Qu\u00e8 millor que un brou o un pur\u00e9? Et deixem<strong> 5 receptes de brous i pur\u00e9s delicioses<\/strong> perqu\u00e8 aquest hivern escalfis\u00a0l&#8217;est\u00f3mac!<\/p>\n<h3>1. Pur\u00e9 d&#8217;esp\u00e0rrecs<\/h3>\n<p>\n<strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> 60g d&#8217;esp\u00e0rrecs verds, 25g de ceba, mitja patata petita, oli d&#8217;oliva, sal, pebre m\u00f2lt i aigua o brou.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>: Renta i talla\u00a0tots els ingredients en trossos petits. Potxa la ceba a foc mitj\u00e0 amb un rajol\u00ed\u00a0d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva en una cassola i\u00a0quan comenci a agafar color, afegeix-li els esp\u00e0rrecs i la patata. Posa-hi sal i pebre\u00a0i, quan estigui tot gaireb\u00e9 cuinat, afegeix l&#8217;aigua o el brou sense que cobreixi del tot els ingredients (si \u00e9s brou tindr\u00e0 m\u00e9s sabor) i deixa-ho coure a foc mitj\u00e0. Quan comenci a bullir deixa-ho 1 minut i retira-ho del foc. Tritura-ho tot fins a tenir la textura desitjada, afegeix sal i pebre al gust\u00a0i serveix.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Nota:<\/strong> es pot afegir un raig\u00a0de llet o nata mentre es bat per donar-li un sabor m\u00e9s suau.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Brou de pollastre amb arr\u00f2s<\/h3>\n<p>\n<strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> 150g de pollastre, 30g d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/nomen.es\/ca\/arros\/arros-rodo-extra-nomen\/\" title=\"Arr\u00f2s rod\u00f3 Nomen\" target=\"_blank\">Arr\u00f2s Rod\u00f3 Nomen<\/a>, mitja ceba, 30g d&#8217;api, mitja pastanaga, 1 dent d&#8217;all, una fulla de llorer, una branca de farigola, aigua, sal i pebre.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>: Renta\u00a0i pela les verdures. Talla-les en trossos grans. En una olla, afegeix les verdures i el pollastre, i cobreix-ho tot amb aigua. Cuina-ho tapat a foc lent durant 50 minuts aproximadament. Despr\u00e9s de 50 minuts comprova si les verdures i el pollastre estan ben cuinats. Quan estigui tot cuinat, cola el brou i reserva les verdures i el pollastre.<\/p>\n<p>\nEn una olla apart, posa aigua a bullir. Quan bulli, afegeix l&#8217;<strong>Arr\u00f2s Rod\u00f3 Nomen<\/strong> i cuina-ho durant 14 minuts. Una vegada cuinat, afegeix l&#8217;arr\u00f2s al brou. Llest!<\/p>\n<p>\nPots servir el brou i en un plat apart posar les verdures i el pollastre, de manera que puguis afegir-ho a la sopa o menjar-ho si et ve de gust.<\/p>\n<h3>\n3. Pur\u00e9 de carbass\u00f3<\/h3>\n<p>\n<strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> un carbass\u00f3, una patata petita, mitja ceba petita, un formatget, sal i pebre.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>: Renta\u00a0i pela la patata i el carbass\u00f3. Pica les verdures i posa-les en una olla amb aigua. L&#8217;aigua no hauria de cobrir les verdures completament. Afegeix sal i pebre i deixa-ho cuinar durant 20 minutos aproximadament. Una vegada cuinat, retira la meitat de l&#8217;aigua i reserva-la, pot ser que la necessitis m\u00e9s tard. Bat les verdures i, si queda molt esp\u00e8s, afegeix una mica de l&#8217;aigua de cocci\u00f3 que has reservat fins que la textura sigui la que desitges. Afegeix els formatgets\u00a0i torna a batre. Llest!<\/p>\n<h3>\n4. Brou de marisc<\/h3>\n<p>\n<strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> Mitja ceba petita, \u00bc de pebrot vermell, 1 dent d&#8217;all, 1 tom\u00e0quet madur, 10ml d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva, 70g de potes de pop, 40g llagost\u00ed, 40g de rap, \u00bc de porro, 1 fulla de llorer, julivert, 1 patata petita, una cullera de caf\u00e8 de pebre dol\u00e7, aigua, sal i pebre.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong> Pela els llagostins i reserva, d&#8217;una banda, la pell i els caps i, per l&#8217;altre, els cossos. Renta\u00a0i talla les verdures. Escalfa 350 ml d&#8217;aigua amb la fulla de llorer i el julivert, el porro i les potes de pop al costat de la pell i els caps dels llagostins durant mitja hora aproximadament.<\/p>\n<p>\nEn una olla apart, salteja els alls i la ceba amb l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva. Quan estiguin dauradets, afegeix els tom\u00e0quets i el pebrot i deixa-ho coure a foc lent. Mentre, bull el rap tallat en daus al costat de la patata. Cola el brou (reservant les potes de pop) i afegeix-ho al sofregit amb un polsim de pebre. Tritura amb la batedora i afegeix les patates, el pop, el rap i els llagostins, deixa-ho a foc mitj\u00e0 durant 10 minuts i llest!<\/p>\n<h3>\n5. Sopa de ceba<\/h3>\n<p>\n<strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> 1 porro, 1 pastanaga, 2 cebes, 3 llesques de pa torrat, mitja dent d&#8217;all, formatge ratllat, aigua i oli d&#8217;oliva verge.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong>: En una olla posa a bullir el porro, la pastanaga i una ceba amb 400ml d&#8217;aigua durant 20 minuts. Mentre, talla la ceba en tires i pica l&#8217;all. Afegeix-ho a una cassola amb una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge. Deixa-ho potxar a foc lent. Quan comenci a tenir un color m\u00e9s aviat daurat, afegeix el brou (sense les verdures) que has preparat pr\u00e8viament i deixa-ho a foc mitj\u00e0 durant 25 minuts. A continuaci\u00f3, afegeix el pa al brou amb la ceba i deixa-ho 1 minut. Retira-ho del foc, afegeix el formatge ratllat i posa la sopa uns minuts al forn per gratinar.
