la planxa amb gorgonzola i nous<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients per a 2 persones:<\/strong> 120 g de carbassa, 1 ceba, 5 nous, 80 g formatge gorgonzola, oli d&#8217;oliva verge, sal, pebre i nou moscada en pols.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Talla la ceba i of\u00e9gala\u00a0en una paella a foc lent. Pela i talla la carbassa a rodanxes i cuina en una altra paella volta i volta. Salpebra i posa una mica de nou moscada en pols per sobre. Afegeix el formatge gorgonzola a les rodanxes amb una mica de ceba a sobre de cadascuna i deixa que es fongui una mica. Serveix-les en un plat i afegeix les nous per sobre. Llest!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>5. Past\u00eds de carbassa<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Ingredients per a past\u00eds mitj\u00e0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><strong>&#8211; Per a la massa: <\/strong>3 ous mitjans, 150g de sucre mor\u00e8, 600g de carabassa, 150ml de nata l\u00edquida, 150ml de llet, 200g de farina de blat Nomen, 1 cullerada sopera de llevat, canyella en pols, nou moscada i oli d&#8217;oliva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><strong>&#8211; Per al &#8220;frosting&#8221;: <\/strong>400 g formatge d&#8217;untar, 170g mantega, 4 cullerades soperes de sucre glass i canyella en pols.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Pela i talla la carabassa i bull-la fins que estigui tova. En un recipient barreja el sucre mor\u00e8, la nata l\u00edquida i bat. A mesura que vas batent, ves afegint els ous un a un fins que estiguin ben barrejats. Afegeix la farina, la llet, la canyella i la nou moscada sense deixar de batre. Quan est\u00e0 tot homogeni, i la carabassa cuinada, afegeix-la a la barreja amb una cullerada de postres de nou moscada en pols i segueix batent. Deixa-ho reposar, posa el forn a escalfar a 180 \u00baC i anem a pel &#8220;frosting&#8221;!<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">En un recipient col\u00b7loca el formatge per untar, la mantega, el sucre glass i la canyella en pols. A continuaci\u00f3 bat tots els aliments fins que quedi ben homogeni. Tapa-ho amb paper film i reserva&#8217;l.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Recupera la massa de la carabassa, afegeix-la al motlle, pr\u00e8viament untat d&#8217;oli (per evitar que s&#8217;enganxi al recipient). Reparteix el &#8220;frosting&#8221; i posa-ho al forn uns 15-20 minuts. Transcorregut aquest temps, comprova que el centre del producte hagi quallat amb l&#8217;ajuda d&#8217;un ganivet. Si \u00e9s el\u00a0cas, retira del forn i llest!<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Nota:<\/strong> La <a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/farina\/farina-arros\/\" target=\"_blank\">farina de blat Nomen<\/a> es pot substituir per farina d&#8217;arr\u00f2s Nomen i cuinar un past\u00eds de carbassa sense gluten!<\/p>\n<p>Sorpr\u00e8n als teus convidats amb alguna d&#8217;aquestes receptes a base de carabassa.
